Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Wavre

After 8 years on Airbnb, this is my first long review. The window was broken, and due to strong wind I caught a bad flu that I’m still recovering from. The host was very rude. I stayed two nights, and on the last night I asked for the WiFi password—he replied by demanding to know when I was leaving and insisted on checkout by 11 a.m. I had planned everything assuming I could stay until 2 p.m., and politely asked if that was possible. He responded aggressively, threatened to report me to Airbnb, and falsely claimed he let me check in early (I arrived at 3 p.m., on time). I left by 10:30 a.m. regardless. I’ve stayed in many countries through Airbnb and never encountered this level of disrespect. I’m not writing this to hurt his business, but to encourage a little more politeness and professionalism in how guests are treated.

The appartement was very nice and very quiet. I loved that part of Brussels and it’s very easy to reach the center of the city.

Nice apartment in a very good location in the pedestrian area of the city center. I was able to access the listing when I arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time, which is appreciated. Julien is responsive and has good advice.

It is a beautiful accommodation with very nice views of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart. It's about 20 minutes from downtown by public transport. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Communication with Sarah was very good, we had a problem when we arrived but she responded instantly giving us a solution :) To say something negative (but with an easy solution) is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other apartments :( If we go back to the city, we'd love to stay here again!

Extremely well appointed with extras that made our 1st day so easy. The charging stations, a/c, coffee marker extraordinaire, sunscreen, wine closers, even bathrobes. It's a beautiful & comfortable place.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Great place. Highly recommended. Comfortable and very close to the European institutions. Good communication and great wifi and bed. Silent at night and good stuff in the kitchen.

The house offers everything you need for a great vacation! Lots of comfort available! Definitely recommended for staying with a dog! Beautiful hiking trails, beautiful views, nice garden! In short, we enjoyed it and definitely recommend it to people!

Filip's place is really highly recommended, the house is a dream and the amenities are really great. You will find everything you need. The location is also really nice, you can explore many cities in the area or you can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike. We will be happy to come back, thank you so much for the nice time :)

Our stay was super nice in this great accommodation. The house is equipped with everything you need. Nothing is missing. The location is also perfect. Maryam is a very courteous hostess who took excellent care of us. I would recommend this place to you.

we enjoyed the beautiful house in a wonderful location very much. Unfortunately, the weather was not really bad, but inside it was warm and cozy. we would love to come back with nice weather. There's plenty to do nearby, so you definitely don't get bored.

A very nice accommodation where many different activities can be done. It was very neat and clean upon arrival and we had some wonderful days here.

Olivier was helpful and responsive, and it was a great place to stay for a few days. The bathroom and elevator up were admittedly a bit tight, but it was enough space to maneuver with just the two of us. This location is located very close to Merode station which was handy to get around. It can be a bit loud if there are concerts in the nearby park (as was the case for our stay), but they ended well before midnight so it was not a major problem. Definitely recommended if you can book this AirBnB!

This a very large 1 bedroom apartment centrally located to the city center. It was very quiet and we loved our stay here. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Brussels.

I had a great stay! The location was perfect—walkable to everything I needed and easy to get around. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. This was our second stay at Lieve's place during the past few months because of the exceptional accommodations, location, and excellent hospitality. Lieve's Airbnb continues to be one of the best, if not THE best, place we have stayed at in many years at Airbnbs. The place is immaculately clean, has all the comforts of home, and is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and all the great places you may want to see. Best of all, you will experience Lieve's warm hospitality. During both stays, she greeted us upon our arrival with a warm smile and a box of excellent Belgian chocolate, which we enjoyed immensely. She provided complete instructions for everything in the apartment. She was responsive to any requests we had during our stay. She even arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station for our departure. You will be hard pressed to find a better place than this Airbnb in Brussels. We are already planning on returning and staying at Lieve's place.

Great stay and have a nice host! Upon arrival, we unfortunately saw that the gas in the entire building was shut off due to a leak, something the host could not do anything about, of course. The host had also seen this and proactively offered to bring an electric hob as a replacement. We had a very nice stay at this location!

Location just "perfect"!!!! We were able to do everything on foot. Very good restaurant nearby. Vibrant neighborhood! Very nice apartment on three levels. Very nice. Comfortable bedding.

A great apartment right in the center of Brussels! Simon met us to hand over the keys, he was very nice and welcoming and showed us around the apartment. We kept in touch and he recommended some places to get chocolates and Belgian waffles. The apartment was fantastic and clean, we would definitely stay here again! We also highly recommend brunch at Woodpecker right next door.

A huge space with lots of windows and everything we needed. The balcony was cute and had a lovely view. The area is perfect with lots of local restaurants nearby - much better than staying in the tourist area!
