Great space and great location. Bathroom is a bit dated, but clean. Wish there was a tv in the bedroom. Stayed Monday - Friday and was perfect for what I needed. Responsive host and very accommodating.

Great location, loved the scenery and the fact that there was a lot of things to do in that area. Walkable and convenient. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

El alojamiento es muy lindo. Tiene todo lo necesario para una corta o larga estancia. Se puede usar el aparcamiento sin inconveniente y es fácil de acceder. El lugar es céntrico y Rajiv fue muy amable y siempre respondió rápido. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es hat die perfekte Lage um alle Ziele in LA zu erreichen. Der Garagenstellplatz ist sehr praktisch und man kann jederzeit ein und ausfahren. Das Hollywood-Sign sieht mehr sehr gut direkt aus der Wohnung, das ist definitiv ein Highlight. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

I really did not want to write such a positive review because I want to live at this place, and as I’ve found out, it’s very rarely available because of the exceptional location. If you see this place is available just book it. Do not hesitate!!!. Example; if you were at Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive and your friend was at this property you could hear each other breath. The area in general is unmatched. The people unchallenged in any realm of Humanity. Shay the host was incredible too, hence why my Karmic retribution gene kicked in and forced me to share this hidden gem. For the past 6 years I’ve lived in LA and I’ve finally found a place called home. Remember!!! Do not hesitate just book it or you’ll be left waiting months for it to become available again.

Had a wonderful experience. Firstly, Artem was amazingly prompt at all times and helpful. Secondly, the home is spacious and well appointed and looks like it was recently refurbished and has newer furniture. Comfortable and super clean. It has a balcony, though with a limited view. The back of the building is literally on sunset blvd, so easy walk to the Pendry hotel and several restaurants nearby. It has 2 parking spots which are really valuable in this area. Great stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay! The place was very comfortable, clean, and offered a nice sense of privacy—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Everything matched the listing, and the host made everything super easy. Just a heads-up: it’s a bit of a drive to central Hollywood, but if you don’t mind that, this spot is a great find. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

My friend and I really enjoyed staying here! It was convenient that this listing included parking since we had a rental car and Cathy's instructions made checking in and out very straightforward. The apartment is modern, clean, and quiet which made it the perfect place for us to relax after a long day of exploring LA. We're both big fans of Korean food and we really enjoyed the sheer number of of great cafes and restaurants within a ten minute walk from the apartment. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Jeffrey's home is quiet, spacious, and great sunlight. Stocked with coffee and other items you will need. It is clean. Bathrooms were clean as well. There is a pullout in the LR that was challenging to sleep on.-not extremely comfortable so we pulled off the mattress to sleep on the floor. Easy to check in, and parking is with a tag for 2 hours during the day so be careful to not get a ticket. I do love the area-quiet beautiful tree lined streets, close to shopping and coffee. We were going to UCLA graduation and needed 2 bedrooms. Jeffrey's place was perfect!

E olha que fiz muitas perguntas, mas ela sempre foi muito prestativa e atenciosa. O local é muito centralizado e com muitas facilidades próximas. Sendo super recomendado e tranquilo. I was a bit nervous to come to LA since protest were happening in the city but Lisa gave me really good advices to get around without my plans getting affected by the protests Communicating with her was always easy and very responsive on her side, she was always kind and gave me very helpful instructions of what should I do in case I needed help from her or the Airbnb company Her place was super clean, cozy and equipped with all I needed to make myself comfortable and have a good time

We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

Clean, tidy and well-maintained apartment with amazing skyline views, exactly as described! Perfect location on a relatively safe street in dt. Keys pickup process was a bit confusing but manageable. Highly recommended!

Will definitely be returning to stay at this location. The host Taylor was extremely responsive, check in was easy and smooth, and the place was stunning. The views, location, and amenities were perfect. Came for a business trip and this place was a sanctuary that allowed me to focus on getting everything I needed to done, then relax and have a great time afterwards. Location is close to everything. Perfect stay.

It was our first time in LA and Leon home was amazing. This place is perfect for trio. I mean it! The garage was definitely a 2 car garage. Very clean and demure. If this place is available next year Summer time, I will definitely be staying here.

The host was very prompt with the responses when I needed assistances. Also, the very clearly explained--and not to mention epic --check-in and parking instruction videos were very helpful 😊👍 We personally liked the mattresses also. Thank you for your kind hosting ❤️

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.
