Absolutely phenomenal option. The tranquil setting is what you see on a postcard. Clean, cozy, well-appointed and just flawless. Excellent communication throughout, great firepit and a pure gem. If you're looking for a family getaway, a couples retreat or simply to create a most memorable memory, Julie's camper in Ellsworth allows for that. Highest of recommendations!

Such a wonderful little cottage! We loved this place! Wonderful little patio, warm fireplace and just so cute and cozy! Close to biking trail, the river for tubing or canoeing and skiing in winter. Well stocked with all the extras. We'll be back. Fer sure.

We stayed here for about 6 weeks for a job we had in Red Wing. Easy drive in and out. The place was well stocked and very clean. The only irritation we had was the parking and the bar next door. You never knew what the parking situation was going to be. And the bar could be loud on the weekends and very busy. Other than that, we would definitely recommend people staying here for long term jobs. Anthony was always responsive and very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay.

A perfect place for what we needed. We were packing and picking up kiddo from St Olaf and just needed a place to crash for one night. Lynn’s beautiful house was exactly as described and exactly what was needed. Everything was in great shape, clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect —— literally just down the road from Northfield. House seemed well stocked although it was truly just a place to sleep for us. But we would definitely consider staying longer on a visit to Olaf. Many thanks to Lynn for accommodating us!

Great spot for our group of 4 in town for a wedding in Red Wing! Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Full size bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) + hair dryer and iron. We were happy to find lots of games to play in one of the cabinets as well! There’s a mirror in the bathroom, obviously, but also a mirror on the dresser in the primary bedroom + a full length mirror, which helped us all get ready for the wedding with no problem even with 1 bathroom. We only had one vehicle but you could fit 2 in the driveway easily. Within like 2-4 minutes from target, caribou coffee, Culver’s, dominos, + others, plus more offerings a few minutes down the road.

Wonderful place to stay. Short drive from Redwing. It is a working farm so folks drive by but not often. Came with everything described. Joe responded to all my questions very quickly and checking in and out is super easy.

Wisconsin Hobbit House- A Kaleidoscope of light!

We loved our stay in this unique home and setting. The house is delightfully quirky with loads of natural light OR tucked in indirect lighting to navigate the funky passages and super comfy seating areas. We had local wildlife munching grass in the yard and on the house, which was pretty cool. Our raven friend seemed averse to being photographed! It was super clean, great towels and linens, well appointed kitchen and responsive host. Our only regret was that we did not spend more time IN the house, enjoying the fun atmosphere. Pro-tip: bring your in-house slippers so your feet are comfy while complying with the hosts's preference for not wearing street shoes inside.
