I loved this place so much that I extended for a day and still was sad when I had to head home. It is a masterful use of space. Do not fail to spend time out back under the gazebo. It's so well done that I'm having something very similar being built in my backyard starting next week. Cheers to these guys for just doing it right!

This was my second eight-night stay at this location. Very clean, comfortable location from which to base my activities that included hiking and canoeing in the area. I plan to return.

Dylan was an attentive host. I really appreciated that he made himself available when needed. The apartment is private and is beautifully appointed. Parking was super easy and the neighborhood felt very safe. If you prefer to cook your own meals vs eating out you will love the kitchen. If you don't like cooking there is a cool coop take out joint on the corner that has an amazingly diverse menu serving breakfast lunch and dinner. The location is centrally located in between the universities and the PMA (museum) and Schuylkill River Trail. I brought a bike and it was perfect for getting around when I didn't feel like using my car.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location for exploring Philadelphia. Check-in was seamless, and Jacob was incredibly friendly and responsive, always just a message away if I had any questions. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. I appreciated being able to check in early after arriving on a redeye flight. The place suited my needs very well, and the location was ideal for my purposes.

I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe, parking lot was right next to the building The apartment was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable best sleep I’ve had in weeks, I travel a lot. The only negative is the paid parking if you didn’t find street parking which only allowed an hourly rate up to six hours or evening flat rate which was inexpensive 12.45 but expired at 5am so if you are a late sleeper set an alarm, otherwise I love this place and definitely recommend.

This place looked exactly like the pictures. The place was very clean. It is located in a quiet area. Restaurants and grocery stores were all conveniently located nearby. Check in was very easy. I enjoyed the time I stayed there. I would stay there again.

What a beautiful loft. I was in town for a graduation and this place was a perfect location to rest and enjoy Philly. Very walkable and close to grocery store and the zoo. I felt safe as solo traveler and the unit was so cute. Very nice decor and lovely bathroom. Very comfy mattresses. Also it was quiet. Michelle at the front desk was extremely helpful and Emma was great with providing information. A big Plus… private garage parking. Bagel/coffee shop right next door. I would definitely stay here again.

Great host. The communication with the instructions was very clear on how to get in and how to access the unit. also, where to dispose of trash properly I enjoyed there being three floors to the unit provided more space. Great stay would stay again for the rooftop 😀

This stay was everything I needed — pure peace. The host perfectly captures the essence of this listing in the description, and it fully lived up to every word. One of my favorite moments was lounging in front of the fireplace on the cozy lounger — it’s truly a whole vibe, especially while watching your favorite shows. Plus, the host is amazing and so attentive, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking to escape the noise of the world and settle into a few days of true calm and comfort, this is the perfect spot. I can’t recommend it enough.

We had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb. The location is perfect — close to tons of historic sites, with plenty of great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Even with all that nearby, the place was very quiet, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was lovely — very clean, with updated furnishings and calming colors that made it feel really relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were top-notch — definitely better than your average rental. The furniture was cozy and made it easy to feel at home right away. One of our favorite features was the rooftop patio. The views were beautiful, especially in the evening. It was such a nice spot to have a glass of wine and unwind after a day of exploring. Asif, our host, was fantastic. He communicated clearly and quickly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend!

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

Great place to stay for our one night stay in Philly. Very reasonably priced and clean room with comfortable bed. Jacuzzi tub was definitely a plus. Thank you for letting us stay!

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!

This location is as advertised and we had a great stay. Very convenient location with loads to do / eat. Similar to another guest's review, we are not able to enjoy the beautiful bathtub (not even to just soak our tired feet after a full day of walking) as water pressure is weak/ very slow. Other than this one minor issue, the unit is great with good amenities and would love to stay again. Never once did I have to Uber - everything is done via public transport with very convenient options.

This Airbnb was excellent! The neighborhood could be a little nosy, but they were very responsive and the Airbnb itself was very cool with lots of space for our large party to stay in! Great fellowship!
