It was my first time visiting False River. I absolutely loved this home! Beautiful decor and the outdoor space is perfect! Location was great! The owners were responsive and very helpful. I will definitely return!

Nat was an excellent host and the home was perfect for attending graduation and having family stay together. The great room was perfect size for enjoying time together and the kitchen was not only great looking, it was perfectly positioned for people in both the kitchen and great room to interact together and spread out at the same time. The location to LSU was amazing (short walk). My family and I were very happy with this space, highly recommend and will likely use again during football season!! Thanks for being a great host Nat!

Absolutely love this place!!! This is our fourth time staying here. Anthony and Stacey have a very pleasant home and they are two of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. This house was what we needed. In a great location. Close to the college and the Rivers bowling center. Collin’s responded very quickly when we had a question about anything. It was a great place and stay.

We have stayed at numerous AirBnB's but this one was absolutely the best and the Host was the best we have dealt with. A incident occurred in route to this home that made us a day late getting there, of which Keith compensated us for our loss even though this was not even close to his problems he took it on board and assisted us immensely going as far as asking us if we were ok financially. All of this and the home was absolutely perfect and will definitely stay again. Just when you though the world was turning to crap....in walks a gentleman like Keith and all just seems to change. I know I am praising Keith in this review but the host is very important when traveling to new locations. The home? Well it was in a FANTASTIC location, Clean, and very quiet. Job well done Keith......All who are reading this LOCK IT IN NOW! You won't regret it!

Beautiful property in a great location! The house was very clean with comfortable beds and had the perfect view for morning coffee and cooking breakfast! The kids enjoyed swimming off the dock and fishing at night. Rachel was a great host! We can’t wait to return!

James really went above and beyond for us, as we were scheduled to fly out, the place booked was not available to us as the person staying there could not go back home to Florida due to the storms. This sent me into a spiral as we were coming in on Parents weekend along with 9,400+ others and I feared we had nowhere to stay or even finding a place to stay. James went out of his way to get 2 of his non furnished studios furnished and ready in the mere hours of our traveling to make sure we had a place to stay once we arrived! He really went out of his way to make things happen and I could not be more appreciative of him. My daughter is a freshman and I would say we will be using James again in the future!

Thank you so much James for this super clean and quiet place to celebrate the holidays . This place was everything and more !

The place is exactly like the photos. Bed is comfy. No nosy neighbors even though there are kids nearby. It felt like home

James was very responsive. Check in/check out instructions were very clear. The apartment is recently renovated, furniture, including beds, were new, unit was very clean, and fit our needs.

The apartment was lovely! Just as described in listing. Everything was clean and neat! The apartment is also very quiet. The only negative is the neighborhood felt unsafe. We were hoping to be able to walk to LSU, but instead used Ubers. We were here for our son’s graduation, but if we ever come back to LSU, we would definitely stay there again!

Overall everything was great. Really nice place actually. My ONLY complaint are the beds. My god are they absolutely awful, I cldnt hardly sleep bc the beds are so hard and firm. Toss and turned both nights. Even my younger son cldnt sleep bc they are so hard. They def are not comfortable if you ask me. My cousin who stayed with us woke up with back aches as well. I highly recommend you change these mattresses to something softer for a better rest. Other than that the place is very well kept. Plenty of towels, nice kitchen. The only other thing I wld say is to navigate the tv was pretty difficult. There was a tv guide and remote but no one cld figure out how to use Cox Tv and instructions on how to get to use it. So instructions wld have been helpful. All in all is was a nice place. Thanks

This was a lovely home, very clean and host provided all the essentials for our stay. It was a bit different to find the unit so be sure to pay attention to the host’s directions. I had to call her back a few times because we got a bit lost. This was one of the most lovely and inviting places I have stayed at so far. It is very close to LSU if you are in town visiting students. The area is lovely!

Amazing host very nice and helpful along with a beautiful place

Laura was very pleasant and responded quickly to all of my questions. She went to check out the rental before we arrived to make sure everything was in order. Enjoyed communicating with her.

John's place was super comfortable and cozy and within walking distance to LSU campus - which was the purpose of our trip. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The sun room is also a perfect working space if needed. Kitchen has all the appliances you need, including coffee pods! Overall a very pleasant experience.

Was working in the area and this place checked all of our boxes for our long term stay. Beautiful place on the lake with plenty of space.

Stayed at Claire’s place when we were in the area for work was very relaxing and peaceful in the evenings . Great view of the lake. Will definitely stay again when in the area

It was absolutely the BEST! We've never stayed at an Air BnB but I'm so glad this was our first. Everyone else has a high standard to meet. This was easy to find, exactly has described/pictured. The views were beautiful, it was peaceful. I was on a work trip that we turned into a family trip with our fur babies and even though we didn't use it they even had a dog bowl & blanket. I was thoroughly impressed with all the things they provided from everything you need in the kitchen to bug spray and games/toys for kids. This place was AMAZING and I'm hoping to return. Wonderful stay. Serene and peaceful. Annie was quick and easy to communicate with. The space was wonderful!! Didn't get to use the hot tub or pool due to a cold front coming in but we still were able to sit out on the porch and have coffee. Full size stove and refrigerator with all of the necessary cooking utensils was a major plus! There is even a BBQ grill next to the cottage. I will definitely be booking again to stay here in the near future. Safe and secure location. Right across the road from a casino and maybe 10 minutes from Tiger Stadium and 20 minutes from downtown/midtown. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was a great host very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. This house sets on the Amite river with a beautiful view. They have a screened in porch with a beautiful set up that’s very relaxing in the afternoon. If I’m working in the area again, I will definitely stay here. It was worth every penny highly recommend recommended.

Wonderful little cottages in an RV park right next to the casino. The loft area was very cozy. Very clean and well kept. It was heated and cool with two mini split style a/c units. 10 min walk to the casino. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay.
