Holiday rentals with beach access in West Bay

We had a lovely stay at Nikki’s beautiful apartment.We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The apartment is very well equipped and beautiful decorated. Thank you for a lovely stay Nikki!

We had a fab stay here for a few days. Amazing location, well equipped kitchen and bed incredibly comfortable. We recommend following the South West coastal path for anyone wishing to take a good walk - it's beautiful.

We booked a last minute trip away with our two young children, and both the flat and Michelle were fantastic. It was exactly as described, with a really homely feel. The bedroom and bathroom were particularly lovely, with a unique and very large bedroom space and a great sized shower. We got in touch to see about the possibility of checking in early and Michelle was really accommodating, and arranged for us to get in a couple of hours early which was a blessing with two slightly wound up kids! Michelle was also the one to remind me that we needed the travel cot put up and it was ready for us when we arrived which was a lovely touch. The communication throughout was excellent. The location is brilliant, only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Although there’s no parking, the long stay charmouth car park at the top of the hill is close by and easy to get to and from if needed. We’d absolute recommend and would be very happy to come back again 🙂

Thank you! Lyme Regis is lovely and the flat is in a great location with everything close by and walkable - just a few yards from the seafront. Everything needed in is provided, including the small helpful things that made the stay more enjoyable, and all our questions were answered in the excellent manual - didn't need to ask any questions! Definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Sebastian’s flat is in a perfect location. I chose it as my husband can’t walk long distances and everything was really nearby. No need to use the car if you want a break from driving. Beautifully comfortable, with lots of extras provided. We’ll be back! Thank you x

What a truly wonderful stay, and the photos REALLY do not do this beautiful place justice!! We had the most lovely welcome from Chris and Sally when we arrived, were given lots of tasty treats to keep us going until we were able to shop the next day, and loved every second of our stay with them. They really did think of everything we could possibly need, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent as we were able to park right outside the property. There is also a bus stop directly outside so we jumped on the bus to Exeter, which only took half an hour. The drive to Starcross is only about 10 minutes and we parked up and got the lovely foot-passenger ferry over to Exmouth (definitely worth the trip and very cheap.) We will DEFINITELY be returning and are already missing the sound of the ocean.

I told my four-year-old we had been invited by 2 queens to stay in their castle—and what queens they were! Such a friendly reception and what a wonderfully whimsical place. The location is fabulous: you can’t see another property, just rolling hills of sheep (the friendliest photobombing sheep I’ve ever come across!), chickens, cows, horses… and the dogs are such a sweet, quiet presence too. Beds are luxurious and the whole house is super cosy with a fab little private garden. A real gem! Would definitely return.

What an amazing place for a solo bank holiday weekend to reset and recharge! Terry’s apartment was perfectly located and had everything I needed. Train station close by and right next to the beach for those early morning dips and lots of amazing hikes and running routes nearby. I recommend The Smugglers Inn for a lovely Sunday Roast, and it’s right on the coastal path which is a stunning hike. There’s a lovely cafe and local convenience store for essentials right on the doorstep of the apartment - and the balcony is a prime spot for a coffee, taking in the waves and watching the world go by. Being able to hear the waves through the windows in the apartment was pretty special! A great stay and a super friendly and communicative host. Thank you Terry!

Amy's cottage is just as advertised , location is perfect, right on the river beach, its easy to find, and just a short walk from train station. The shops and several little cafes , bakeries and pubs, are all within a short stroll , many are dog friendly. Amy's cottage has everything you could need and its all very clean cosy and comfortable .Amy was quick to answer my queries and gave me good directions for getting there. Thank you for a lovely seaside break , me and my little dog would love to stay again .

Beer is certainly worth a visit, a beautiful village on the coast with stunning scenery in all directions. Nikki and Chris's cottage is comfortable, welcoming and convenient for the area with private off-street parking. Communication was excellent throughout with local tips and knowledge. Would certainly recommend their property.

We had a wonderful week at the cottage. The village is lovely and the cottage is so close to the Square and Compass pub. Very comfortable accommodation and the views are amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A beautiful place in a perfect location next to the beach in Lyme Regis. Tristan was a great host and we would couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Big house and garden in great location. Very clean and everything in working order, shower very powerful. Perfect location to walk to beach. Kate was very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful, light, airy and comfortable home in a perfect location for us. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking with. V comfy bed! It was lovely and peaceful but just a quick drive to Hive Beach/Burton Bradstock/Bridport . 5 min walk down the road to a lovely local farm shop and The Parlour restaurant for good food and cider made on the farm. Alison was very friendly and gave some good recommendations in the welcome pack.

The Annexe is a great place to stay - so comfortable, absolutely spotless and in a beautiful peaceful location close to Seaton. There is everything you could possibly need there. Debbie and Derek are fabulous hosts - really welcoming, friendly and helpful. We can honestly say that it's the best Airbnb we have stayed in and cannot recommend it enough.

What a great property to stay in while visiting the lovely Lyme Regis - we would definitely book again. Tess has thought of everything - it's the best equipped air bnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect location, really comfortable, homely property and having a parking space on site was a real bonus! Thank you Tess, we had a really enjoyable weekend 😊

Immaculate, well-equipped apartment in a great location in the heart of Beer. The perfect base for us to walk the East Devon Way over a weekend. Lydia was extremely welcoming and helpful, and everything has been thought of in the flat. The parking space was much appreciated too. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. The flat was great and very roomy, all of the rooms had been done out to a high standard. Mark and Gemma were very helpful and responded very quickly. Facilities I were as advertised and to a high standard. The driveway was steep so take it slow but plenty of room to turn around as going backwards was not recommended but Mark. But plenty of space for our estate car.

Perfect location! Amazing seaside views, really enjoyed watching the waves and people watching from the comfort of the sofa/bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and lovely touch of bread, milk, jam and biscuits for breakfast the next day. The sofa bed was really comfy for our two children, and plenty of space for our family of four. Super clear instructions to enter, and the parking permit was a huge plus! Really enjoyed our stay!

Booked on behalf of a special trip for my parents for a birthday celebration. They had a great time and found the location lovely and peaceful. Hosts were fantastic and even left a birthday card which was a lovely touch. Thank you ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay at Emma’s place. The bnb is so beautiful. Loved the decor. You could walk to the beach. We had a car so most places were close by to drive. Great base to visit durdle door , Portland bill.

We had a perfect short stay here! Helen's communications were especially friendly and helpful. The accommodation was just right for a family of four, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the many thoughtful touches throughout (such as a welcome note, lavender bags on pillows, provision of milk enough for us all for our breakfasts, toys for the children including a hilarious interactive duck, lounge blankets, bathroom flannels, table napkins etc.). The apartment has everything you might need including umbrellas, and much more. Parking is indeed easy and very closeby. The beach and Seafield Gardens with a good playground) are a short walk away. There is so much to do in the area. We enjoyed the nearby Donkey Sanctuary and Lyme Regis, and are keen to return to explore more sometime.

Andy was very friendly and responded quickly to inquiries. The apartment was ready in advance, and we were able to check in earlier than expected.
