We loved our stay at Stephanie and Jay's AirBnB. The place was very clean and Stephanie and Jay were very responsive. I really appreciated their proactiveness to add air conditioners to the bedrooms in anticipation of the hot weather. Great location - walking distance to Green Lake and the zoo! I was worried about road traffic from the busy road next to the place, but it was hardly noticeable. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place to crash for a few nights when traveling to Seattle. You can tell the host puts effort into making sure their guests are comfortable throughout their stay. We were even able to check-in early which was nice! Felt like everything we wanted to do was within a mile or less. Great stay!

Great little place to stay. Very close to where I was working so I was able to walk to work every day which was wonderful. The hosts are very helpful. It’s a small cozy place and had everything I needed. The hosts live above the Airbnb so if you are a light sleeper you might be woken extra early by the sounds of kids running and playing or the hosts moving about but it’s not constant. Thank you for a great stay!

Becky was phenomenal. My friend and I needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks as we are law students doing a west coast initiative, and this spot meeted and exceeded our expectations. It not only had everything we needed, but also a great community around us. The stay overall made our long hours of studying, networking, etc. super tranquil. Thank you again so much!!

Robert has a lovely, convenient place with 2 spacious bedrooms. You can walk to all you need.

This was a v. clean, well-equipped basement apt in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to downtown (25 min on frequent, fast bus 1 block away). It was also 1 block from a grocery coop, very convenient, and had a good collection of dishes & cookware. Lovely Green Lake is also only 1 block away. I had an excl. stay, & would book again. However, there are 2 possible issues. The shower is in the tub & the tub sides are v. steep. This was OK for me but I would not recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. Although there are 2 grab bars for getting in, one is blocked by the toilet and leads you directly under the shower, & the other is at least 1.5 feet from where you put your foot down inside the tub. Once you are in tub/shower, there is no grab bar along the wall. The second issue is that they request no shoes in the apt, the floors are poured concrete and there are no house slippers provided. So if you have any foot, ankle, etc issues, you should bring your own house shoes.

We stayed overnight for a work trip and wish we could have stayed longer! A beautiful space that made for a peaceful stay.

Amazing views! The apartment was comfortable with plenty of room for my family of 4. Great Queen Anne location, walkable to Kerry Park, several restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is very charming with a lot of character and unique walking pathways. Short drive to Pike Place and T-Moblie park for a game. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had regarding recommendations in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was a hit ! Location, floor plan, amenities all spot on. Cleaning staff could have been a bit better. It was small things like the floors were over mopped with too much soap or something, and the game room was dusty. Not really a critique, because I would recommend and come back if they would have us.

This place was really nice, exactly as others have described. We appreciated that the house already had lots of baby-friendly items, including gates on all of the stairs! We really enjoyed the backyard that was fenced in as it allowed our kids to play without us worrying about them going into the street. The beds were really comfortable, and the entire place was very homey. Thank you again for a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay in this BNB while in Seattle. It’s close to the Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. The BNB is modern and comfortable. Very spacious. The owners checked in and asked if we needed anything. Which was greatly appreciated. Great neighborhood. Would stay here again.

I would stay here again. It was really lovely. Very clean and very welcoming and in a great location. When we arrived we walked in to all of the lights on (even in the closets) and the music on. I can't tell you how many times I have been traveling alone and walked into a dark rental. It was really great to walk into a place lit up like this. The place was charming and well equipped and everything worked and the location was amazing. The kitchen was really lovely and the fireplace (and a/c when we needed it) was awesome! I have to say that Michael was the most responsive host I have ever experienced on AirBnB. He was proactive about sending me directions and photos showing me how to locate the place, park, open the door etc. He also sent me great neighborhood and city resources and he just responded to messages lightening fast. Anyway, we loved it and highly recommend it!

Cute house, in a nice neighborhood in west Seattle with easy access to the west Seattle bridge. My mom stayed here when visiting me, and she loved it. Would recommend.

Very convenient location for a Seattle stay… cute neighborhood & very close to the bus. Place was really clean. Would be happy to stay here again. Only challenge to note (which the listing is clear about) are the stairs to one of the beds/loft area are steep (so lugging a big suitcase is a challenge).

Olga is a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Her place is beautiful and has a wonderful view. Always enjoy staying in the Newmark Building.

Me and my girlfriend Eden had an amazing and seamless stay at Saida’s residence this past weekend. It was a great experience and the place was perfect for us and suited our needs to the tee. Saida was a great host and I would 100% recommend booking with them.

We just had an amazing time in Robert’s place - made extra special because we could park our car easily there and go absolutely everywhere by foot! The apartment was extremely well equipped, comfortable and Robert was an exceptionally responsive and proactive host. We’ll be back!

Check in was seamless and we really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants in town. The place was very cozy and perfect for my husband and I. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. We will return to Tonia’s next time we are in Bainbridge!

Ashley & Mike’s place was perfect. The space had everything I needed. The bonus was the workspace in the bedroom. The location was right around the corner from Pike Place Market and walkable to most attractions. I really enjoyed my stay. The building felt very safe and secure. The amenities of the gym and the pool were nice. Not to mention the convenience of the Target below the building for grabbing a few necessities. I would definitely book again.

My dad and I had a lovely stay at Hamid's condo! The main room is light-filled and open, with a large kitchen and a living area. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed, and we enjoyed the provided coffee. There was also a selection of tea. There isn't a pull-out in the living area anymore, but there is a roomy sectional, plus extra pillows and blankets. My dad slept on the sectional, and said it was comfy and he slept very well. I slept wonderfully in the bedroom, which has a sizable closet - very convenient! Having laundry facilities on-site was a real bonus. We weren't planning on using them, but I wound up needing to, and was glad to have them. Hamid was a gracious, friendly, and kind host. His directions and instructions were detailed and clear, and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and at home. Dad and I would happily return for another stay - and hope to!
