Beautiful generally well kept home with amazing views and yard. If you are a bird lover, you will truly enjoy the symphony of beautiful bird sounds. Being close to the reservoir is a great feature.

We had an incredible stay at Hani’s place! The home was beautifully designed, spotless, and perfect for our family of four. You really couldn’t ask for a better location — just a few blocks from charming Larchmont Village, with great restaurants, cafes, and shops, and only about 10 minutes from Universal Studios, where we spent an amazing day with our boys. The neighborhood felt safe, central, and made getting around LA so easy. There were also tons of fantastic dining options nearby, which made our evenings even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located home base in LA!

Great place for our family to stay before a wedding. It was near relatives. We had lots of space to prepare wedding flowers and for the kids to watch TV and play in the back yard. More than one coffee maker. Lots of spices available. Close to downtown LA and close to Hollywood. One smaller car fit in the garage, one car fit on the driveway and one car stayed on the street with a parking pass provided by the host. The host was very responsive and helpful. We were allowed to check in early for a small fee which really helped. We discovered a small grocery store within walking distance which was convenient, along with a little restaurant we didn't have time to visit. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a rare and terrific find for universal city! Super close to both Warner and universal for work, or for entertainment if you’re looking to explore the park. Great eating places nearby, quiet, and great views! If you love the mid century modern feel, design, aesthetic as much as I do, this is your spot!

the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

Okay this apartment is actually beautiful. Traveling with my bestie for work and we found this place, it was even better than the listing photos. Was perfect for a short term girls trip!!! Super walkable location too. Naj was a great host and text me back everytime I needed something or had questions!!

I recently stayed at Robin’s property for 6 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The location is perfect .. situated in a safe and clean neighborhood with a good view. The bed was super comfortable, and the property had everything you could possibly need during your stay. It’s also in close proximity to some of LA’s best attractions and restaurants, including The Grove , Beverly Hills, Hollywood sign and Hollywood Walk of Fame which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Robin was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Los Angeles. I’m already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Spacious, clean, and well kept apartment. Our group of 3 had a great stay. The location was right across the street from good coffee, and there were many food options close by. The bed and linens were super comfy and we were able to get good nights of sleep while there, which is super important while traveling!

Booked for a short 2-night stay in town. Perfect location between Hermosa and Manhattan Pier. Conviently close to the beach and a bus stop for public transport.

Tracy’s place was great! We originally booked one night and ended up booking two more nights 😊 The apartment was clean and felt right at home. We had all the kitchen utensils to be able to make fresh homemade food, which is hard to do sometimes at Airbnbs! I was able to meet Tracy when she was helping our neighbors and she was so kind and let us know that whatever we needed to message her. Our sink ended up leaking a bit and right away she answered and help came in 5 minutes and fixed the issue. All in all we really enjoyed the space and definitely would recommend to others !!

Would really recommend this place. Was located 15 mins drive from airport, in a nice neighborhood, 20 mins easy walk to cafes etc. The hosts were lovely, very helpful and quick to respond to messages, allowed us to check in early and leave our bags with them. The room itself was clean, with coffee, snacks etc. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided.

From the moment I checked in I felt comfortable and so happy with my choice of rental. Christian's home is beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. My host provided fresh organic continental breakfast and the coffe was wonderful and appreciated. To be so close to my family and our new grand baby was amazing. The neighbor hood is excellent and the 3 block walk enabled me not to have to rent a car. In general very close to everything I needed. My room was very comfortable and with the beautiful bathroom steps away! Without hesitation I would love to revisit and highly recommend Christains home for a peaceful stay in Van Nuys!

I've never booked an "in home" room through airbnb before, but Laura absolutely blew me away and has set the bar incredibly high for any future experiences!! She is the most friendly, kind & accommodating hostess and made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcome in her home. The space far exceeded my expectations, multiple rooms, super spacious, beautifully decorated, meticulously clean and most importantly super comfortable bed! She provided every possible amenity one could ever want or need, including some food in a private refrigerator! I could not have asked for a better place to stay for my daughter's college graduation - Laura contributed to a very special weekend and I'm forever grateful!

Fiona has been a wonderful host during my stay. I was a fellow working at Huntington Library for the past month, and Fiona’s place provided everything I needed. It was close to the Huntington with a 20-min walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Bus lines and metro to old Pasadena and downtown LA are within walkable distance. There are not many dining options within walking distance but it’s about 20 min bus ride to a few commercial/mixed use hubs.

Dorris & her daughter are amazing people! Super welcoming and fun to talk too when you run into them. Always super nice and willing to help! The room itself is super awesome, the bed is extremely comfortable and the fan is awesome. I had to move it a lil closer to the bed but thats just cause i'm not used to temperatures above 60. The room was super clean and well maintained. The bathroom too, which was lovely and very cute. The shower pressure was fantastic. I enjoyed my stay with them and hope to be back eventually!! (Plus they have the cutest dog ever) Also the paris theme that was going on was super awesome, a unique lil quirk i thought was fun!

Suzanne is such a wonderful person, who really wants you to have the best stay. She preprepared breakfast in the morning, so it is ready for you to make it you you get up. She gives wonderful advice on where to go to eat. If you need anything, she helps you. Her home is not far from the Universal studios, Hollywood, Hollywood sign and other great location. Her cat is a lovely little one, who loves attention. Would definitely recommend to stay here. But you should have a car to get around to everything.

Living here was a great choice, comfy bed, nice bed, free parking, and super friendly hosts. Quincy the dog was absolutely adorable-I loved him! This is definitely a place I’d love to come back to. Thanks, David and Lexi!
