Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Marshview is a beautifully presented 3 storey cottage just off the quayside and a short walk to the interesting local shops. The accommodation is of a high quality and furnished to a good specification. There is a small toilet down stairs, a sitting room with wall mounted smart TV and also the WIFI. The kitchen has a ceramic topped electric cooker, washer /dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. It is has lovely views over the pinewoods and sea views.

The property is attractively presented set over two floors and benefits from a private courtyard for dining and one off-road parking space. We accept bookings all year round including Christmas and New Year.

Skylark Cottage is a beautiful 3 storey 3 bedroom period cottage with first floor south facing balcony right in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea. There is a wonderful south facing patio with a six seater table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, open plan sitting/dining room with a newly fitted log burner. The first floor has a master bedroom with French doors leading out onto a full width south facing balcony with rattan furniture.

Next available 29 August to 5 September. Two minutes' walk from Wells harbour, and in a private square with off-street parking just outside the front door. The harbour has magical views over unspoilt saltmarsh wilderness, as well as fantastic restaurants and chic shops. Sea Pink is small but stylish. We've thought carefully about every detail for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Very clean, Smart TV, superfast WiFi, high quality linen, private parking. Sunny decking area.
