Fabulous hosts! Very accommodating and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Extremely safe and walkable neighborhood. Quick and easy access to interstate. Extremely spacious unit with well equipped kitchen, living room, gas fireplace and of course, the amazing hot tub with views. Taunya was the perfect host, available when we had questions or when we had time to chat as well as giving us autonomy and privacy. We had an amazing week staying here. We will definitely stay in touch and book this space again. We hope to meet Christoph on our next visit.

We had an amazing stay! The place looked exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The view and the surroundings were absolutely stunning, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, four comfortable bedrooms, laundry facilities, and even a huge selection of board games that kept us entertained in the evenings. The instructions for check-in and house rules were clear and easy to follow, and the host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

What a fun place! The kids loved the trampoline and the hot tub and the movie theater and my little girl really loved the play area. It had lots of space so were able to fit all the kids and have lots of room to make memories.:)

Nathan’s place is more than we can asked for. We came to Salt Lake City for medical reasons and his place is only 2.5 miles away from Intermountain Medical Center. The drive going to his place from the hospital is gorgeous! It’s also located in a nice quite neighborhood and close to a grocery store, restaurants, and a strip mall

Staying at Jason’s place was an absolute pleasure. He has a gift for making people feel truly welcome — warm, thoughtful, and effortlessly hospitable. From the moment we arrived, his home felt like a peaceful retreat, and his inviting nature set the tone for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the experience of his guests, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness he showed us.

Super nice, clean, quiet, and private space. It had everything we needed for our trip. Chadwick was always responsive and very kind! Would recommend and stay here again when we’re in the area. We loved the outdoor deck and the neighborhood.

Beautiful and spacious basement apartment. Safe neighborhood. Everything is as described! would recommend. I stayed with three teenagers and they had plenty of space. Two full bathrooms was a plus!

We had a fantastic stay at this historic basement apartment in the Avenues neighborhood! The design and thoughtful touches, like hotel-grade sheets and complimentary coffee, made it feel luxurious yet homey. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the internet and three workstations were a lifesaver for getting stuff done. With TVs in every bedroom (boys loved it) and with efficient AC, comfort was never an issue. Temp in Utah got up to 97. The location is unbeatable—close to The University of Utah, downtown SLC, Temple Square, ski resorts, and hiking trails, with a charming neighborhood vibe. Highly recommend this gem for any traveler!

For my sister's birthday, we wanted to have a stay-cation. Gina's place had great activities and is a beautiful home! We loved playing pool, ping ping, darts, and watching a movie in the theatre room. The hot tub was amazing and Gina was always quick to respond and super helpful! I think this is our new birthday stay-cation location and will come back for my birthday too!

I have been coming and staying at Airbnb‘s for the last 2 to 3 years every 3 to 5 months. Thomas’s was the best place out of the many I’ve stayed at. I tried to rebook it again, but he is already booked.😊

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked for cooking. We grilled some kebabs. Hung out by the pool and hot tubbed. Played pool and ping pong and some board games. It literally has everything you need to be comfortable and a million dollar view. Will only be staying here while in Sandy.

Dennis was friendly and helpful - the space was private and clean. The ping-pong table and basketball court were a big hit! We were comfortable and the location is beautiful. We were in and out a lot, but that didn't seem to be a problem.

I stayed with friends for a few nights and I can't say enough about how lovely this apartment is. It's the lower half of a gorgeous mid-century home and a quick drive to city center, restaurants and groceries. The place is spotless and cosy - with a nice outdoor patio. The kitchen is well stocked. Karl was super responsive and even shared a bit about the history of the house, since I'm a mid-century fan. Would happily go back. I'm almost sad my son is done at the University of Utah so I don't have any plans to go back soon. You won't regret staying here. 11 out of 10!

The space was perfect for what we needed for our visit. The location was great and easy to access from main roads with stores and restaurants close by. It was very clean and a welcoming, comfortable space to relax. The host was very quick to respond to any need and question. I would absolutely stay again.

Doug's private suite is modern and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and, more importantly, pods for the coffee maker. The bathroom has plenty of linens and a very nice walk-in shower. The bed and furniture are comfortable. The check-in and check-out instructions are clear, and the procedures are easy. The neighborhood is walkable with many cute bungalows. There are plenty of restaurants and shops only a few blocks away in the 9th & 9th district. Doug's property will be among my top choices for future trips to Salt Lake City.

Great location — only a 15-minute drive to the airport and Chinatown. A very comfortable stay.

Jill was very accommodating when I had a special request. She is also very responsive to messages. The space was clean and neat. Easy parking, easy access to space. Would recommend!

Amanda and Kyle were wonderful hosts. The check in and our process was extremely easy and they were very helpful to meet our tedious time requirements. The place was perfect for the 3 of us for our trip to Lehi. We recommend this Airbnb for anyone and will re book when we visit for another trip.
