Holiday rentals with a patio in West Seneca

We were in town for a family reunion . The location was perfect for us. We just needed a place to sleep and the beds were very comfy!

Very hospitable environment, super host, took care of smallest of needs for guests who are coming to stay. Amazing views and serene locality.

Charming Buffalo neighborhood with food and drinks close by. We took a lovely evening stroll to town on our last night. The whole stay was comfortable and definitely recommendable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Camille House. It was very clean. The area was very quiet. It was perfect location, we were not in the main part of the city, but it was just minutes away from everything we wanted to do. If we come back to Niagara Falls, we will definitely stay there again.

The place was easy to access and perfect for the night we stayed. We had a bigger group and this was very accommodating.

We had such a wonderful stay, everything was so clean and bright. Our kids felt right at home and cozy. The added touch of breakfast included, bread and eggs, was incredibly thoughtful and immensely appreciated. It made our stay much easier as a family. The Airbnb was beautiful inside - extremely clean. We had everything we needed and the little balcony was a bonus as well.

We were visiting Buffalo for Christmas and were very happy with Joe’s place. His descriptions of the house and neighborhood were perfect. We took walks everyday with our dog and were conveniently located to everything. The house is lovely, perfect for a family of four and a dog. We had everything we needed to make some dishes for our holiday meals. Joe is a great host. I appreciated his quick responses and welcoming emails. He made great suggestions and even let us check in early which is always nice. We highly recommend!

We stayed here with a group for my sister’s wedding weekend and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay! The house is gorgeous and we loved the pond view! We were comfortable and cozy and felt right at home! We had everything we needed and the beds and couch were very comfortable! Julie was a kind, helpful, and communicative host! I am really glad that, I chose Zaihid Airbnb because it felt very peaceful and cool as you can hang around with friends and family. Great location, Comfortable room and Safe Area. I will like to stay in his Airbnb again if i get chance to come again in buffalo. If I wanna write about the host and the Airbnb there will be long essay 🤣, i know because the host was super friendly and very helpful. Will recommend his Airbnb to stay.

Great location to Riverworks and Downton. My group would definitely book this property again if we come back to Buffalo. The space was large and had all we could ask for.

Loved Maura’s place!! Very clean, had a lot of extra amenities, and was close to a lot of things. Would definitely stay again!

Justin’s house was perfect for us! Quaint and had everything we needed for our family of four and my parents as well. The bedrooms were perfect. Fully stocked Kitchen was beautiful! Had coffee every morning and if we needed anything there was a small convenience store directly across the street. The heated floors in the bathroom was great! We did drive to most places. It was a little too far to walk to the Falla but it was very easy to get to along with entertainment like Niagara on the Lake and Clifton Hill. Make sure you go to the Flying Saucer restaurant for breakfast it’s a local favorite and very good! Thanks so much Justin for an awesome stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Hamburg, Buffalo during spring break! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and was in a peaceful neighborhood, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The host was also very responsive and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. Location is quiet, away from the tourist area but close enough to drive to the attractions so a vehicle is recommended. Easy free parking onsite. Super clean unit has most of what you need except for a dishwasher and laundry however we used a public laundromat called Casino Coin during our week stay (avoid the closer one called Suds). The additional half bath was invaluable as was the sofa bed in the living room. Appreciated the availability of a Brita water filter, many K-pods for the Keurig, the non-teflon pans and the bottle of wine gifted. There’s a great local market called Lococo’s a few minutes walk away with the freshest meats, veggies and fruits. We felt safe in this area just down the road from the Great Wolf Lodge. Responsive owner / manager. I recommend this Airbnb.

I don’t know where to start about Chris. I wish everybody that owned an Airbnb was as great as him. I really appreciate everything he did. I recommend anybody to use this location when you’re staying in Buffalo.

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

The price of the stay was very reasonable for the location and living arrangements.

Came to Buffalo to for a graduation weekend and this spot checked off everything my family and I needed for our stay. The place was spacious and the living room was my fav spot to stay in given the terrace which we had its doors open to let in the fresh air. Jessica and Sean were very responsive and attending to our needs whenever we reached out and were very welcoming. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and quiet; on a walk I saw kids selling lemonade so that was refreshing, literally cuz it was hot out.
