Holiday rentals with a kayak in Weeki Wachee River

We had a wonderful, relaxing spring break vacation at Kelly and Dave’s place. Plenty of space and the kids loved the game room and closet hideout in the kids room. More than enough kayaks for our family of 4 and my Dad while visiting. The location was a short paddle to the clear river where we spent most of our time. Our kids loved the water mat, which is where they stayed swimming on and off of when we weren’t kayaking. It was very peaceful and the neighbors were so nice and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again!

Such a great stay! So homey and clean. The beds are so comfy and the linens smells amazing. Great host was very responsive and worked with me and special requests! I’d come back any time.

Amazing location. Beautiful home. Perfect kayak location to main river. No direct neighbors on either side . Dolphins arrived one morning to say hello . It truely is a magical place. Thank you 10/10 definitely will return.

Tabitha's place was as described. It has easy access to Weeki Wachee river. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We took our daughters and close friends as a graduation gift and they had a great time. I recommend it. It feels like home.

My family and I were here for Mother’s Day weekend to kayak the Weekie Watchee river and Jose’s place for this did not disappoint! We were equipped with the right amount of kayaks we needed for the people in my party and the head spring was a quick nine minute drive. The vast river frontage and the plentiful seating to enjoy the views was wonderful and the propane grill came in handy the night we wanted to grill steaks for a special meal. Comfy beds and lots of under the sink bathroom items supplied to make use of in case you forgot anything. Luxury Native brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied! This host is responsive and cares to make your trip memorable. Book, you won’t be disappointed.🙂

I can’t say anything that will do justice on Brian’s behalf,it was like staying at a family members house. So quick to respond to any questions.The home felt like I was home and slept very peacefully.Lots of great restaurants nearby and such a great atmosphere.Thank you Brian for giving my wife and I such a great night out.God bless you and your lovely home that we got to experience.

Lori’s house was perfection! From the decor, to the comfy beds, to having the house stocked with every single thing we may have needed, Lori has created an amazing getaway. She was so responsive when we had questions and truly seems to enjoy hosting. On our second night, we locked ourselves out of the house. (Watch that back door lock!!!) Lori drove 45 min to come to our rescue and handled the situation in the kindest most professional way, even though it was late at night. The bonus was getting to sit and chat with Lori and her sweet dog around the fire while we waited for the locksmith. This place is a gem!!!

We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back! Clean and cozy. We saw manatees and dolphins. It was an amazing time!

This was our second time renting this place and we just love it. Location is perfect, the price has been really good each time, and there's everything one needs. The house has a great lay out, with a large open living area with kitchen, dining area, and living room, and then the bedrooms are off to the sides. The large screened in area is cozy for hanging out and keeping all your things that don't need to come in the house. There are 5 single kayaks which are great and this time we needed a double kayak as well so we rented one from Easy Peasy Mobile Kayak Rental. Would definitely recommend reaching out to them if one needs additional kayaks at a fair price and they deliver and pick up. Sally is a fantastic host who has always been so responsive and we will definitely be coming back for a third time :)

We stayed at Nancy’s place for a family get together and had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space to spread out and lots of amenities to use! We immediately felt at home and loved spending time on the expansive back patio, swimming in the canal, or kayaking on the main river right around the corner. I would absolutely stay here again!

My family and i came down for springbreak from michigan and absolutely loved our stay!!! The house had everything you could think of to need from beach towels, chairs, sunglasses, fishing poles. They had cabinets full of games to play with the family!! My son stayed outside every chance he could to fish, we jumped off the dock to swim, went out kayaking and saw dolphins in the back yard (have to be out before sunrise). The master bedroom has an amazing jet tub that this mama used to relax in every night before bed and it made me sleep like a baby! Back yard was fenced so our pup could go in and out whenever he liked, he loved it. We will most definitely rent this home again for our next flordia trip!!!

Dave and Lindsay gave us our space, but were quick to respond when I had questions. My kids enjoyed giving the horses carrots. I would def stay here again. Highly recommend.

Excellent getaway! Has everything and my ch more

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The property was just as described. Accommodations were very comfortable and had plenty of amenities. Use of the kayaks and hot tub was an added bonus. Would definitely stay there again. Hosts are friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Peaceful setting, just what we needed for a weekend away.

Sweet, friendly and cozy neighborhood tucked off Gunn Hwy. I highly recommend walking to the lake! The house is clean and comfortable. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.

This is a perfect spot for a peaceful weekend getaway and exploring in nature. A highlight of the stay was seeing all the wildlife on the Chassahowitzka River! This cabin was cozy, and felt like home. We appreciated amenities like board games, the grill and kayaks (& lifevests) which made the experience seamless. Make sure you bring your own mask and snorkel to make the most of this great spot with its very own river access!!

The cabin exceeded our expectations! Our honeymoon was beautiful. We relished the quiet time away from urban life and discovered some wonderful areas. Recommended!

We had a fantastic stay! The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with lots to keep you entertained. The outdoor area is gorgeous- lots of seating, a fire pit, picnic area, and more. We especially enjoyed the kayaks and saw a manatee while out on the river. The hosts were super responsive from booking through checkout. Thank you!

Experience was perfect and exactly what my husband and I needed to get some R&R and peace away from the busy city. Lots of great fishin off the dock. Bluegill, gar, bowfin,catfish, and a wee baby alligator. Friendly people nearby and good food and live music at the restaurant across the street. We will definitely return.

You can’t beat the hospitality and the views. Perfect for small center consoles and bay boats. Cameron was friendly and very helpful would recommend this place to any scalloper or inshore fishermen.

The host was amazing. Very responsive! The house was great. A little small, however, perfect for our family of 4. The access to the river is amazing! Awesome view with nature on the other side of the river, not houses. The water was crystal clear. The kayaks were in good shape and fun to use. The only downside is there is not dishwasher if you are going to stay longer, however, we did not mind washing our own dishes. We are already looking at dates to return!
