Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Willkommen in unserem hellen und gemütlichen Apartment im Herzen der Karlsruher Waldstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Trotz der Nähe zur Innenstadt ist man schnell in der Natur. Stadtbahn und Bus halten direkt vor dem Haus und mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man über bequeme Radwege in verschiedenste Richtungen auch schnell das KIT und die Innenstadt. Viele Geschäfte und ein Supermarkt im Erdgeschoß versorgen Sie mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs.

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Ground floor apartment The description states that it is a shared pool. It is used every now and then, rather rarely, by ourselves. However, it is possible to reserve the pool every day, for several hours, for you alone You have your own access to the pool from the apartment! Smoking is only allowed outdoors!! If a guest wants to bring their pets, this is usually not a problem. However, please clarify BEFORE the request and specify in the booking

My rooms have been carefully renovated and lovingly furnished. I hope to welcome guests who appreciate their beauty. There are plenty of opportunities for activities in the surrounding areas such as Speyer, Heidelberg, Mannheim and Karlsruhe. Hikers and cyclists will also get their money's worth. In addition, a refreshing swimming lake is just 500 meters away. Guests can walk to the EDEKA supermarket, bakery and train station in 10 minutes.

Nice apartment, newly renovated. Everything is perfect. You realize that Troja takes care of the detail that everything is as you would like to have everything in your home. I would have put a shower instead of a bathtub. But it's my personal taste. As soon as you enter the apartment you find everything : coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, a can of beer. Spaghetti, tomato, cutlery…. Anyway, everything so you can spend a first night. Bed is comfortable and everything is super clean. The apartment is located in front of a very nice landscaped area. We will definitely be back

So where should I start😅? First, very good communication with Nathalie. She was always there to help. The apartment is a small paradise. Everything was as described and as in the photos. Very well maintained and clean. Me and my friends felt very comfortable. The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi. There is almost everything possible nearby. Not far from the main train station. I was very happy to be with Nathalie. Thank you. I can simply recommend the apartment.
