It is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. The train operation is not audible in the house. The apartment was extensively renovated in 2013 and lovingly and high-quality furnished. A modern swimming pool with sauna is available in the house. Close to shopping, main beach and pedestrian zone 5-10 minutes walk.

The apartment is at one of the narrowest points of the island in Rantum. In about 5 minutes' walk you are on the sea side or on the mudflat side. The unit has its own garden area with beach chair. Pool is available from May to approx. mid-September.
