Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the cottage. Beautiful chocolate box thatched cottage. The garden is stunning and totally dog proof. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Michael is the best host we’ve had; so accommodating and responded so fast. Everything was perfect

We thoroughly recommend The Little Forge for a stay in the Cotswolds - it was so pretty, peaceful and the hot tub was a bonus! We stayed here for our mini moon after our wedding for a bit of rest and relaxation and got just that! Kelly gave us super clear instructions of where to park and how to get in - all really easy. The cottage itself is really pretty, has all the home comforts you could possibly need as well as being in walking distance to a great pub with delicious food and really good service. It was peaceful and relaxing - Kelly had thought of all amenities you might need during your stay - it felt like a home away from home. The cottage is a great base to explore lots of the Cotswolds - we enjoyed Stow-on-the-Wold, walk no. 4 in the "40 walks in the Cotswolds" book, Cowley Manor Experimental for an afternoon spa trip and The Feathered Nest. We loved our stay - would love to come again some time! Thank you!

We loved our time in the Jasmine Cottage! After 5 busy days sight seeing in London, this was the perfect place to stay with our 8 and 5 year old sons to just relax and enjoy a slower paced few days. A 1 minute walk (at most) to the town shops, restaurant, and water. Everything looked exactly like the photos, the host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the location could not have been better. We already miss it and will look back fondly on our time at Jasmine Cottage for many years to come!

Only used as a place to stay after a wedding but would’ve loved to stay longer! Good communication, lovely and clean and very nicely decorated. Would definitely return

A beautiful, modern barn conversion in a pretty and quiet village. Helen was the prefect host, providing a useful array of kitchen basics, showing up with a fan & A/C unit when the space became hot in the warm weather, and being extremely responsive to queries.

What a lovely relaxing and peaceful place to stay! Would highly recommend climbing Martinsell using the map book available by the tv. Would highly recommend this area plenty to do and enough privacy if needing that also.

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage- it’s beautiful, homely and well catered and stocked. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and really try to ensure you have a great time there. The surroundings are brilliant and really worked for our multigenerational weekend get away- there was something for everyone. We will definitely come back. Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

What a truly beautiful stay. The cottage was so clean , bright, everything you needed, plenty of places to go and things to do leaflets. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . You are surrounded in nature and wildlife , its so peaceful and the Red Kite feeding was absolutely out of this world The garden and woodland is fantastic , there is so much to see as you walk around . There is a beautiful terrace to sit and look at the views and watch the birds . Outstanding. Marley and his Grandad Fred are wonderful and so very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so amazing .

We are all family of four, we really enjoyed our stay, the cottage is just as described both in the pictures and the listing details. the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, the perfect get away! Rachel was very responsive and helpful. We all had a wonderful time and hope 5o be back soon!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Wow! What an amazing stay me and my boyfriend had. The location of the hut was absolutely stunning- the private lake and the sheep grazing right outside the window was lovely. We made use of the pool on site which was a great touch. The inside of the hut was so well equipped with a pull out kitchen table, storage under the bed for luggage and a really good sized shower- not to add how comfy the bed was! We met Doug the sheep dog who very kindly accompanied us to and from our hut. My boyfriend particularly liked playing fetch across the fields with him! We would 100% recommend this stay and we hope to return😊

We had a lovely quick getaway at David’s place! David was a great host with clear check-in instructions and was thorough with how to use everything. The place is beautiful and very private. Even though it occasionally rained during our stay, this was no problem for us as the pool and hot tub were amazing- a perfect way to relax!! We will definitely be back :)

The cottage was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was in a idyllic, peaceful location. There was lots of country walks neaby. Chantal and William were really helpful with all the check-in information. The cottage itself was immaculate, cozy and warm. It exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this place if you're after a nice quiet retreat. I also recommend the local village pub for a nice friendly pint.

Absolutely beautiful little garden room at the end of Kate’s garden. Kate was so hospitable and very generously left us fresh fruit and warm croissants each morning on our terrace. We never saw her, which was a shame not to meet her properly, but it was also lovely that she respected our privacy. The GR is just perfect. Cute, cosy, had everything you could want for. Fresh juice and milk in the fridge with an assortment of teas and fresh coffee to enjoy on the little terrace each morning. The bed was so comfortable, everything was spotless and so well thought out. Lovely robes for us too. Just loved the location, the room and Kate’s attention to detail to makes this a perfect countryside getaway. Highly recommend this lovely little spot!

Had a wonderful stay here. The home is very well equipped and clean, easy to cook for all of us (9) . The grounds are so beautiful and there are local footpaths and woodland close to property. I would recommend for gatherings of family & friends when the goal is quality time in a gorgeous home. Hot tube can fit a good few people in !

Lovely, stay in an idyllic location. Friendly, responsive host. The boat is comfortable and well-equipped and benefits from being moored near a hotel. Great base for exploring the surrounding areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house, cozy yet spacious and with an amazing garden. It was the perfect spot to celebrate a birthday, enjoy the sunshine, relax in the hot tub, and gather around the firepit and BBQ. Keith and Jean were very welcoming and kindly showed us around, even though we arrived late. A fantastic place, we highly recommend it!

Quiet location, was well equipped for a longer stay. Had countertop oven and stove allowing for some simple cooking , with small table and chairs. As I was there for a few weeks Tom arranged for the accommodation to be cleaned half way through which was great. Thanks for a pleasant stay

Everything was good. Cassie is a kind and caring host with a sweet little family. The cabin is just as shown in the pictures – very small but cozy. In good weather, you can use a small terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner. All in all, a great experience.

Absolutely amazing couple of days, both Heidi and Chris were super welcoming. Setting was perfect for what I wanted, local farm shop and walks, peaceful and beautiful. Thank you
