Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Wembley

Awesome place to stay for a comfortable time away with your family. The location is great, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. Nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. The highlight is certainly the backyard, the pool was great for cooling off and entertaining kids. We would stay here again.

Accommodation suited the requirements of what we were after, would recommend to others.

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Excellent location! Close to many location amenities and nice cafes. Comfortable beds. Very private even though the hosts were staying upstairs. Have the privilege of meeting one of them during our checkout and he was so friendly!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

Our stay was exactly as I had hoped. Lyn's property is so lovely and peaceful. The gardens were a key focus in my booking here. A place to unwind and enjoy an early morning coffee. I did this every day of our stay. Lyns attention to detail and care for her guests is exceptional. Fresh bread, jams and butter provided for our entire stay. The property was a perfect home base for us. Close to Optus Oval, the CBD and Swan River. We would stay with Lyn again without hesitation.

A beautiful home in the heart of South Fremantle. Bedding is extremely comfortable and Chanel is a wonderful host. The house is well set-out and has everything you need for a short stay as well as being close to really nice restaurants and bars if you don't feel like cooking. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in Fremantle.

Thank you for having us at your lovely place! We loved this house, it was bright, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The children really liked the playroom and spent a lot of time there. The host was very proactive in ensuring that guests had access to clear information and would drop messages to check in on us. The house was very clean and comfortable, it seemed like it was a brand new house. Location was great, very convenient to shops and the beach. We would love to come back for a stay :)

I had a wonderful stay at Kasia & Reit’s place. The apartment was clean, cosy, and exactly as described, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Everything was well-organized, and the house rules were clearly laid out, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Keisha’s place is exactly as described, peaceful, clean, spacious and the bed is really comfortable. Great value for the area. We loved the Venetian blinds inside and the place is very quiet. Keisha and Jenny were extremely accommodating hosts and went above and beyond to help. We extended by 2 nights. Thanks again for a great stay!

I had an amazing time, and the place was just perfect for my needs. Lisa and Graeme were super welcoming. And the place was so lovely, comfortableand full of light. As well as the surrounding area and community being amazing.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Brad’s apartment and would absolutely love to return in the future. The place was not only clean and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full set of kitchen appliances. The coffee machine was an especially nice bonus that made our mornings even better. My two kids adored the apartment—they felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The apartment had everything you need but all stored beautifully so the overall impression is of cleanliness and order. The little touches of baskets and plants and pottery contributed to a beautiful place to be. The balcony has great Fremantle views, old buildings and glimpses of cranes working on the docks. Walking distance to great restaurants. We’ll be back!

Great place to stay. It was clean and we felt safe Iin the compound. check in was a breeze and would definitely stay here again.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Highly recommended, place was private, secure and immaculate. Mike and Luka where very responsive to any of our needs especially when we asked to check out late due to flight delays. Thougherly recommended Lyrics Pad especially if you enjoy live music as the hosts also have a bar restaurant, and underground bar with live music on certain nights. Chilled vibe good people will be back again.

I corresponded with co-host Rosemary. She was extremely responsive and kind. The unit was great - we felt right at home the minute we stepped in. Love her kitchen and everything else in the house - tastefully decorated and extremely functional. There were more than enough pots, plates, cutleries and blankets, towels, pillows. Every electrical item was working well. It has been an awesome stay!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

An excellent location near restaurants, cafes and parks (enclosed for young children & dogs). Really well designed with all amenities and all very well maintained. Highly recommended.

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
