From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Modern semi-detached house near the city of Rostock

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Berlin in a fantastically quiet and relaxed location.

We rent out our freshly renovated in-law. We have lovingly worked up the old wooden floors and helped the high ceilings and large windows to new splendor. Karow train station can be reached in 12 minutes by foot. There are breakfast options, discount stores, bakeries, DM and small shops. By train, you can reach the Brandenburg Gate and Friedrichstr. train stations in 20 minutes, as well as the Brandenburg area. The hospital book is about 12 minutes by car.

The apartment Sommerwind is modern and cozy. It is located on the second floor. A large garden with several seating groups and barbecue areas invites you to linger. There is also seating on the water. For each apartment, a Canadian is available to our guests free of charge. We will be happy to advise you on tours. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance in just 5 minutes, a bakery is even only 50 m away.

Charming, quiet apartment in the farmhouse with separate access. You will live and sleep on separate levels. The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, extractor hood) and bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!

The apartment's natural furnishings, a terrace with a grill for lounging and a large garden with an earth sauna guarantee a fantastic and relaxing vacation for two. On request and subject to availability, you can also use our 5 bicycles (3x for adults, 2x for children).

There is a studio apartment with a fold-out sofa for two people. An additional sleeping place for one person is a sponge mattress. Guests can use the kitchen equipment, smart TV, washing machine. Towels and bed linen are available. The check-in time can always be arranged in person, please let me know in advance.

Our single-family home is located on the southwestern edge of the core city near the lake with swimming facilities. Highway 24 is about 5 km away. The bus stops every 20 minutes during the day about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The bike path network is well developed.
