I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

This is an accurately described, beautiful home in idyllic countryside. The house is spacious and very stylishly furnished with vintage furniture and artwork. Ideally there would be one or two more bathrooms with showers - we knew this before staying of course - it just means more planning of showering with a larger group of people staying. We especially loved relaxing in the garden room with the gorgeous views of the garden and rolling hills beyond. We were incredibly lucky with the weather so definitely made the most of having a pool and pizza oven and BBQ. And we picked fresh figs off the tree by the pool, delicious! The kids loved the trampoline and table tennis. Enzo was great and prompt at communicating with us. We appreciated the local recommendations - we enjoyed lunch at the Jolly Sportsman, coffee at Cafe du Jardin and a mooch around all the antiques shops in Lewes. A very comfortable house to enjoy with three generations of our family.

Really loved our stay. The lodge was immaculate and exactly as described. Pet friendly especially the enclosed veranda wrapping round the lodge. Wendy was lovely, greeting us upon arrival to ensure all was well and answer any questions. Well equipped in all rooms and extremely comfortable with lots of storage. Our time in Rosie’s caravan was truly enjoyable. The space was spotless and well-organized, making it feel immediately welcoming. The shower had excellent pressure and consistently hot water, which was a real treat. We had no issues with the TV reception, and everything worked smoothly. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by soft, supportive pillows. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Rosie herself was a fantastic host—warm, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really enhanced our trip. We will come back again!

We had a great stay here for a getaway weekend - Fiona was super friendly, gave good recommendations for walks, pubs etc and left us to it. The guest house is a great size with everything you need and in perfect condition. Location was beautiful with great scenery and walks especially when the sun was out. Overall would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful property tucked away down a country lane within a short walking distance of the beach and a fabulous pub. A real hideaway and perfect for a bit of peace and quiet. Immaculately clean and newly refurbished - it felt like a real treat to be staying there.

Really personalized and individual space in a beautiful and serene setting. A great place to escape to. We had a wonderful time and were delighted to find a well stocked kitchen including fresh bread and a few other treats when we arrived. Definitely recommend.

Faldie Cottage was an absolute delight. It's beautifully furnished in a traditional but slightly eclectic style with antiques and interesting pieces of furniture and pictures, which made one feel right at home. The kitchen is modern and exceedingly well appointed and it was just a shame that we were not able to use the lovely, secluded patio that it exits onto because of the weather. Both bathrooms were very good and the shower room for the main bedroom (which is enormous with fantastic views) was brilliant. We were very sad to leave and would happily return there for a another holiday.

Me, my partner and our doggy loved staying here. The house is spacious, full of light and very clean. The garden is nice and the patio was cleaned during our stay. Jim always responded to any questions we had swiftly and any little problems we had during our stay were always taken care of and service men arranged for the next day. An ideal location close a walkable distance to the beach and very private and quiet.

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

An amazing 3 night stay at Michelle’s cottage with my parents, husband and our dog, Lyca. One of the best equipped kitchens we have ever stayed in! The cottage is beautiful and we felt at home straight away. Perfect location - so many local walkable things to do! Boxgrove priory is a must (and also dog friendly inside) , we could also walk to Tinwood estate for a tour and tasting (also dog friendly!). Halnaker windmill is worth the walk. The local pub is fabulous- the food is wonderful! We also recommend Goodwood farm shop - great meats! My parents loved the whole weekend (even though it did rain quite a bit!)

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

Absolutely stunning view, not something that you see and can enjoy every day. And adding the nature, birds, rabbits, it's definitely a wow. The place is clean, comfy and has everything you'll need. Just lovely and peaceful. A couple of things that could be useful: - no shops around - pubs are fully booked nearby at the weekend - it IS the countryside: cows and dogs are protective, have to find a place to run the dog freely as so much wildlife, ticks and bugs are attacking, check your pets.

Wonderful cottage. Very spacious, clean, light & oldy-worldy! Really felt at home very quickly. Excellent facilitiers, very cvlear guidence and instructions. Tv first class which was good for the rainy days ! VERY comfortable beds. A great place to stay for a break. Sad to come home !!

Beautiful house in a great location. Very helpful hosts who sent my son’s wallet back to us when he left it behind! Great communication - would definitely recommend and would return if we were back in the area!

Picked for the location as attending an event at West Dean, really clean and comfortable for 5 adults, Lorraine kept in touch and ensured we had everything we needed, all bedrooms being en-suite made was an added bonus, would highly recommend.

silhouette cottage was beautiful and the countryside so peaceful. Our stay was not quite as we intended as my husband had a horrible accident in the early hours of our second day. Sarah went above and beyond to help. She immediately came in the middle of the night and calmed us both and called an ambulance . She then helped my family and kept in contact the whole time. I honestly would not have known how to deal with the situation without her help

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! Spotlessly clean cottage with everything we needed for our stay. What really stood out was the complete LACK of dog smell! Being that it’s dog friendly, I’m sure many dog owners out there have experienced the smell of other pets that linger… Clean and fresh throughout the cottage. A lovely treat of a pint of milk and some sweet and savoury snacks waiting for us in the kitchen was a very kind touch. Hot tub was wonderful. Extremely easy to use, and a very helpful demonstration from Daniel at check-in. Overall a fantastic stay within quiet peaceful surroundings in beautiful, clean accommodation. Michelles cottage is a delight. Lovely location, easy to visit Arundel, South Downs and surrounding villages. The cottage was easy to find, with a lovely farm coffee house close by. The cottage is well looked after and with the bonus of a very pretty garden and outside area to enjoy.
