Kid-friendly holiday rentals in West Launceston

A beautiful home for larger groups to enjoy. Everything you needed and more was supplied. The house was a warm and cosy retreat

Our family had a wonderful stay. Spacious, clean and very cosy. We would strongly recommend for families or couples wanting a beautiful place to stay. The teenagers actually got off their phones and played some of the games provided. Thanks again Emma and Tom. Definitely return next time we are in Launceston.

Our extended family spent 2 nights at Nell's house while in Launceston. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us, across 3 generations. We enjoyed catching the sunrise, and being able to cook up dinner for the entire family in the kitchen and using the grill. It was also a plus that the Trevallyn Nature Recreation Area was just up the road, so some of us got a chance to go on a hike/trail run.

The place was fabulous. Nell was always quick to answer any question we had. I sent my 18 year old daughter there with friends and it was no issue for Nell. The hot tub was ready when they arrived with 38C and they spend quite some time in there! Would definitely come back.

Only a short Uber ride from the city restaurants and bars, our wine tour even picked us up at the door! Will always recommend your home, and if we’re back in Launceston we know where we are staying :)

We loved this cottage! Host was able to provide an extremely flexible check in which helped our toddler get a much needed nap. Large showers with plenty of hot water and pressure. Panel heaters in the bedrooms and a split system meant we were always warm enough. Location came with some traffic noise mostly during the day, but we knew that when choosing this place. We would return if in Launceston again.

Great accommodation in a perfect location, was easy to find, well maintained and clean. The fireplace and charm of the cottage were amazing. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Soul Sisters Heritage Cottage! Lydia has created such a beautiful and welcoming space—every detail is thoughtfully styled with quality finishes and a real sense of charm. The home was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Dale's apartment is perfect for a stay in Launceston. Great location and easy to walk to the many cafes and restuarants nearby. Woolworths just around the corner too which is handy. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. Lock up garage was a major plus too. Definitely would recommend it!

Loved this place from the moment I walked in - no keys to worry about, a beautiful scent as I walked in, the most amazing mattress, beautiful linen and pillows on the bed, a wonderful bathroom with underfloor heating a great size bath to soak in, a huge rain head shower plus a small one too, a full oven ( I didn’t use !) a dishwasher, huge fridge and everything else you could possibly need. It was a very private space, right in the centre of the CBD but peaceful and quiet too, easy walking anywhere and a specialty cake shop just a few steps away ! Elizabeth and Rodney were very responsive and their place was spotless 🌟I loved my 3 night stay and will be back again soon.

We always stay at Christine’s when we are in Launceston, very clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great stay. Lovely views. Quiet and comfortable. We had our own parking space and entrance. Friendly hosts who also respected our privacy.

We stayed at Lily’s place for a weekend in Launceston. It’s not really walkable to many places but we had a car so that wasn’t an issue. The plus is it’s out of the way a little and easy to get in and out of Launceston to the south. The place was very comfortable, very comfy beds and a great shower, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Great little space.

A lovely two days spent here. An easy walk to Cataract Gorge and Stillwater restaurant. A lovely, comfortable apartment. Added bonus of EV charger.
