Holiday rentals with a patio in West Flanders

A perfect stay! The accommodation is as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. We immediately felt at ease there. The location is ideal, quiet but close to everything. Responsive, welcoming, and considerate host. We had a great time and will gladly come back again. I recommend it 100%!

We spent 4 very pleasant and cozy days thanks to Lieselot's apartment. Both accessible and conveniently located near the waterfront and a large shopping street. We walked around much of the coast and were happy to return to our rental every night. The Italian shower was a delight to relax our aches.

Lukasz is a great host, you can arrange almost anything you desire with him, and the place was really beyond our expectations. We really had a great time there and surely are coming back :)

We stayed in the loft with 4 adults, 2 children and a dog. Amenities and cleanliness were impeccable. The loft is very nicely furnished and the terrace invites you to relax. Mireille was a top host. All requests would be answered as quickly as possible. We forgot towels, Mireille quickly provided us with some. The surrounding area is very nice for walking and eating out. We highly recommend the place.

Just a MAGNIFICENT VIEW 😍 A little cocoon where you feel great! For a first stay at the sea with an 8-month-old baby, it was perfect. Karen is a great host. Responsive and helpful. The house is perfect for a family and/or friends, has all the features and amenities needed. The surroundings are beautiful. I will surely go back and I am highly recommending it.

The accommodation was as described, well presented to a high standard and a lovely place to stay from which to explore Bruges, with lots of local info provided by the host. It’s only a short walk into the city centre and the on-street parking worked out ok. Communication with the host was excellent and I’d highly recommend this place to stay.

We took a family vacation in Middelkerke, there were also two smaller children. The apartment was big and spacious, there was enough space for everyone. It is well equipped with everything you need, especially the available sheets and towels are very helpful. We felt very comfortable. The beach is very accessible on foot, as well as grocery stores, bakeries, etc. A few meters from the property is a very inexpensive parking garage, which can be used well as a parking space for vehicles. The host made it very easy for us and was very cooperative and flexible from the start. We will be happy to come back!

Incredible stay at Franciska's. A very warm welcome, smooth communication, very good advice. The house is fantastic, decorated with great taste, it is extremely comfortable and has a beautiful garden. The street is very quiet. The accommodation is easily accessible from the train station and you can also park in the street. The beach and shops are close by. We had a fantastic 4 days with 7 adults and a 2-year-old. Great stay at Bernd's beautiful house! Central location ( close to the dike, the SPAR and the shopping street) but at the same time very quiet. Super well-equipped house (quality materials and equipment), clean, very good bedding. Easy and prompt communication with Bernd. He's very accommodating. The garage and parking space in front of the garage are an undeniable plus. Thanks for everything, we'll definitely be back ☀️

Nice place for a group of friends!

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was inside the apartment. The baby cot was even ready upon arrival. Also a perfect location. Quiet but still close to the city center. Contact with the host also went very smoothly. In short, recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a nice holiday in Ostend.

The apartment is just as pictured! There is a basic equipment in the kitchen and there is also basic equipment in the bathrooms (hair dryer, straightener, soap, tampons, etc.). The garage is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment, however we were able to park the car right in front of the house to load and unload. The garage is narrow, but still easy to use and very useful as there are only a few public parking spaces available. The view of the sea is outstanding! Communication with Sara is friendly and quick

Great apartment for a getaway. Location great. Parking in front of the house 30 min free (do not forget registration at the vending machine). We will be happy to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was perfect for 2 families, plenty of space for everyone. Great location, with just a short walk to the beach, train station, parking everything you would need.

As a previous reviewer has mentioned, the photos do not do this place justice. Huge windows in every bedroom with beautiful views over the sea and surrounding areas. Loved it!

We had a wonderful week . The flat was spotless and very well equipped. It was a bonus to have off street parking which was very secure. Everything was in walking distance. There was a boat regatta over the weekend which added to our enjoyment of the area. The train for seniors was a very good price at €6 return. You can travel anywhere in Belgium for that price. We found Dirk and ZIta to be very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. We went by train to Brugge which was an hour away and we were lucky to pick the day of the Blood procession which is every 2 years . We were treated to 1 and a half hours of pageantry with beautiful costumes and depictions of well known Bible stories. A perfect week in perfect surroundings.

It was a great place to stay, and Angie is a very responsive host and it was lovely to communicate with her. Appartement is greatly equipped and provide you with all necessary you need for your stay.
