I loved it here so much, I can’t wait to be back! The private fully fenced outdoor area was great for my dogs, made the space feel very private. There’s laundry access right there too! A couple nights a week from around 6-7 pm next door at the school they have a full orchestra run through the songs they’re working on, which was a treat! I don’t know if it’s kids playing but it doesn’t sound like it, sounds like a pro orchestra! The space is super cute and laid out perfectly, I never had any complaints the entire stay. I am already booking my next stay!!

Our stay was comfortable & enjoyable. The hosts are very helpful & accommodating. Location was within walking distance of plenty of restaurants & cafes. Would certainly stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay. The location is right on the beach/boardwalk and steps to a Newport Pier. We walked to great restaurants/coffee every morning. No need for a vehicle! The units were spotless, updated and well stalked with supplies. We will definitely be back!

A great host who was very responsive and welcoming. I needed last minute accommodation, was able to book at 9pm for a 10pm check-in. Place was tidy and I had no issues during my stay. Would definitely stay at Nils’ place next time I am in LA.

Sherman was a very responsive & friendly host, my partner & I had a wonderful stay at Sherman's lovely Carson Gem! The Airbnb had everything we needed: AC, washer + dryer, kitchen, fridge, and bathroom/shower. The bed mattress was quite soft that one would easily sink into. The place was kept quite clean & tidy, check-in/check-out was easy, and things were conveniently accessible. At one point, the lock batteries needed to be replaced. I had messaged Sherman about it and he immediately came to the rescue to insert new ones. It was certainly a pleasure to stay at Sherman's unit, we would definitely come back if available :)

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The large space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all had a great night's sleep. Parking was a breeze, with enough space for two cars without any extra fees, which was a huge plus. One of the standout features for us was that they allowed my small Pomeranian to stay without any additional charge. It made our trip much more enjoyable to have our furry friend with us. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious and pet-friendly accommodation!

Dan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of the city. I didn’t feel like a tourist in a hotel I felt like a resident in an apartment. It was very clean and also had a great view. Dan was very responsive and gave us suggestions on where to park. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Cute 1 bedroom apartment in a good location with easy access to restaurants, the beach, or a good jumping point to explore the surrounding areas. Apartment was well stocked, comfortable, and great for my 1 month stay. Hosts were nice and even offered to do my laundry so I wouldn’t have to find a laundromat

Mikel’s place was great. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. He is a fantastic communicator and great host. We will be back for sure!

We had the pleasure of staying at Eric's home from November 7th to the 15th. We had two significant family celebrations during our stay; Thanksgiving and my daughter's 18th b-day. Eric's home provided the perfect backdrop for these special moments. The kitchen is great, allowing us to prepare a Thanksgiving feast. Eric was incredibly accommodating, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. His home was made even more welcoming by Eric's thoughtful gestures. When he realized that two of my daughters might have to share a room, he proactively ordered a top-notch airbed, comforter & sheet set, delivered right to our door. This level of consideration went above and beyond our expectations. What truly set this Airbnb experience apart was Eric's unmatched accommodation, responsiveness, safety & security I felt. Especially being a woman w/ three daughters. It felt less like a transactional stay and more like departing with a new found friend. We wholeheartedly recommend Eric's 5-⭐ Oasis.

Jose is an amazing host. Very helpful. The house is clean and has a lot of space. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. The neighborhood is not the best, but as soon you entered the property is a different world. We chose it because of proximity to SOFI stadium, but definitely we will use it again when in the LA area. Thank you for everything!

Couldn't have a better, more convenient location in LA for all the neighborhoods I frequent. Huge space, super clean, giant comfy couch to stare out into the Silverlake hills drinking hot caffeinated beverages every morning. Birdsong-filled enormous backyard for reading, relaxing, staring. Very special house!!

The house was exactly as described in the description! The house was very clean and the neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Paul also provided clear instructions on how to check in and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely book again!

This was a very lovely home. However, the rooms did not have any dressers so we were not able to fully un-pack like we thought we were going to be able to. Also, there was no linen closet so I couldn’t clean like I wanted to, but that’s just my opinion. Other than that the home was beautiful and cozy! The owners respected our privacy and it was overall a great experience. Would recommend! Thank you for opening up your home to my family and I.

Christine's airbnb is perfect for a family getaway to the LA area! It's ten minutes from Disneyland, and about 20-30 minutes from beaches and other activities. The house is spacious and had all we needed to feel comfortable and at home for our two-week visit. The garden is lovely for some outdoor time too. Christine was very communicative and friendly. We would love to come back, and highly recommend for any other families as well.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was my first time in California and I felt the location was ideal for restaurants, beaching, and most importantly- relaxing. Condo was beautiful, clean, and worth every penny. Jay communicated clear instructions of how to get into the condo. It felt safer with there being a gate and security. We really loved being able to take our pets and the condos having places to take them out was super convenient. The condo amenities were such a plus. Overall, I recommend staying here and enjoyed our time tremendously.

Super nice and quite apartment with everything you need. It´s spacious and you really feel like home the moment you enter it. It´s not that kind of living in a flat which is just rented for air bnb reasons anyway. The community is really relaxed too. You have 2 pools and little rivers / ponds with ducks all around the area. Overall very clean and Jess is a nice host. 10/10

Can’t beat the price for what you get!!! Host was extremely accommodating allowing for an earlier check in time, extra towels, and being open to more guests. Clear instructions were given the day before our check in and everything was easy to find and to check in. Super fast response times and always super friendly!! Condo was exactly as pictured! The pull out couch wasn’t available but the air mattress was very comfortable!! Clean sheets and bathrooms! Kitchen was very nice as well!! The rooftop patio was amazing with a great view of the city line and the hollywood sign. The location was near lots of attractions (10-20min drive) such as the hollywood hike entrance, griffith park/observatory, Universal Studios, and the hollywood walk of fame. The drive to Santa Monica pier was ~45-55min with traffic. Small downfall is the door does not have a deadbolt lock - it only has the code lock to lock the door, but I would 100% come back and stay here again because it still felt very safe!! :)

Tina’s place is amazing and super clean!! She was super quick to respond and made our stay awesome! Soo much in walking distance! I would very much recommend to stay here at Tinas!!
