Welcome to our mountain cottage home! We are located on a one-house street in the heart of Bella Vista, just off Chelsea Road, convenient to the Tunnel Vision trail, AR 71, and I-49. The Kingswood Golf Course, Bella Vista Country Club, and Tanyard Nature Trail are within 2 miles. Kingsdale Recreation and Riordan Hall facilities are less than 1.5 miles away with miniature golf, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

The Tranquil Treehouse is the perfect place to unplug, relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature by the lake! The large deck is a great place to read a book, grill out or enjoy a morning cup of coffee! Even rainy days are peaceful at the treehouse due to the natural lullaby of the rain on the red tin roof. The lake is only 150 yards from the house. We have 2 kayaks for guests on carts for the short walk to the shore. Come soak up the sun in the crystal clear water this lake is famous for!

Welcome to The Ridge Ranch LLC, a 10 acre Glampground adjacent to the 2,106 acre Huckleberry Ridge Conservation Area, located 3 miles from where Little Sugar & Big Sugar Creek form Elk River. We have two rustic tiny cabins & four RV sites available for short term and mid term rentals (28 days or less) this winter. We offer tent & hammock camping for your group, including 4 RV sites with 30/50 amp electric, water, a dump station plus access to our 6 person luxury hot tub & use of our stage!
