The house was absolutely beautiful. Our family enjoyed it so much. The kids loved the zipline and enjoyed the pool. Our family caught some fish too!!!! After the storm we are glad the house had the emergency generator. This just made it easier to see that the house is fully equipped with any amenities that you could need to make sure any guest has a pleasant stay.

Kari’s house and every home in the neighborhood was beautiful. We loved driving around on the golf cart and looking at the homes. The marina was super close and the golf cart made it easy to get back and forth from the house to the water. The house had absolutely everything we needed and was very spacious. I highly recommend this stay!

Cary was an amazing host — very responsive and proactive with her communication. We hosted our bridal party at the Airbnb, and it was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful, very spacious, and extremely clean. 10/10!

Annette’s beautiful home in Athens, AL is filled with southern charm and a very homey feel. The front porch is lovely to drink your morning coffee on and wave at the lovely neighbors as they walk by with their pets or on their way to or from work. The pool was just right for a cool dip and even though it rained almost our whole stay, it did not detour us from having a great time. Annette was a wonderful host with plenty of suggestions of places to eat or things to do. Our favorite places in town were The Old Bear Brewery and the Broken Paintbrush. The location was great for a day trip to Huntsville and Sheffield (the Muscle Shoals Sound Studio tour was so good). Overall we loved our stay and will absolutely recommend this place in the future! Nina was a great host. Property was very beautiful. We enjoyed waking up to look outside. The porch was my favorite part, sitting outside in the beautiful rocking chairs, looking at the lake and listening to the birds. We will definitely book this property again.

I feel like Jeremy went above and beyond to communicate with me. The main thing I look for when I rent a place is somewhere clean so I can sleep comfortably at night and this place had it. If I’m ever back in town, I will definitely be in touch with Jeremy so I can stay at the house again. It was also more than worth what the asking price was per night.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I’m usually the one who wants to go back home early even on 30A, but this was so peaceful and relaxing that I could see myself staying forever. The Tims Ford lake + kayaking was so much fun. They have all you need- vests, paddles etc. And a trailer to hook up if needed. We have a truck so that wasn’t necessary but there’s also the awesome Polaris ranger you can ride around on. We are a family of 4 plus dog and it was perfect for us. Felt comfortable walking around also. I felt so connected to God while here- it was an absolute recharge. Noni was A++ communicative and proactive so there weren’t any questions on our end. The ONLY and I mean only thing that was a little pain, was- the front door is a little wonky so you have to be extra careful to shut it (with kids you have to double check)- but again- Noni communicated this beforehand. I can’t wait to book here again!

Great place to stay! I was traveling alone and I felt safe. Cute townhouse with everything I needed. Washer and dryer worked great. Couch was comfy and TV was nice. I would definitely recommend and I will be back! Thank you!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this tranquil waterfront property is right on Tim’s Ford Lake. The perfect place to relax and enjoy family time. The home is lovely with comfortable beds and a nice kitchen. Let’s be fair, it’s all about the lake access and it’s amazing.

This is a lovely, spacious home, located steps away from the lake. It's great for a large family or group. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is great for cooking, and there is plenty of space to hang out indoors and outdoors. The two beds in the loft don't have doors/walls so folks that stay there have to stay up until others clear the living room area. Also, one of the rooms downstairs doesn't have windows so it gets stuffy unless you blast the air. On the flip side, its the quietest room which is great for a napping baby. Overall, it's a great space and we would stay there again.

Enjoyed staying in this home. Owner was very nice and helpful with any questions I had. The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The organization of the home made it easy to find anything. The complimentary items were a nice surprise. From the board games, bathroom items, kitchen fully stocked to a coffee bar. It was a wonderful experience and made us feel like home. We will definitely book again next time in town.

Exactly as described and more. The kitchen was well appointed. Extra little thoughtful touches, coffee, creamer and sugar, plastic baggies, garbage bags etc. we didn’t have to run out for anything. The place was super clean. The bathroom also thought of every little detail. Loved the back porch! Sat out there in the mornings for coffee. Comfortable front room. Yard was beautiful. We loved staying at this little cabin get a way! Exactly as described. Perfect for rest and relaxation! Loved listening to nature and the rain sitting on the screened in porch! Beds extremely comfortable and all linens/towels were very nice! For the price, it can’t be beat and exceeded our expectations! We will be back!

We had an amazing stay! When we arrived, the city happened to be doing routine maintenance that temporarily cut off the water supply in the neighborhood. Justin sprang into action—he had cases of bottled water delivered right away and kept us updated until service was fully restored. His proactive communication turned what could have been a hiccup into a non‑issue. The home itself is gorgeous: brand‑new, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished. We especially loved the easy dock access—perfect for morning coffee by the water and kayak's. Everything about this place made our getaway relaxing and fun, and Justin’s hospitality put it over the top. We would absolutely stay here again!
