Really enjoyed our stay in Ian's place , lovely little bungalow in a peaceful area. spotlessly clean , well equipped kitchen . lovely bathroom & lounge area. Garden was great for our dog to run around , nice sitting area in garden. Great communication with hosts, would not hesitate to book again . Thank you for letting us stay.

Beautiful cottage, loved the decor, bigger inside than outside, absolutely loved it. Great view at the back of the historic cemetery. Very welcoming, cosy vibe. We will definitely be returning. Hosts are great at communicating. Fabulous find !!!

A very spacious and comfortable barn conversion. Situated in a great location. Ormskirk is a very nice market town with easy access via train to Liverpool. Really enjoyable weekend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The cottage is spotlessly clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The decor is stylish and cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Everything was exactly as described- if not better! We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable or charming place to stay. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return!

The Port Hole was perfect for my week of workshops around Lancashire. Central and well connected, it was a haven to come back to. Steve even helped me to mend a couple of bits of my equipment that broke. The kitchen had everything I needed and the slightly eccentric shower room worked perfectly well. Comfy bed too! Would certainly return. Thank you, Steve!

Excellent place to stay. Great location for Preston City Centre. Very clean bed,bathroom and facilities. Wi fi excellent - would definitely stay again. One thing which is not John’s fault - since getting back I’ve had 4 separate parking fines from Preston council for driving (£140 total at least!) through a ‘bus gate’ which I wasn’t aware of, the satnav just took me that way! Would be useful for a heads up when staying in the city centre!

This was our second visit to Lynne's place and once again we had a wonderful time. Lynne was a congenial host and the apartment had everything as described. A two minute walk takes one down to the River Mersey foreshore with paved footpath alongside, and Anthony Gormley's "The Men" can be seen en route. From the kitchen the view of the garden and over to the West Lancashire Golf Course is delightful. Parking right outside and short walk to train station were a bonus. We look forward to another return visit one day.

Great base for exploring Liverpool. About a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre and 40 minute walk from Anfield. Has an excellent kitchen with oven, grill, microwave, fridge freezer, and plenty of cutlery etc. All very clean. Bathroom has a very good shower. Fast WiFi.

Excellent base for what we wanted. Lots of local eateries in walking distance, very quiet location as its away from the main road. The rooms are massive for a two bedroom flat. Really helpful instructions on how to get there and really well presented. I would highly recommend and will be staying again myself.

This was our first stay in an Air BnB. Great communication, spotless accommodation, we literally slept there and left, however the kitchen was fully equipped with a nice living room. Very quiet

I had a brief stay while in town for a wedding, but it was a pleasant one. The accommodation was spotless, conveniently located, and made getting around effortless. It’s just a short walk from the main street, the train station, and several great restaurants, which made everything incredibly accessible. Perfect for a short visit or weekend getaway.

Amazing stay in a lovely home. Easy to get to Liverpool on the Mersey Rail and affordable Uber options too. The flat its self is well kept and nicely decorated, it was very comfortable and exceeded everything we needed for our weekend stay. 10/10 would recommend

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean throughout with lots of little touches to make you feel at home. Quiet, well-appointed, very fresh, light and airy. In an ideal spot for country drives out to Stockton Heath, Lymm and Altrincham, as well as being relatively close to the town centre, supermarkets, and with great links to the M6 and M62. David was very responsive to our messages, instructions were clear, and he was a great host both to deal with and in terms of the quality of our stay. Highly recommended.

This flat was well situated for us as a family of 4. Its is clean and more spacious than we had imagined. There is plenty of natural light due to the big double glazed windows facing the road and the kitchen is nicely tucked away with all the amenities you need as a family. We have 2 young kids, so the location was perfect for us, as just across the road is access the the beach and a 12 minute walk to the pier/park/high street. Weather was great in May so we made good use of that. The only gripe is about the curtains in the master bedroom, they dont come all the way down to the floor (around 90cm off the ground). Too much light enters the room to have a late sleep in. Apart from that highly recommend it.
