Beautiful cottage and we had a fantastic time here. Poppy Cottage is extremely comfortable. We all slept great. Spacious kitchen and lovely garden to relax in. A really great property. Thank you for a great stay 😊

Had a long weekend here for my partners birthday. The home was amazing and Angela and the team put lovely finishing touches to the house for us and such a short walk into the middle of Holmfirth, we definitely plan on coming back again and would definitely recommend there is so much to do within such a short radius Thank you again

The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

What a wonderful stay at Manor Farm. The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with great food being served in nearby pubs and plenty of places to visit. Great space for youngsters too, with the wildlife - baby rabbits, sheep and birds and of course the swimming pool and games room, all of which they loved. Thanks to the hosts for their welcome and hospitable atmosphere.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

We stayed for 2 nights at Delanie's property to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. The house and it's facilities are amazing. The pool Hot Tub and bar area really make this an amazing place to celebrate birthday's and the like. Warm welcome and a great hamper upon check in and always on hand for any issues. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a luxury break away. Will be looking to return in the future.

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

We stayed there for the weekend and it was a very nice and clean house. Towels Ans toilet roll available in each bathroom. Hand wash in only 1 but we took our own. There was fairy in the kitchen. And we noticed a complimentary bottle but we don't drink so we left that in place. The visitor parking permit was also on the kitchen table. It was easy to get into the house with clear instructions. The backdoor was a little stiff but that was not too much of an issue for me. The neighbour was lovely and friendly and has some lovely flowers on the ledge. The parking is ok. I parked on the side of the house with the permit after taking advise from the neighbour. I will say the park opposite is nice but at night there are some silly people hanging out talking loudly. This is not the fault of the host. The bathrooms were clean and well setup for use. I will say the cloakroom sink though could have had higher taps and there was difficulty getting my hands under to wash. But still good.

Incredible stay, place was exactly what we were expecting. Great for a larger group.

BEAUTIFUL place in a lovely community, very walkable! Back garden is lovely and basement washing machine/dryer keep the noise away. Beds are on the soft side and incredibly comfy - very spacious as well. The kind of place where you'd happy walk around barefeet as well. Lovely bathroom with amazing shower

Lovely well presented house. Perfect for our trip to the Trafford centre and a drop off at the airport! The house done to a high standard. Appreciated the tea and small milk sachets for a quick morning cuppa! X

Great host, allowed us to check in a bit early. Rooms were as described and as shown. No tvs in bedrooms which would’ve made it even better but no other issues with the place. Only a 20min drive to city centre or 30min drive to Peak District so not far from days out!!

Our stay at Olivia's was great. The house has all the amenities you could need and excellent condition. The rooms were spotless. Olivia was helpful throughout. Definitely will stay here again when I'm back.

Cute little place right next to the National Trust Hardcastle crags great walks. Lovely kitchen everything you need, nice treats, fresh milk, fresh eggs, chocolates, marmalade, bread, bottle of fizz. Lovely games in the Chest if drawers for the whole family. Well equipped Kitchen with everything you need love the orange vibe going to use a bit of that inspiration in my new kitchen!
