This place was great for my family. The space was large, and the outdoor seating areas were a nice place to hang out and enjoy family time. It was easy to find and the WiFi was fast. Lots of games and puzzles to help pass the time.

Winnie’s place was fantastic. Anyone going for Palmyra to see LDS Church History sites this is a great spot and close by everything! Winnie definitely poured her heart into design and building it out. Our kids loved the crafts provided, games, themed rooms. Stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and extra thoughtful things. Highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Everything was great! The house, view and location were good! I would recommend it and definitely stay here again.

In an RV park but actually a nice double wide home. lake access just a few steps away. Beautiful bird sanctuary at the end of the road.

Our stay was exactly the retreat that we needed. There were games and puzzles for the rainy days and we made so many memories. It is an amazing family home and you can tell that it is often filled with fun and laughter. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

The view was absolutely stunning, and we couldn't get enough of the spacious yard! The backyard was massive and had so many different seating areas to choose from. The house was incredibly cozy, and it felt like we belonged there. I couldn't get enough of the back porch – it was just perfect. I could have happily sat there for hours on end!

My father was very ill and I wasn't sure how long I would be staying. Matthew was very kind and flexible. He allowed me an early check-in and the option to book extra days. The apt was private and quiet. The shower was very nice and spacious with great water pressure- just what I needed after long days in a hospital setting.... I would book this place again.

We booked the space last minute and we were lucky to find it. The space was great and walkable to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Sodus Point! The hosts were extremely accommodating for our last-minute booking and very responsive. It was reassuring to know that they are locals and available for anything we may need. The place is a cozy spot right on the water. My kids loved jumping off the dock into the lake and using the pedal boat. We also enjoyed driving over to the beautiful lighthouses nearby. The house has everything we needed and was great for our family of seven.

Matthew’s place was perfect for my family’s weekend getaway. The location was awesome and the loft style setup worked perfectly for us. The deck was a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the band across the street play after a day of exploring. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we are back in the area.

Our Stay was PERFECT! Our host was so sweet and made us feel right at home. Extremely responsive to anything we needed. The house and location was better than what we could have asked for. We spent lots of time on the deck and dock, fishing and watching the sun rise and set. Also had a nice fire directly on the shore of the property. You won't be disappointed when you stay here!

This AirBnb was very good. Immaculately clean; good location; good communication with owner; easy in, easy out. Compared to other places we have stayed in Sodus Point, though, it is a bit high in price based on the size (only one shower), but not too far off (maybe $50/night?). Overall, everything was great -- would stay here again!

The host was extremely friendly and informative. Their website includes so much info that you literally find everything you need for your stay. Location was amazing and can only recommend.

Mark facilitated a wonderful stay at sodus point! The location was incredible, it was so nice to be able to walk back from enjoying the night life. Place was clean, extremely accommodating and easy to navigate with all the accessories Mark has with informative notes and labeling. One piece of advice to any future goes would be to bring bug spray! Overall it was an amazing experience!

The stay at Ferryland was amazing! Ontario lake is such a powerful and beautiful place to be. Jan made the stay possible, easy and comfortable. Will highly consider vacationing again here!!!

We stayed here for my daughters near-by wedding. It was great to have a place big enough for my family to be together and enjoy the weekend. This is an exceptional property!! The hosts were gracious and wonderful. I booked this long before it was done. ...a bit on a wing and a prayer for what they had hoped to do..... There was no disappointment. The place is very nice. (That is an understatement). Well stocked. Everything you need and so much more!!! The barn was a huge hit. My 5 year old grandson summed it up when he first walked into the upstairs "bonus" room. He turned to his 3 year old brother and exclaimed "(brother's name) ...we've hit the jackpot!" The host has several other properties which I am sure are all as nice....I wouldn't hesitate to check those out if you are traveling elsewhere. But, if you are going to be in the area, do treat yourself and your fellow guests and do stay here.

It was a great place to stay. Perfect for a large group of friends and family to stay, especially to split the bill as it is a little pricey. Other than that, we had no issues with the place or the host. Would come back again!
