Holiday rentals with a hot tub in West Suffolk District

We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

We thoroughly enjoyed a family holiday at this property, with 6 adults and 3 kiddies. The house was really quirky, roomy and comfortable. The property has kept its aged beams and old characteristics whilst being updated. The house was really clean and tidy and contained everything you would need for a stay away from home. The adults and kids LOVED the hot tub and games room which made the property stand out. Holly was very quick at responding and made the holiday very easy going with great instructions and help when needed. The only one downside was an uncomfortable mattress, however we were able to swap a couple around since we had small children who could sleep on that one.

From the moment we booked our stay at Deer Cottage, the communication was absolutely superb. Tina, the host, was incredibly accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in which meant we could settle in and start relaxing a little sooner than expected – a lovely gesture! Deer Cottage itself was nothing short of delightful, living up to its description perfectly. It was an ideal spot for some much-needed R&R. Every single detail had been thought of to ensure our comfort, from a lovely hamper of goodies waiting for us, to robes and slippers. These thoughtful touches really made the stay feel special. We highly recommend Deer Cottage for anyone seeking a comfortable, relaxing, and well-appointed getaway. We can't wait to return!

Chelsi is a fantastic host, so communicative, friendly and so helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the forest house. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious, the tv in the living room is amazing and we loved the conservatory and the hot tub. The coffee and tea amenities provided were very generous and thoughtful. Chelsi provided great recommendations for places to visit and walks into the forest straight from the house. We would highly recommend staying at forest house.

We had a lovely stay at the Pondbarn, the barn and the surroundings are so peaceful. The interior is beautiful and cosy we all really felt at home and are already trying to arrange booking for next year. Thank you!!

Had an amazing stay for my birthday which the girls also enjoyed. Beautiful surroundings and was a little home away from home enjoyable for everyone and just what we needed. 100% recommend to everyone!

Fantastic Host and Venue. Always happy to help with any requests and even decorated the house to celebrate the Birthday Girls. High recommend going to the local Fox and Hound Pub for food, its literally a 30 second walk away. Will definitely be heading back here again for a nice relaxing break!!

It's not often that a place exceeds your expectations, but this place certainly did, it is absolutely beautiful, everything about it was perfect, there were 8 of us staying here and each and everyone of us loved it. Marcus was lovely to deal with, he recommended a restaurant/pub for a Saturday lunch, "The Red Lion" in Debenham which was about an hours walk away and the food and service were exceptional. We had a fabulous weekend.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved having a BBQ, soaking in the hot tub, and taking in the stunning view of the water. Stayed here with my partners family for the weekend, we had such a lovely time. We made good use of the pool table and the football table. It was very spacious with 7 of us and 2 little dogs. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

Honeysuckle, cabin was really amazing, nice and clean very comfortable and extremely well equipped with quality bedding, toiletries along with everything you could possibly need. This is somewhere I would be very happy to visit again. The host Richard was very helpful and on hand if you needed him, but left us to enjoy the peace and tranquility, in this beautiful relaxing setting.

We stayed at Christine's lodge June 2025 for my 60th birthday; me, my partner and another couple, plenty of space for us. This is our second visit to this lodge (our first stay was Sept 2024) and it didn't disappoint. Exactly as we remembered and described in the listing, the lodge is beautiful with everything you need within it to make it comfortable. Felt like home from home but more serene with beautiful surroundings. The lodge park is remote but peaceful, yet not far from lots of local amenitities if you want them (note they are driving distance, not walking distance!) but this is exactly as we wanted it. Hot tub is perfect, not overlooked by anyone. Christine is a great host and her communication/updates couldn't be better. She replies promptly to messages and the detailed instructions regarding access to the lodge, 'house rules' and location could not be faulted. Thank you Christine and hopefully it won't be long before we can visit again x

We had the most amazing family stay for our mum's 60th birthday. The house was beautiful, interesting and fun. It had enough for all ages to do and the outside pool, tubs and eating space was perfect. We were so lucky with the weather and instead of going out to do expensive activities we made the most of the house, fishing, park and pub (so family friendly). We would definitely come back but would avoid the middle of summer as the house did get extremely hot, especially upstairs. It wouldnt put us off going back though. The place if you want a quiet, peaceful getaway surrounded by the best of the Suffolk countryside. We had amazing weather for our one night stay. The bath was brilliant (takes a while to fill, bear in mind). The cabin was cosy and homely. I can imagine a winter stay would be equally wonderful. Being a Sunday evening and wanting a more substantial meal than was available at the closer (and offering food), we walked the The Poachers Pocket. About 1hr 10 mins at a leisurely pace along quiet lanes and bridleway. Looked like there was all you'd need to cook at the cabin and a large fridge. Would recommend to family and friends.

We had a lovely time at this special location. The bedrooms are all decent sizes and having two bathrooms is really handy. We made use of the hot tub and firepit. Charlotte was brilliant - super responsive and helpful. We booked the additional use of the swimming pool and games room. Whilst this is an additional expense it was a real treat and we would honestly recommend this to everyone for the experience.

We had a lovely weekend at Suzanne’s place. The surroundings were beautiful and so peaceful. The hot tub was the highlight and we spent a very relaxing weekend in it. The place itself is so clean and has a lovely layout. Suzanne and her husband were so friendly and were always reachable if need be. We will definitely be back. Rachael and Sarah :)

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful lodge for a relaxing hen do weekend! 💕 The setting is peaceful and quiet, with lovely views over the golf club, perfect for enjoying the hot tub and soaking in the scenery. The lodge was spotless and really well kept, with plenty of towels and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living space was cosy, and we genuinely didn’t need to bring a thing. The gym, pool, and other facilities nearby were a real bonus, such a great touch for a bit of wellness and fun during the weekend. Karen was incredibly helpful with the arrangements and full of great information about the local area, which made planning our stay so much easier. The neighbours were absolutely lovely too, which added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. we’ll definitely be booking again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My family and I had the most amazing time at the Malibu Lake House! The location was superb, and the views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking. Every morning, we woke up to the serene beauty of the lake right outside our window—truly a sight to behold. Helen, our host, was incredibly helpful and always responded quickly to provide any information or assistance we needed. Her attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. This place is genuinely special and one of a kind. We loved it so much that we've already booked to go again in August. The Malibu Lake House provided a perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to return for another fantastic stay. Thank you, Helen, for making our stay so memorable!

A great stay for our family. The perfect getaway from the madness of every day parent life! We enjoyed a 2 hour exploration across the acres of land nearby and some relaxation in the well maintained hot tub. The place was a home from home and extremely well kept. In the evening there were a few creepy crawlies, but expected in the countryside! The king sized bed was ever so comfy and the children slept well in the single bedroom next door. We would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay in one of the cabins! Easy instructions to find, and ample parking. Beautiful landscaping around the pod cabins, and although there were others, it felt very secluded and private. Very quiet and loved hearing the horses and birds. The wood fired hot tub was AMAZING and was the perfect place to catch up with friends. BBQ made for easy dining and we were able to sit out on the patio. Small inside (for 4 people) but perfectly formed and had absolutely everything we needed. Loved our stay and hope to return!
