As a mom who rarely gets a moment to recharge, this weekend away with my three best friends was exactly what I needed—and this beach condo exceeded every expectation. From the start, the spacious layout gave us all room to relax and breathe. Whether we were cooking together, lounging in the living area, or getting ready for a night out, we never felt crowded. It was the perfect setup for a girls' trip! The comfort of the home was next-level, with cozy beds, plenty of seating, and all the essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean with extra linens and toiletries, and everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to think twice about a thing. We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

We love Erika's place. This is our 2nd stay and we have already booked a 3rd. It's neat and clean. The bed is comfy. She provides towels, linens, soap, and shampoo. It's easy to access the entire island by bicycle. Lots of recommendations in her book. It's a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Our favorite vacation spot.

What a great location that checked all the boxes for our stay. Beach, restaurants were in walking distance or just a short ride away. We would definitely come back to Erin's place if in the area.

This was the first time we stayed here, but it won’t be the last time. The place was spotless and the furnishings and decorations were beautiful. Whenever we had a question the host response was quick and helpful. The view is gorgeous! Whenever we stay other places, our backs hurt from the bed. The bed here didn’t hurt our backs and the pillows were so comfortable.

Clean, Private and Convenient! We have stayed in our fair share of Airbnb’s travelling with a dog from Canada to Florida. Finally found the perfect place midway! Convenient access to highway (5 minutes), private for our dog, beautiful surroundings and immaculate inside. Interior was the cleanest I’ve ever seen an Airbnb without any invasive room sprays or smells (aka febreeze). Every room was updated and looked even better than the pictures. Clear instructions to check-in/out. Google maps took us there with zero issues. Thermostat was set preemptively for our arrival at a nice comfortable temperature as well as the porch light on. We will definitely be staying again passing through if available! Thanks for hosting us Amanda!

Attended an event so unfortunately I was not able to enjoy all the home had to offer. But it was clean and I felt right at home. What more can I ask for?

We were in town for a graduation and just needed a last-minute place to sleep. The children loved "camping out" on the cot and air mattress and the king bed was so comfortable! The spacious bathroom made getting ready in the morning so much easier with 6 of us! A perfect little roost for a night. Thank you!

The pictures does no justice. An amazingly beautiful home. The backyard is a relaxing oasis. James was very tentative in responding to our questions. My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had an amazing stay! The home was new, clean and beautiful! There was plenty of room, especially with the decks! It met our needs perfectly! We loved all of the activities in the fun yard! It was the best one in the area! We also enjoyed how close we were to the beach! Drew responded quickly to my questions before our stay, which I really appreciated. He was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, if we vacation in Oak Island in the future.

The place was perfect for our family trip. It was clear that it’s stocked with kids in mind - great to not have to haul out our own toys and books. Lovely stay!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. It is not over exaggerated to say Paulas place was the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in over the years. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished (as if intior designed) and very comfortable to stay in. But our biggest compliment was that the house contains absolutely everything you could need. A real home from home. The kitchen was very well equipt with gorgeous glassware and even a boiling tap, and there were even towels and a beach umbrella for our beach day in the pantry! to top it off it's a 10 minute walk to downtown and 25 minutes drive to the beach!

I highly recommend this place. It was easy to find with a safe neighborhood. It was super clean, super comfortable and had a really nice fully fenced large backyard for my dog. Of course, the washer and dryer topped it off for convenience. As I travel back and forth from Florida to New England to visit family up there, I will always book again 🤓

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The view was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The double locks gave me peace of mind for my autistic son, which is always a top priority. He loved the pool, the lights around the building, and especially the fun indoor lights the host had set up. Even though the elevator is outdoors, it was quiet and convenient. The beach is just a short walk away and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. After I reached out with a small concern, they kindly left chocolates and provided a Swiffer when I asked if one was available. Little gestures like that made us feel cared for. The Camelot building itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff we met were very friendly. The only thing that could improve is the laundry— the coin machine didn’t work and the dryer wasn’t very effective, though that’s outside the host’s control and they suggested other resources! Amazing vacation.

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

We absolutely loved our week at Anne’s condo. It was not only beautifully decorated, but also very cozy and comfortable. Our favorite place to hang out was on the deck overlooking the beach and pool. The kitchen was amazing. Everything we needed was right there. The beds were so comfortable. Anne was extremely helpful in every way. She answered all my questions and provided lots of great helpful hints about where to visit and eat. It was an awesome first visit to Ocean Isle Beach and definitely not our last.

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

This great Station One condo was just what my family needed for our stay in Wrightsville! The surroundings are beautiful, and the property is easily walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and a favorite boutique. Payton’s place is just as pictured — clean and neat, with a lovely view. When we had a question, it was promptly answered. We had a wonderful stay!

We just returned from an amazing vacation for our 18th Anniversary. It was our first time to Topsail, so we didn't know about no beach access at high tide, so that was our fault. We walked down quite a bit to be able get more beach time. It was nice at high tide to sit on the balcony though. So peaceful and the break we needed. Condo was nice and just as pictured. Lovely condo! Perfect size for my husband and I and the amenities provided were perfect. Check-in and check-out were easy and the private pool/beach access was awesome. Tony messaged me when they were unable to message through Airbnb to make sure I had everything I need!!
