You will love the amazing views from the studio. From the balcony you can sit and listen to the trickling of water from the lakes. And out the windows by the bed you overlook a beautiful pond. Wildlife are abundant and so fun to watch. The Sunsets and Sunrises are unreal! The studio is fresh, bright and clean! Cabin is located near the end of a dead-end street, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Rainbow Lake (canoe and kayak accessible). Movie theater, grocery store and restaurants are within 10 minutes of the cabin. Blue Ridge High School is 2 miles from cabin. I take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations in addition to my typical disinfecting routine.

Very cute little place. It was a great get away from the city heat and noise. It was a very quiet, relaxing neighborhood! Had a family trip up north for fishing, and it was amazing. Only thing that would make the place perfect was central AC. Thankfully when we went it was very cool weather! Great stay and would recommend for anyone trying to just relax and enjoy nature. Thank you for having us.

I appreciated that it looked exactly like the pics. It was all newly remodeled and super clean. We loved the master shower and how much space there was throughout to keep our things. It’s an amazing place and accommodated our group of 10 easily. We will definitely stay there again! We loved the dog run in the back so our little dog could let himself out without us having to worry. Thanks again! .

Eric’s place was extremely wonderful and cozy to stay in. Eric was an extremely helpful host, and amazing quick responser. They helped us so much with an early check-in and when we accidentally spilled soda on the mattress they were very helpful and understanding. We are very thankful with all the help, and appreciate the kindness. The place was also had very beautiful and quiet surroundings.

Newly renovated-Kozy One Bedroom Cabin

It was a wonderful stay, Kelly was very responsive, it was a no burn firewood day and she got a brand new gas grill. The place was clean, we had all we needed (cooking utensils, towels, blanket, soap, I mean is better furnished than my house). The instructions to get in are clear, the rules are clear, there is a notebook with information on where to go and what to do, emergency numbers and restaurants. The place is in a great quiet location, there is large shade trees and wonderful views. The price is fair for what you get. Please book with Kelly you will not be dissapointed.

Greg and Jane’s place was nothing short of amazing. They were extremely communicative and made you feel comfortable enough like their home was yours. The home didn’t not fall short of spectacular with every thing you needed from kitchen supplies to games and plenty of linens, they really thought of everything. We will definitely be back!
