A private 3000 sq ft (indoor/outdoor) penthouse experience. What characterizes our project is a bespoke habitat - paying homage to the historic architecture while elevating the elements into a cozy retreat. We were able to preserve the original footprint of the space; every door, ceiling medallion, molding, and the early 1900’s tongue and groove hardwood floor. We transformed the interior archetype into a rich color pallet with vintage inspired furnishings to make you feel right at home.

A modern kitchen area features stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, and oven, complemented by dark wood cabinetry. A round dining table with two textured chairs provides a cozy space, while ample natural light brightens the room from a large window.
