Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Wausau

As a construction crew it is always great to find a clean and affordable Airbnb. Instead of sharing cramped hotel rooms with minimal amenities, we were able to get our own rooms, laundry on site and a full size kitchen to help make the difficulties of traveling a little more comfortable. Will definitely book again the next time we are working in the area.

This is the perfect place for a big group. plenty of places to sleep, huge kitchen, huge basement, great backyard. nice and clean, awesome cooking facilities.

I would definitely stay there again. Wonderful home close to several towns and activities. Very clean and Ken and Sue are so responsive to anything you need, even things you don’t think you need like starting a fire in the fire pit! Highly recommend!

A beautiful, private rural setting with lake views and access and all of the needed amenities. easy access to many activities and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We were here for 3 nights during a golf trip for 4 people. The place was perfect for our needs. Would definitely come back.

We stayed at Sherry’s place when shooting in the high school trap tournament to save us drive time in the morning. It was convenient in that it is a 20 minute drive. It was beautiful area and most importantly clean.

Loved views. Comfortable spaces. So quiet. We saw Eagles, a loon and white pelicans!! We did a lot of cooking so would be nice to have clear wrap available, maybe some plastic containers for leftovers and a cookie sheet. Also some wine glasses! We used the glass mugs in the freezer for wine which made us chuckle! We totally loved exploring the Big Eau Pleine County Park as well as Mead Wildlife Center. We visited the excellent library in Stratford as well as the Tiger Stop Cafe! The Pinewood Supper Club in Mosinee was outstanding! We packed in plenty for 3 nights! Thank you!

Angela was wonderful! The home was beautiful, and spotless! She supplied many cooking utensils and lots of kitchen supplies which made meals easy! Our group of 10 stayed here comfortably and we can’t wait to come back! Angela responded promptly with any questions we had and made sure we felt welcome! The price is incredible, this home can’t be beat!

Kim was an absolute joy to talk to before we arrived, during, and after our stay. The river was amazing and having a pool to use as well was ideal. There was space for all of us and enough room to take breaks from each other.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. The pool was incredible. I definitely recommend the heated option. The game room was a lot of fun as well. Plenty of room for all of us and had everything we needed. Check-in and out was breeze. And very good communication throughout our stay. I will recommend to everyone and will be staying again sometime in the future!

Had a great memorial weekend here! The cabin is what you picture when talking about heading up north. Private and quiet with great views. Caught some crappies and bass, played some golf at the club down the road, and relaxed by the lake. Laura is very friendly and makes you feel right at home too!

My husband and I enjoyed our long wknd glamping at Scandyland! We were able to bring our dog too and she also had a fabulous stay; lots of space to run and play and relax. Very spacious and private and those nites by the fire and all the stars, simply breathtaking. Would recommend, but want to keep this place a secret🤗

Jessica was very helpful and responded quickly and had great suggestions to do around the area. The kids loved the kayaks and fishing off the dock. The hammock was a huge hit. The home was cozy and homey with enough room to not feel on top of each other. We will be back.

Peaceful, great location and pet friendly. Near numerous Ice Age trails for hiking and lakes for fishing. Clean and well stocked with essentials for cooking. Comfortable bed and shower has great water pressure. Firewood provided for nighttime fires and star gazing. Deck overlooks trees and has patio table and cushioned chairs for playing games and relaxing. Would definitely come back here with our dog.

Booked this cabin for a weekend getaway to celebrate my mother's birthday. The area was absolutely beautiful with so many things to do. Definitely would come back again!

A beautiful private cabin. This was exactly what my partner and I were looking for. Has a gas powered kitchen and electricity but still rustic and cozy. You will find yourself naturally very relaxed here.

Jayden’s cottage is just like the photos - clean, quaint and in a great area. A wonderful place to stay while enjoying the Northwoods. She was very responsive and helpful with any questions along the way. Thank you!
