We enjoyed our stay at Cardin Manor. It was exactly as pictured. Each room was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need as far as cooking utensils, dishes, coffee and creamer etc. The king size bed is very comfortable. It is a very peaceful place to stay.

Elizabeth was super responsive! Would stay at this place again!

Amazing, convenient location, immaculately, clean, spacious, quiet, and an excellent value for the price. Close to Walmart, grocery stores, churches, etc., but feels secluded and very private. Diana had excellent communication and was super prompt to respond. Beds were comfortable, backyard is spacious and has a beautiful cement pathway. Everyone who dropped by to visit was super impressed. It was a perfect place to stay during our daughter’s graduation. We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again, given the opportunity.😊

Quiet, quaint, cozy.

This listing was in a great location. Just minutes away from downtown Chattanooga. All the great sites and restaurants were easily accessible by car. No more than a 10min drive to get to the South side of town and 5 min to the North side. I had my dog with me and there is a dog park just up the hill. Parking access is within feet from the front door making the transfer of luggage easier. The space was clean and ready for check-in. They even let me come in a little earlier as I was coming from Florida. They had a few dog snacks ready as i entered. Description was spot on and the space served the purpose for my trip. The interior felt like a mountain retreat with some cool lighting and woodwork as the trim and baseboards. I was impressed with the quick response of any questions i had. My 5 year old daughter had a blast. She liked the comfortable bed and the warming environment of the getaway spot. She wants to meet there again when i come back to visit.

Camille is a great hostess! The place was great, she responds fast and is very accommodating. I definitely recommend renting from her.

This was a great place for my quick overnight to Chattanooga for my daughter’s orientation at UTC. It was quiet, private, clean, and close to anything I needed. Great stay! I highly recommend!

We love our stay very peaceful, and nice neighborhood. Every room in the house felt like you had your own private space!! My favorite was the master bedroom.. love it!!! Definitely would stay again!!

Plenty of space for a family of four, very well supplied kitchen and towels/linens high quality. Great host and comprehensive information - we knew exactly what to expect, no surprises. Good location to explore Chattanooga and surroundings, we also took a day trip to Nashville.

Great place for my stay. The location is close to everything, never took us long to get downtown or to get food. Pool right outside the door was perfect for me! The covered area was very nice as well for when it was too hot you could still sit there and be comfortable. You can hear people above you but that’s clearly listed in the description. All in all very much enjoyed my stay and the responsive host.

What a fantastic place! It's located in a nice neighborhood with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants, and just a few minutes from downtown, trails and attractions like Ruby Falls. Karan gave easy-to-follow instructions to get into the building. The space was clean and nicely decorated, with a seating area on the patio out back. We had to book at the last minute for this trip, but I will definitely plan ahead to stay at Karan's place again next time!

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely space and would love to stay again next time. We were so thankful for the last minute accommodations after our other reservation cancelled. We were even offered early check-in! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. The two twin beds were perfect for me and my best friend. We had everything we needed for our stay.

The condo was exactly as listed. We had a great stay. The condo is clean and comfortable. The views are beautiful! Kitchen stocked with all the basics. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and you can be downtown and most attractions in 20 minutes. The mattress may need a rotate & flip there is a dip in the middle.

Michael’s house on Lookout Mt was excellent and right across from Rock City. The place was easy to find, well equipped, and clean and ideally located for both Rock City and Chattanooga.

Beautiful view, matched description, not far from the river! We got to hear owls at night which was cool! the patio was very cozy & great place to hangout early morning or even late night!

Great place to stay near downtown and Lee University. Walkable to events at Lee and restaurants in downtown. The cafe is also nice and a great breakfast. Tim was quick to respond and helpful.

Lauren was a great host, always responded quickly to our questions. The condo was perfect for our stay for the Softball World Series. Close to Frost Stadium. Coffee shops and restaurants within a few steps. Easily access dowtown from the location. Thank you!!
