Cottage holiday rentals in Weston-super-Mare

Debbie’s place is a little piece of paradise, the setting is stunning, the gardens are fantastic and the cottage is warm and cosy whilst also being spacious and really well laid out. We had everything we needed and immediately felt at home. The open plan kitchen into the cosy living room left us all feeling connected, utility space was really useful, conservatory with stunning views allowed us to dine together and relax during the day. Outside area is also stunning for meals on the patio and bbq’s and the hot tub was great to relax in on an evening looking at the stars in peace and tranquility.. there’s a slight walk up to the property across a field but once you’re in the cottage and its gardens it’s worth every step. Great for the dogs too. Loads to do in the area, our highlight was Lyme Regis beach.. many thanks to Debbie and everyone who made us feel so welcome. We would go back to Debbie’s place in a heartbeat!

Cute property, clean, no direct access to the hot tub area but it is just across the driveway and is very secluded so wasn't a problem. Downstairs rooms slightly damp feel but then again it is a very old building so didn't bother us much. Very well connected to Bath and Bristol.

Charming and quaint - a great place for families to stay near the Cotswolds. We had a few hiccups on our trip due to things out of our control but the host was super kind and did what she could to make it a great experience for us. The cottage is well kept and has good spaces (bathroom was nice and updated as well as the kitchen) and the bedrooms worked great to fit our family. All in all, I'd recommend a stay here!

Jamie & Dan are very fortunate to have this beautiful property. It is the ideal country location for escaping away and distancing yourself from our increasingly busy lives. The gardens around the property are stunning, the views are incredible and the local area is amazing to explore on foot, bike or by car. We had an amazing stay and would happily return, and have already started to recommend to friends & family

Helen and Martin were lovely and welcoming hosts. House was so clean, and the beautiful garden so peaceful and private. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, meeting all the gorgeous dogs, relaxing in the hot tub and walking to the local pub - with delicious food. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely return! Very well appointed and great for a family, we had an 18 month old with us. The games room is a little gimmicky but was fun along with all the board games as we had a little one with us so adds a little to the stay along with the hot tub and beautiful garden as couldn’t pop to the pub in the evening. There is also a cache of cars which our daughter loved to play with, it was these nice little touches that made a difference. Some great recommends from the host and the local area is handy and beautiful with a play park just a 10 min walk away. Recommend the Rose and Crown pub on a sunny day, 15-20minute walk, garden is great and little slide for kids. Traffic is the only downside to the area really but the house is nestled away from it all.

Clerk Cottage is a true delight, by far one of the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Every detail has been thought of in order to ensure a comfortable stay, very high quality, we loved it. Have to also mention the fabulous shower! Close to some great walks through the church grounds. I hope being right next to a graveyard doesn’t put you off as this cottage is a true gem. So much we extended our stay and can highly recommend, thank you Claire.

Gorgeous location, Jo & Gemma were exceptional hosts. All the small touches were so lovely, breakfast options, pizza oven, BBQ and abundance of local recommendations for walks and restaurants. They ensured we had everything we needed for a relaxing few days. Thank you!

Harriet's place was amazing. Harriet was very responsive and proactive with helping us with our late check in. The house looks really nice in photos, but it's even better than in real life. We have only one regret, that we couldn't stay longer!

Annelie’s place is absolutely wonderful. I felt right at home. The location is perfect as there are many things to do in the area (max 30 min drives). The place was spotless. Annelie was very communicative and shared lots of info beforehand and gave me tips before my holiday. The pub across the road is great. It offers breakfast, lunch and dinner should you wish. The pub car park is also where you park. This is probably leads to the only minor downside. The property hasn’t got it’s own parking and borders on a main road (traffic can be heard from the inside) and you have to cross the road to get to the parking. The cottage has got a closed off front garden so it would be very safe for children or dogs to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Higher Blannicombe! The cottage is beautifully kitted out and has everything you could need for your stay. The cookies on arrival were a lovely touch and we really enjoyed the other free snacks! The views from the cottage are amazing and we loved waking up to the rolling countryside. Phil was a fab host and made check in and check out super easy. By far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at!

We had a lovely stay, cottage was perfect, well maintained and had everything we needed. There was visitors parking available but we used the cheap parking at West Quay as just a few steps from the cottage. Perfect for Watchet and surrounding areas. Thank you. Steve and Anna 😊

I hope this review can praise Serena and The Chauffeurs Quarters sufficiently. You will find all that you need and so much more , far more than we expected for a comfortable relaxing vacation,a home from home. Little things that set Serena apart from other host's; Bowl of water ready for our pet Gluten free welcome gift for my wife and freshly baked scones for myself with clotted cream and jam...wonderful gesture Welcome on arrival and a departure chat and wave goodbye. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to Painswick House and gardens. A gorgeous peaceful setting. Spotlessly clean and very appreciated welcome supplies including milk and homemade biscuits and marmalade. Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Loved staying here and would recommend to others looking in this area of the Cotswolds. Gloucester cathedral is magnificent.

Had the perfect get a way and much needed peace and relaxation. This was absolutely perfect!! Beautiful surroundings, Andrew and Sarah were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed and it was super clean. The little added extras were so sweet, especially catering to my allergies. Overall will definitely come back!

This was our second stay at Rob & Maggie's beautiful cottage in the tranquil village of Mells. They are great hosts, and it was a pleasure to return here for another relaxing stay in such a peaceful and beautiful location.

2nd time here for the Bath and west show. Wouldn't entertain staying anywhere else! Beckie really is a super host. Nothing is too much trouble and she is genuinely warm and welcoming. The cottage is every bit as gorgeous as the photos and Beckie has made sure you have everything you could possibly need.... and then more! The parking and luvly out door space she has created are an added bonus. She should go in interior and exterior design! The beds are so comfy we didn't want to get up in the morning and go to the Show 🤣 I could eulogise about Beckies hosting and her truly enchanting cottage for ever but I'll stop now and just so Thanku again Beckie for being the icing on the cake of our wonderful Bath and West Show 3 days 😊😊😊

Im a local in Cheddar and booked this for relatives who wanted to visit the area. They loved it. The cottage is beautiful with fantastic views. Its very comfortable and warm. We didnt use the outdoor seating but I imagine in the summer it would be lovely. We will definitely be booking this again for other visitors in the future.

Our weekend stay at The Little House was absolutely perfect. We instantly fell in love with both the house and the garden as soon as we stepped in. We arrived to a beautifully kept, gated driveway, where we were warmly greeted by the host and her gorgeous dogs. Check in was super easy and the house was extremely welcoming. Everything was immaculately clean and tidy with helpful instructions inside. The super king bed with its crisp linen was so inviting and the decor was beautiful throughout. The bathroom was superb with luxurious toiletries and the softest towels. An absolute bonus for us was the garden. It was so pretty and had so much room for us to both dine and relax in. Anne kindly recommended some great places to eat and visit, all of which were great. We were also fortunate to spend some time with the gorgeous Enzo and Bella. We really cannot recommend this place any more highly. The pictures don't do it justice. We cannot wait to return to this absolute hidden gem. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. For our 7 months old baby, they even put it a lot of toys for him! We got a ton of recommendations from the owners, which we're all spot on. Very welcoming! We had a hot couple of days, but with the fan (even asked if we needed another one!) it's was more than doable. Perfect location to explore the surroundings and get there fast. Sitting outside you do hear the highway/traffic, but you get used to this really fast. Would stay again!
