Holiday rentals with a patio in Westcliff-on-Sea

Mark was a gracious and responsive host. Mark pro-actively checked- in with me regarding the comfort and satisfaction of the flat. The flat was clean, comfortable and as pictured. The location felt safe and is an idea location close to the train and within walking distance to lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Should I return to Southend-On-Sea, I would book again.

I have just spent 3 lovely nights here with my 2 young daughters. Elaine and Ian were quick to respond to my emails and to confirm the booking. It’s a gorgeous flat in a lovely location, close to all you could need. Spotlessly clean, spacious and a home from home with the most comfortable beds. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend this gem of a find!

Akintunde's place was beautiful in and out. The decor was just like the pictures. Checkin and checkout were smooth. Communication was seamless . The home was very clean and well maintained. A perfect 5 star experience for me.

Nigel was the perfect host and his apartment was ideal for my stay. Spacious, bright, multiple balconies, great amenities with lots of towels and comfy bed and furnishings. Apartment is nestled in amongst some lovely restaurants, bars and cafes and a short 8-10 min walk from the bars on the seafront. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be booking Nigel’s place.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Denzel's place! The flat itself is incredibly stylish with a really cool design that we loved. It was the perfect base for our trip. One of the biggest conveniences was the parking. We traveled by car, and being able to park right in front of the house was a huge plus. Denzel provided us with a daily parking permit, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area. We were mainly there to visit Rochester, and the flat is super close, making it very easy to get to all the historic sites. We were also pleasantly surprised to find how near we were to the marina, which was a really cool spot to walk around and enjoy.

We had a lovely, relaxing few days stay over the Easter break. Everything was exactly as described, in fact, even better than the photos. Lovely peaceful location, hosted extremely well, with everything you need in well thought out accommodation. Would definitely recommend.

Had some difficulty finding the place, with the pictures not super clear. Otherwise couldn't have asked for a better location and the apartment was great.

Our third stay here. Really appreciated the rotary clothes line and pegs, got a full load of washing dry in the sunshine! As ever the off road parking is such a bonus. Many thanks.

This place is 5 star in everyway. Tina was an excellent host and very responsive. The place was very spacious and clean. Comfy king bed and good shower. There’s a lovely welcome pack. Outside there’s a big outdoor setting overlooking fields and a fully fenced paddock to exercise your dog. Definitely be back!

A perfect base for us to use ahead of my sister in law’s wedding in Stock. The house was easy to find, close to the high street and incredibly well stocked with all the facilities and gadgets we needed to get the wedding party ready on the big day - including a 2 week old baby! Thanks Stacy & Tom for being flexible with sleeping and parking requests too

Julian is an excellent communicator with fast and helpful responses. I had to change my dates (twice) and he was very accommodating. We took three cars and (with careful parking) they all fitted on the drive. The patio is private and feels secure. Beds are comfy with big, fluffy towels. The fresh milk, tea etc was welcome after a long drive. Tesco just five mins walk away and a leafy river walk is within three mins walk. Very quiet for a central town location. We had hot weather and the cooling fans were a bonus. Washing machine. Can thoroughly recommend!

very last minute booking but made themselves a available for an 8pm check in Met us at property explained everything and showed us to the parking spot and all around apartment first class hosts

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

An oasis of calm, a lovely garden to relax in. I had everything I needed for a home away from home. Charlotte was a joy to communicate with, very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend a stay here - I smiled every time I left the drive as the sea is in view at the end of the road ;-)
