The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature and can accommodate 8 people. It has two separately usable residential units, each with shower / toilet and fitted kitchen. The holiday home is the ideal starting point for nature lovers, athletes and families in the "region of the ten thousand". The house has a large garden with shade-giving trees and wrap-around balcony. The original charm of the house from the 70s was preserved. Shopping and pizzeria in the village.

Apartment Fini in the heart of the Zollernalb/near Lake Constance

Our "Fini" vacation apartment in the attic of our "Urli House" has a bedroom for two adults (single bed/baby bed for one child also possible) as well as a living room. The "Fini" room has a sofa bed for two adults. Here, too, it would be possible to set up an extra bed, especially for a child. In addition, the "Fini" apartment has a bathroom and a kitchen-living room with a sitting area. Free parking around the house, storage facilities for bicycles or pedelecs.

In our cozy accommodation on the edge of the Swabian Alb, you will feel right at home. With up to six sleeping options, there is plenty of space for the family or a break with friends. The Schlichemblick house is an ideal place to escape the trouble of everyday life. Whether used as a retreat with a view of the directly adjacent nature, a starting point for athletic activities or families who want to experience something - there is something for many.

Our renovated apartment is lovingly decorated and covers about 65 square meters. It is on the 1st floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x190/200; 1x140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, Wi-Fi, crib and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we charge an additional surcharge of €14 per night.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. Loft-like living in downtown Rottweil - in the former stable from the middle of the 15th century, completely fresh and high-quality renovation. The space extends over the entire depth of the narrow property from the alley (towards the black gate; 200 m away) to the medieval courtyard overlooking the Gothic cathedral tower. The apartment offers everything that is needed today.

Beautiful granny apartment in a vacation home development

The cozy apartment in the basement has a newly renovated bathroom with an XXL shower and a Rainshower shower head. The kitchenette with ceramic hob is fully equipped. The dining/living room has a nice TV area with a large sofa bed and a dining table where four people can sit. A large wooden deck, where you can enjoy the sunset in summer, may also be used. The Weber gas grill can also be used for a BBQ.
