Great stay and everything that was listed was what we experienced. Great hotel staff, the pools were great and it the room was super comfortable, did not feel like a hotel once you were there. Would stay again for sure

We had a wonderful stay. Checking in was a bit of a problem due to front desk staff, but Andrea quickly addressed the matter. The place was clean and had fresh linens. The view was beautiful. We even loved the mattress and pillows. lol. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Love love loveeeeed this unit , not only was the view beautiful but felt so homey! Loved the decorations the kitchen was fully stocked and there was also a welcome platter which was super thoughtful . They also have great communication not only on the app but via phone as well if you have extra questions ! This is my second time staying with this company do not hesitate to book . Thanks again

It was a very nice spacious room. The location was perfect with us being right on the beach, as well as very close to restaurants and the mall.

Great pace to stay with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops all in walking distance in a really pleasant area. Also well located for getting to the airport, Coconut Grove and Brickell etc

Nos stays 9 nights. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and large. It has a nice view, watching the sunsets from the balcony was a pleasure. Anastasia let us in at noon, before check-in, a nice gesture. It offers you everything for the beach, including a cart to carry the deckchairs and the umbrella. The bedroom has two very comfortable Queen Size beds and TV. In the living room, where my son slept, there is another very comfortable bed and TV. The building has a swimming pool, gym, playground and tennis court. It has a very nice cafeteria and a very useful mini-market when you need something. The location is perfect, steps from the beach and easily accessible by car. We'd come back.

Sandra is an absolutely amazing host. extremely receptive, responsive, and flexible. she answered texts usually within just a few minutes and satisfied.every possible request. The property was AMAZING. Super clean, modern finishes, close to everything downtown, and beautifully appointed. There are multiple restaurants with varying cultural themes within walking distance as is the metro rail. In mere minutes, you can be on a high speed rail car headed for Ft. Lauderdale or Orlando. We will definitely be staying with Sandra again!!!!

I made it into town very late and the hotel I booked was not a suitable place for my kids so I was very skeptical about getting a response at the last minute and he was very accommodating. Place was very nice worth the money and I loved every bit of it

The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out, which made the experience even smoother. The location is fantastic with plenty to do nearby—restaurants, shops, and the beach all within easy reach. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Miami!

Lori does an incredible job on her place. From the parking courtyard with electric fence on the street, to the foyer and rooms, it's just great. I never really knew the Miami River was a thing, but it was like a street..and Lori runs a marina of sorts with multiple really sweet pleasure boats tied up in on the river. It's kind of out of the way for "city of Miami" visitors, and I needed a car, but driving to Miami Beach, South Beach, up the coast to Lauderdale, Boca, the airport...you're kind of right on the highway (95, 395, and the Dolphin Expressway are minutes away. And...walking distance to food, fast food, a bakery, a market, and just a few blocks up the street, Loan Depot Park, the home stadium for the Miami Marlins baseball team. It was an awesome place, beautiful furniture, and I rented the room with multiple windows looking right out on the river and the boats. Look up River Landing in Miami, and right across the river, the gold-ish house with the terra cotta roof is it!

We had a great weekend in sunny Isles and this place was great. This was perfect for my family since my wife and I had privacy from the kids and they each had their own bed and bathroom. The construction next door was not a problem and we didn’t experience any noise from it. Overall this was a great place to stay and a place would stay again the next time we are down here.
