This is a fantastic penthouse.. and I haven’t even mentioned the view which is superb! Overall this place has great bedrooms, a lovely living area and no less than 4 bathrooms! It’s within a stones throw of the beach and about 20 mins leisurely walk into town. What more can one ask for!

We loved the location with a fantastic view to watch the beautiful south coast. The apartment had all we needed for a great weeks break, the beds were really comfy. the hosts communication was perfect and they assisted us with the one or two questions as soon as as asked. Would stay again and missing it today.

Just wanted to say WOW So cosy, spacious and felt right at home! For me the perfect touch was the games and milk in the fridge ready for a cup of tea after travelling! Loved staying here! Would definitely come back!

We stayed in Southbourne last year and knew what we were looking for. Stratton Oak ticked all our boxes. Modern property in perfect location. The accommodation is maintained to a very high standard.

WOW, what an amazing place. Everything you needed including coffee, tea, sugar, milk and some yummy biscuits. Spotlessly clean and a really comfy bed. Fantastic views across to the sea, especially nice when we sat out with a glass of wine 😁. Tina was such a lovely host, so friendly and helpful, and if we needed anything we only had to ask. We will definitely stay again. Thank you 😊

Just back from a lovely long weekend at Amanda's place. The accommodation was perfect, very spacious and comfortable and exactly as described! Situated off a quiet road just outside a pretty village and great location to explore. Amanda is a great host, she popped in to say hi and see if everything was OK. Check in and check out was flexible too and we enjoyed some lovely treats left by Amanda. The annexe was a lovely place to come back to after a day out having everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

This was our second stay and we loved it just as much this time around. It's a lovely home, in a beautiful setting and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's in a beautiful part of Devon with so much to see and do around it. We are also so grateful for the little things (like books and puzzles) that make my daughter so excited to stay.

Dave and Emma are the perfect hosts. They were so accommodating of our needs and super flexible in helping us to prepare for our stay and celebration. The property is beautiful, it’s peaceful and you feel right at home. Our teenage son and family children loved the games room as a ‘den’ to escape to whilst we enjoyed sitting on the deck with food and drinks. Dave and Emma have thought of everything, if they don’t have it then you don’t need it. The kitchen amenities were just fantastic, everything was there, clean and easy to use. The mobile signal wasn’t great this weekend and broadband struggled a little, but being surrounded by our favourite people, it didn’t matter too much. We would love to stay with our families again to enjoy this beautiful property. Thank you Dave and Emma again, so so much!

We had a lovely, peaceful stay at Kilpa’s place which is perfectly situated around farmland, with coastal walks, a pub and other amenities nearby. Her comms were brilliant throughout and she couldn’t have been more accommodating. I’d happily recommend her place to anyone looking for a great getaway in Dorset.

A great place to stay for families and groups. Super quick responses, loads of info provided in advance and useful links to places in the area. Lovely house and so much to offer for the young and old - our group ranged from 5 years old to retirees and we all had a fab time. Everything was lovely and clean and well maintained. This was an amazing house for a family get together and perfectly located on between us in Sussex and other family from Devon. The house was spacious and spotlessly clean with a lovely welcome basket full of treats. My 4yr granddaughter loved the bedroom with the steps, slide and fairy lights. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. With several small children in our party, we also took advantage of the washing machine and tumble dryer. The garden was brilliant and our grandchildren absolutely loved the play house and games room. The hot tub really came into it's own on a warm day with during torrential rain. The host Catherine was super helpful both before our stay answering a few queries and on check on day itself. I would highly recommend the house.

Amazing house with fantastic views of the harbour. Great location as you can either walk to the beach or the town, or get the historic rowing ferry for a couple of quid, right at the bottom of the steps of Nothe Gardens. The house was really well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay, making it feel like a home away from home. Good size bedrooms with plenty of space downstairs for the 8 of us. The garden is a real sun trap and we enjoyed watching the sunsets in the evening. The hosts were brilliant - we couldn’t access the shed to get the BBQ and whilst we were out they had changed the lock and got it out ready for our return, amazing service! It was a lovely long weekend and we could’ve easily stayed longer - I can’t recommend Nothe House enough! Thank you so much!

The cottage and surroundings were beautiful and sitting in the pretty garden with a book was so relaxing as it’s such a peaceful location. Our little miniature dachshund loved exploring the garden too and watching the sheep and chickens! The cottage is really comfortable and perfectly located for exploring Lyme Regis and Charmouth which are both really close. We loved our time here

Lighthouse is an amazing apartment in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were of exquisite quality. We had a delicious meal at Shell Bay, Studland and an amazing time celebrating my birthday. Sandbanks is a truly magical place.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. When the oven stopped working, the host responded immediately and had it fixed right away, which we really appreciated. Their hospitality made our stay even better. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Excellent accommodation. I stayed with my family. The accommodation was clean, fresh, smart with lovely decor. Location was perfect for us. Only about 10 mins walk from the coast which I really enjoyed as an outdoor runner. Photos and description spot on. Hazel responded quickly and was genuinely kind and helpful. I’d highly recommend staying.

The main road is a little bit dubious to pull in and out of and noisy, however having said all this, the place itself was perfectly fine for what I needed. Everything was clean, good provisions too. The best thing was the view out the back of the property at the hill! If ever I need a quick getaway again I’ll be sure to book. I didn’t get to explore much of the area due to the storm but will be sure to do the walk around the area next time.

Lovely new build apartment, so new amenities and fittings. Well located, easy to find right off the motorways, with dedicated parking spot. Still close enough a short walk and your right in the center. Tom was very responsive to all my messages. Only slight downside, as it’s so new the electric charger infrastructure didn’t seem to work. Worth noting if your electric car only, unless the bay charging gets sorted out, you’l need to take this into account. Otherwise perfect and would happily recommend.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool and activities room and playgrounds were wonderful. You could book private sessions in the pool although we also found the communal sessions generally weren’t busy and we often had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for our daughter as it wasn’t too deep which really helped her build confidence at swimming. We loved playing table tennis and badminton with our older child while the plentiful toys (especially the pedal tractor) kept the little one very happy! Lots to do in the surrounding area, although the peaceful/remote location meant they were all a fair drive away. Apartment was as pictured. It had everything we needed and was always warm- important for October half term break!

Very friendly host who welcomed us in to exactly what we needed for a wedding nearby. Some home made brownies were a nice treat with the tea/coffee/milk provided after a long journey and a full kitchen helped us make a lovely breakfast with supplies from the farm shop in walking distance
