Family-friendly holiday rentals in West Betuwe

Authentieke woonboerderij met een prachtige tuin met verschillende zithoekjes en een hutje voor de latere uurtjes. BBQ, trampoline, hot tub (niet gebruikt) en een kampvuurplaats. Ideaal voor vrienden- en familieweekeinde tegelijk. Zeker niet goedkoop, maar als je het voluit benut met 8 personen dan is het fair. In de wijde omgeving fietsen langs de Maas is een must. Wij maakten een Solex tour vanuit Herpen (boerensolex) op aanraden van Tom. Gouden tip. Verder de Militraks museum bezocht op 35min rijafstand.

Fijn appartement met heerlijke jacuzzi in een afgesloten deel van de tuin. Heel privé en heerlijk voor een weekendje weg uit het drukke dagelijkse leven. Fijne keuken, prima bed en goeie douche. Zelfs een wasmachine (niet gebruikt maar toch).

War ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, je nach Temperatur ist es empfehlenswert die bereitgelegten Heizdecken und Heizlüfter zu benutzen.

We had a lovely stay in Rhenen. What a great location! We especially enjoyed the extra touch of having breakfast and snack items and drinks available. Fresh strawberries, even!

Beautiful house in a beautiful town. Peaceful and very comfortable historic building that has been sensitively updated with modern touches. Practical and unfussy with an eclectic mix of contemporary and vintage furniture. Culemborg is charming, and the location of Robert’s house is perfect for meandering into the town centre from, with easy access to historic sights, local attractions and good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Utrecht is a short train journey away too, and we found Culemborg generally a good hub to explore the region from. We were sorry to leave!

Ricolien hat uns wirklich freundlich empfangen. Ganz tolles Häuschen, wirklich niedlich und gemütlich. Und die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön. Wir waren mit Hund dort und die Gegend ist mit Hund wirklich hervorragend. Tolle Spaziermöglichkeiten. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 😊

Great hosts and such a beautiful setting. We loved that there were animals and things for the kids to play with, the treehouse was a huge hit with the kids. The hosts were very friendly and were very laid back with our 3 boys, very friendly dogs the kids loved playing with in one of the grassy areas. The place was pleasantly secluded, we could sit out alone and have a lovely mealtimes overlooking fields with views of the village in the distance.

What a beautiful and inviting lake home very close to Gouda and all local transportation. It was fast travel to Rotterdam and only an hour from Amsterdam / both were easy access through the local train station Gouda Gowervelle. We enjoyed all the running and biking paths along the lake and canals. Shopping and sightseeing in Gouda was fun as well! (Enjoyed the cheese museum which is perfect for kids of all ages. ) The lake house was a perfect setting, neighbors are friendly and quiet and the home is spacious enough for 4 or small families and it’s simply beautiful . Enjoyed!! Great hosts and very responsive! Highly recommend.

Szybka komunikacja z gospodarzem, wszystko zgodnie z opisem. wygodny parking i połączenie drogowe z innymi miejscowościami. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. kompletne wyposażenie apartamentu.

We had a very relaxing 5 nights. Kees and Karen were impeccable hosts, laidback and always helpful. We didn't come by car, but it's easy to get into Utrecht either by bus or tram. Would definitely book again.

Nice, atmospheric, super clean and inviting. The hosts were very welcoming and super helpfull. We love the fresh strawberries from their garden. We love the heated floors. The area is great for bicycle riding, to enjoy pastures, castles and windmills. Also there is the opportunity for buying fresh cherries, jam and eggs.

Nous avons adoré notre week-end dans les caravanes. Quel bonheur de s'y détendre la soir après avoir crapahuté dans la folie d'Amsterdam et de Rotterdam ! Votre jardin est magnifique, d'un calme surprenant et où il est vraiment agréable de s'y détendre ou jouer avec les enfants ! Coup de cœur pour Bacon 🐖🐽 et ses copines 🐔🐔. Merci pour votre gentillesse, j'aurai aimé pouvoir discuter plus avec vous mais comme vous l'avez constaté, mon anglais est très limité 🤣. Het appartement van Gert Jan is een mooie, stijlvolle en perfect gelegen woning in Rhenen. Dichtbij Ouwehand Dierenpark, maar ook op loopafstand van supermarkten en andere winkels in het centrum. Ondanks dat deze woning aan een drukke straat ligt, viel op hoe heerlijk rustig het binnen was. Gert Jan heette ons zeer vriendelijk welkom. Hij is een perfecte gastheer, die het zijn gasten graag naar de zin maakt. Waarschijnlijk waren wij zijn laatste gasten, waarmee Rhenen een prachtige airbnb verliest. We hadden deze woning graag warm aanbevolen, maar dat lijkt nu niet meer relevant. Desondanks het maximum aantal sterren voor dit appartement en zijn eigenaar.

Fui con mi familia y nos agradó mucho el alojamiento, todo funcional. Hicimos uso de los juegos del parque recreativo excepto de la piscina por la temporada. La zona es muy tranquila. La parada más cercana de autobús está a 20 min caminando, la universidad a 30 min, pero si usas bicicleta todo se reduce significativamente, de lo contrario hay que caminar bastante pero vale la pena porque ves caballos, venados, borregos, etc. Si requieres servicio de taxi via Bolt, consideren que es casi imposible conseguir uno a menos que sea con reservación y es carísimo. El alojamiento brinda 2 bicicletas, pero considera tu altura, nosotrxs somos muy bajitxs comparados con los europeos y sólo pudimos usar una 😂...

The accommodation was great for my colleagues. Very comfortable and clean. The communication with the host was really great. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

The place was nice, equipped with loads of kids activities, nice lake, and play area. We really enjoyed our stay. On arrival couple of things were missing, but Karsten responded immediately. I would definitely recommend and would plan for long stay in future.

Een ruim en vooral schoon huis. Hebben we wel eens anders meegemaakt. We hebben een gezellig lang weekend gehad met ons vijfjes. De instructie om binnen te komen was helder en voor een paar vragen reageerde rap via de Wapp. Kortom een aanrader!

Also, we are sincerely grateful for the clear instructions and bicycles. It was very helpful. The house has everything necessary for life. Kitchen is very well equipped.
