Holiday rentals with beach access in Westerland

The apartment is cozy, for two you have to really like each other :-) - although it is an advantage not to be very tall. Perfect in the low season, as it has a sea view even in so-so weather. In the high season, the location would be too crowded (pedestrian zone). There is a bicycle cellar (I left the car at home) and the office is always staffed with nice and helpful people. Everything in the apartment as described and the bathroom is fine. I can only recommend it - as I said, with the restriction that the location would be too crowded for me personally in the high season. One inevitably wonders how many jackets/sweatshirts/T-shirts people need. But the bakery and Edeka around the corner - that reconciles.

We stayed at the place for the Easter weekend and had a good time. The apartment is in a chic new building, and is in the best location downtown. The decor is loving and spotless.

The apartment is comfortable and close to all amenities. North-facing, it is cool in summer. The beds are very comfortable. Harald is very attentive and chooses all the furniture and utensils extremely well, whether for the bathroom or kitchen. Everything is designed for well-being! We really enjoyed the calm and comfort. There is an excellent TV and a landline: useful if you want to disconnect!!! The sea is a 4-minute walk and Sylter Welle 7 minutes, shops 4 minutes, everything is perfect. Thank you so much to our hosts!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation immediately. It is very thoughtful, homely and comfortably furnished and perfect as a base for exploring Sylt. Everything was very clean. Great is also the underground parking space (108) and the access with the elevator. We did not use the balcony (at the moment there is also a scaffolding in front of it and the view is to the courtyard), but rather enjoyed the sunset on the beach promenade. We were very pleased and would come back again.

We were on Sylt for a short trip and chose Ingrid's dream as our AirBNB. 10 minutes walk and you are there, small cozy 1 room apartment that has everything you need. Everything is within walking distance or can be reached by bus, as the bus stop is only a few minutes away and the bus runs frequently on Sylt. A large Rewe supermarket is also within a 10-minute walk, which makes shopping easy even without a car.

Incredibly friendly hostess who had an open ear for us. Great communication, everything is extremely straightforward. The location of the apartment was excellent for us and the small restaurant just a 5 minute walk from the apartment was a dream

Great apartment in a quiet district in Westerland. Only a few minutes walk from the beach. In the apartment there was everything you need for a stay. Even a high chair for our little son was available. The supermarkets can be reached quickly by car, whether Rewe, Lidl, Aldi or Familia. The check in worked wonderfully. All guests in the house would be very friendly and followed the house rules. We are happy to book Liz's apartment again for our next stay.

The place was very easy to get to and there were clear instructions. The location is very good, right on the beach promenade and the pedestrian zone of Westerland. The only downside would be a lack of parking space, but there is plenty of parking in the area. We'll be back.

Jens is very nice and friendly and easily accessible. The house is super nice! 😍 We used the hot tub regularly as well as the pool table. Also, the neighborhood is very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and also the fridge and icebox are big enough (there were 4 of us). The bedrooms are a little small but still perfectly sufficient. The beds are very comfortable too! 👍🏻 I'm sure we'll be back! 😊

We stayed 3 nights in this cozy place. The apartment is very well appointed, there is nothing lacking. We also liked the terrace with furniture, umbrella. The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, also restaurants in the vicinity. Check in and check out easy and very well described. We would book here again.

Jan's house is a picturesque farmhouse in a rural setting overlooking the sea. The spaces were good, nice and cozy. A good home base to explore the island of rømø and the town of Ribe. What could be a downside is that there were no blackout curtains, making it very light in the bedrooms. You also have to hold the shower head yourself when showering, there was no shower rod at adult height.

A perfect place to unwind - absolutely recommended! From the very first minute, we felt completely at ease. The cottage was clean and lovingly furnished – we immediately felt at home. The furnishings are well-maintained and tasteful, with many beautiful details. We were particularly enthusiastic about the immediate proximity to nature: birds everywhere, tranquility, vastness - exactly what we were looking for. The Hallig exudes a special serenity, and we were able to really relax there. A big thank you also to our contact person Iris – we were able to contact her with questions at any time. The owners, Hennig and Lisa, were also helpful with questions from the beginning. We enjoyed every second and would have liked to stay. A place we would definitely like to visit again!

We had a great stay. The house is large and has a great open design so you could spend time with the whole family. In the middle of Nieblum and also the beach is within walking distance with a small walk.

We had a very relaxing stay! The property is very well maintained and ideal for families. Our 8 year old daughter was thrilled – especially horseback riding was a real highlight for her. Carola and Martin are warm and very accommodating hosts, open and attentive in every way. We were particularly pleased with the fridge pre-filled with drinks and food – an unexpected and very generous gesture. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Wonderful updated home in a perfect location so you can explore the surrounding region or just take daily walks on the sea coast. A quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation for anyone visiting southern Denmark. Regular communication from Lona was also very much appreciated.

We had three lovely days at the property. Everything available and the house and garden were very well maintained and nice.

For a short vacation in November, Jan's apartment was a great choice. The view of the North Sea is fantastic, the beach around the corner. You can walk to the center of Westerland in a few minutes. The apartment is lovingly decorated, this is not a sterile apartment, this is a real apartment with all the little things. Jan was always easily accessible, a small problem with the key was done in 5 minutes. We enjoyed the stay very much and recommend Jan without any restrictions.

The place is in a very central location, just once around the house and you're already on the beach! We felt very comfortable in the place. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

From the first moment I felt at home. The location is absolutely unbeatable: the beach is practically on the doorstep and can be reached in just a few steps - simply fantastic! The many restaurants and the bustling Friedrichstraße with its shopping facilities are also within walking distance. Everything you need is there, and the best part: you are completely independent of the car. Getting there couldn't be easier - the accommodation is conveniently accessible from the train station. An Edeka supermarket and a bakery are just around the corner - super convenient for everyday needs! The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the open kitchen-living area is spacious, cozy and just perfect for relaxing. I was so excited that I booked again right away!

Very central location right by the train station/ ZOB and the pedestrian zone. The property is of high quality and has a clear focus on mobile work. There are two separate offices with desks and monitors available for this. The beach promenade is within walking distance. Those who come to Westerland for work and are looking for a place to stay are in good hands at this property.

We felt comfortable right from the start. The apartment is totally cozy and is very quiet in beautiful Keitum. The garden with beach chair invited you to coffee, everything was really nice!

We were in Sylt for the first time and were very warmly greeted by Sabine on our arrival. She was always happy to help us with advice and action, we gladly accepted and implemented her tips. The apartment is very nice, clean and well maintained, nothing was missing. The location is perfect, a small supermarket, bike rental and bus stop are in the immediate vicinity and the sea is also just around the corner. We would gladly come back.
