Barn holiday rentals in Western Montana

This was the little piece of Montana living we were hoping for on our trip! The home was in a perfect location and had such a peaceful view off the porch. Alyson was very friendly and responsive, and the home was the perfect ‘home away from home’ to relax after our days of sightseeing. I would highly recommend Alyson’s place!!

We had a spectacular time at Honey’s Place. The rental was well stocked with everything we needed. All was super clean with beautiful antiques and added touches. The mattresses were best we’ve encountered on our cross country trip. The hot tub was perfect - it was awesome to relax there and see all the stars. The owners were super nice and easy to contact. Bonus: dogs to play with!! We definitely recommend Honey’s Place and hope to return in the future.

What a magical and unique stay for us at Julie’s. Staying at Firefly was one of the most unique Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had- being surrounded by beautiful views, and horses, and other farm animals and most importantly… amazing people makes this experience really stand out. Julie was a wonderful host and everything mentioned in the posting exceeded my expectations.

Pauline was an excellent host! We had a great time at the Barndo. Updated pictures could be helpful. The kids loved the games and the hot tub. A larger fridge upstairs would be awesome because that kitchen was my favorite. Beautiful and a fun time for us! Wish we could have enjoyed it longer.

Review: 5/5 stars!! I would give 100/100 stars if I could ! The Property outside is adorable and easily accessible to all things Glacier and Montana. We stayed in the lower level of the Barn and what a visual and comfortable delight. One could spend hours just gazing at the creative and unique details and yet the cozy fireplace and comfy sitting spaces beckoned us. While we visited an unusual summer storm occurred mid June and closed many of our hiking trails due to snow. We were so happy to stay in and relax , play games and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. The hosts are amazing and communicate every step of the way for a seamless experience. It was simply amazing so much returning very soon!! Thank you TR Lodge!

With poor internet connection when approaching the barn, finding the location was difficult. Accommidations were great....maybe for privacy sake...celings on the bedroom would be a plus. Margaret was a wonderful host. Thank you

Such an absolutely awesome Airbnb experience!! We loved being so close to all of the animals, and how charming the barn was at night. Me & my partner stayed for our anniversary and would definitely stay again. Julie was very responsive & friendly, and had awesome staff working at her ranch.

This place is BEAUTIFUL! A stunning cozy barn not in the city! My friends and I were looking for a cozy cabin in the woods to spend our new years and this was the perfect spot! We needed a kitchen as well as we were making food and it worked out perfectly. There was also a very nice gas stove was appreciated. Super cute decorations and the balcony’s made for really good pictures! The only other thing I would add is check out at 10am seems a little early. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect central location for us while visiting Glacier National Park. We enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future. Hosts were quick to reply with any questions we had. The loft was homey and beautifully furnished. It had all the kitchen items we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and clean home! Everything was exactly as described, and the space was well-maintained and very comfortable. The host was responsive and made check-in and communication super easy. The location was perfect for our trip to yellowstone national park. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Melanie was a wonderful hostess! Whenever we communicated with her, we heard back almost immediately. Our family, from grandparents to grandchildren, loved the Barn. The children couldn't wait to get up each morning and watch the goats and pigs before we went to the river or Glacier or Bigfork. The kids also loved gathering eggs and feeding the baby goats. We were in Kalispell for a family reunion and our stay at the Barn made things even more perfect!

It was so much fun to know that we spotted this great red building on the side of the mountian and it was our place to stay! The winding dirt road was a pleasant adventure. The house was very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The pantry and kitchen were very well stocked with supplies for cooking. The beds were all comfortable and the hot water was amazing! The views were breathtaking! This was an easy travel location to Yellowstone everyday without all the hustle and bustle of town. If you want to enjoy flyfishing, this is a GREAT spot for you! We will definitely look to stay here again!

Really cool "Montana" experience staying in a barn loft! Kelly and Lloyd are super friendly and hospitable. They have done an amazing amount of work to retrofit a barn into a really cool stay. They accommodated on short notice as well. As a couple others have mentioned, it's not immediately apparent how open the space is; the space you stay is open to the rest of the house (two floors below). This was totally fine for me and there was absolutely no concerns about noise, etc., but it's worth noting for anyone looking for a more private space. That said, it was super comfy, a really interesting space to stay in (looking up at the former hay loft crane in the ceiling as you fall asleep!) and waking up to a cup of coffee on your private balcony in the morning was pretty great!

The best part was waking up to deer in front of the cabin. I was able to earn their trust and feed them by hand. The cabin was clean and the bed was comfortable. Tammy was very responsive.

This was an awesome experience! we had horrible flight delays and push our trip back and they were very accommodating. Cabin is beautiful! all the animals were amazing! Thanks for the stay and the understanding! You guys were the best!

The best place we’ve stayed. Everything new, modern, and professionally done. Private, peaceful, and very comfortable. Furniture was great to relax in after days of skiing. Shower was hot with great pressure and linens were plush and soft. Kitchen had all the amenities you needed. Definitely a place you want to book!!
