Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Wauwatosa

Excellent location and plenty of beds and bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay. Denise was communicative and everything was easy. The house is beautiful. Its on a quiet street with lovely neighbors. Its directly off bike/walking trails, whis is why we chose it. The house is right off of the highway but it was never intrusive. We hung out at the fire pit and it was honestly just quiet background noise. The kitchen is perfect and had everything we needed and wanted. We cooked simple meals and everything was easy. The bed in the main bedroom was so comfy, all the linens and towels were plush. The hot tub was such a nice luxury. We were about 18-20 minutes from every restaurant we tried. Denise was super flexible about our timing, which we really appreciated. All in all it was a great experience and a place we would return.

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay! Extremely great value for the space and amenities. Lots of places to walk to nearby (lovely park and restaurant options) while also being a close distance from downtown Milwaukee. Patrick is responsive and attentive. Would absolutely come again!

Andrea was such a great host! We asked for a few recommendations, specifically dog friendly ones. The recommendations were stellar! Very detailed, listed in an easy to read manor, and lived up to the recommendation. Highly recommend Riley's Social House regardless of whether you have a dog with you or not. The environment was amazing and food was excellent! Also the house is very cool! I wish I had the same green thumb as the hosts because the houseplants are amazing. We all 3 felt very at home during our stay.

All I can say is WOW!! Hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed! Bethany and Napoleon really went the extra mile to make sure their guest felt welcomed. From the coffee bar to the bowl of chocolates to the well stocked bathrooms, we never felt like we were missing anything. They even went as far as to have a jug of bubbles and frisbees in the backyard ready for the kids to use! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!!

Beautiful spot on Brewer Hill. A short walk from downtown, but in a very quite and peaceful neighborhood.

Great location and stay. Bed count was a bit confusing as some of the beds are futons rather than actual beds which led to some of our guests moving around trying to find a comfortable spot but all in all nice spot.

Great spot close to the lake and all kinds of good bars and restaurants. The space was very comfy and and well stocked everything we needed. Off street parking was a plus for sure. Walking distance to a bakery/coffee ahop, liquor store and pizza. James was great at providing all the info we needed for easy checkin and use of the space as well as for checkout. Note it is an older home so some narrower stairs to get to the unit and shower is a little weak. Will definitely use this space next time we visit Milwaukee

What a lovely apartment! We're so glad we chose to stay at John and Jamie's place. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully-decorated. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed, including coffee and half & half. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and within walking distance of the riverwalk and Lakefront Brewery. We're sad we only got to stay one night. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Milwaukee. Thanks, John & Jaime!

This is our fifth time staying at Cheryl’s Elm Grove apt. It was fabulous. The house is well stocked and in a great location for us. Cheryl is always available and easy to communicate with. She is so nice! The apt. Is perfect for us! We will be back.

The hundreds of reviews are accurate! This spot is a GEM. Thoughtful amenities, warm and inviting energy through the entire space and walkable to some great restaurant/bars! Will be staying here every time we visit! Peace and love!!!!🫶🏽❤️

Clean residence in a nice neighborhood. Very walkable to a lot of amenities. Close to eating and university hospital. Missing a few amenities that I’ve come to expect such as soap and shampoo, ice cube trays, tea and coffee. Overall a very nice place.

Kathy and Marty were friendly, helpful, and responsive hosts. The unit was beautiful, charming and had lots of nice touches for guests like games, books, and hot drink options. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the location could not be beat! I enjoyed walking around Cedarburg and visiting local restaurants and being downtown was very convenient, but also peaceful at night. I would definitely book this listing again!

Sheila place was perfect for our trip in Milwaukee. It was super close to the church we was attending, and close to downtown to take the kids out for a walk. Sheila is an outstanding host and went beyond to help our needs. She welcomed my kids with some fun snacks and surprise them with morning treats. I also requested a highchair for my baby and she had it ready for me when we arrived. I highly recommend her place. Thank you Mrs. Sheila!!!

By far this was my best experience throughout all of my years of using Airbnb. I’ve never had a host make me feel more at home & safe. Even one of the days by chance my girlfriend & I got to talk to Carlos in person because he was outside with his puppy when we were coming back to the Airbnb. He was super kind & sweet. Their place was comfy & cozy too just how I like & prefer it. LGBTQ+ friendly & very open about it. As someone who’s in a queer relationship this made me feel incredibly secure which is extremely important to me in today’s world. Also their location is walking distance from the Cactus Club which is one of our favorite local spots in MKE. My partner & I would definitely love to stay here again in the future sometime & recommend it to anyone. 🙂🌈

I needed to wait for my new apartment to get ready. It was about a month. Because of others already booking the cabins I needed to move in between different cabins. They include a wagon to move your things in and out. I wouldn't necessarily call it a drawback, but you cannot take your car to the cabins. However, someone drove their motorcycle around the gate to get to the cabin. When I arrived the cabin was clean and waiting for me. They are furnished with full size beds either a regular or bunks. Both are very comfortable and bug and water resistant. Remember to bring your own sheets. They have a small table and two chairs. The deck outside the patio door also have two chairs. The views are picturesque and plenty of hiking trails. Very nice amenities for about the same cost of a campground.

we enjoyed our stay so much we extended it! the place was beautiful and cozy. perfect for our weekend vacation. They were super helpful and responded to any questions or messages we had very quickly and friendly. 10/10 would reccomend

Cabin #4. Ordered firewood was there upon arrival. VERY clean inside. Don't believe that you will have solar power, you get a lantern and a flashlight. Plan accordingly. Amazon has cheap, good camping lanterns. Bring a few gallons of bottled water. Ice at the Kwik Trip 3 miles away. Quiet. NO foot traffic. NO visitors showed up. Bring ANY bedding, none provided. Staff very great at email communication and help. Can't think what could be improved.

Loved this trip and we will absolutely be back. The cabin was exactly what my partner and I needed for an easy weekend getaway with our dog, Leo. Great view of the lake and beautiful trails right out your front door. Short drive to Holy Hill / Ice Age Trail hiking.

We stayed five nights at Ginger's place, and we could have stayed five years! The location was perfect -- across the street from Mugshotz, which is a very fun place, but not loud. We could see the lake from the front yard, and the backyard was absolutely gorgeous. The house had everything we could have possibly needed, and we were close to Pewaukee's cute little main street. We are so happy to have found this place!

The cabin and park are sensational! It is obvious Washington County Parks uphold high accommodation standards! Lucky for us, it was an October weekend with sunny high 70s lows 40s and peak fall color. Nights did get very cold inside around 2 hours to dawn, but cozy and worth bundling up! The solar power provided electricity without fail ( keep in mind it was abundant sunshine) The amenities for the cabin were so thoughtful—- quality wagon to transport to and from cabins, battery lantern, deluxe guidebook (solar power tips, local eat and drinkeries, park history) flashlight, nightstand, ceiling fan, table w chairs, firewood delivery, porch Adirondacks, and even a comfortable bed! Comfortable for 2 people and beagle dog. Anymore would inside would be cramped.

The pictures on the site didn't do this place justice. I didn't just want to stay there, I wanted to move in and live there! Beautiful fixtures, immaculate condition, and tucked away in the woods. We used the kayaks and our paddleboards on the river, as well as the fire pit for s'mores. Just a short drive from cafes and restaurants in Racine. Walking distance from trails at Caledonia Conservancy. The gas fireplace in the living room with floor to ceiling windows was so cozy, we used it several times, despite it being summer! Loved this place. Would definitely go back.

I needed a dog friendly, quiet place with wi-fi to work on my dissertation and this place was exactly perfect! The backyard was very nice for my dogs and very pretty to look at from the big comfy chairs in the house. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had EVERYTHING I could've needed. When I need another working trip I will definitely be booking here again.
