Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Watts Bar Lake

Location: The place was only 6-7 minutes from each downtown location that we experienced. Not only was the location incredibly accessible and convenient it was still (somehow) quite secluded and private. This is a hard feat to accomplish in a mid-size city, but this house provided that as well. The venue: The house feels like you're walking into a living art installation. From the handpicked decor to the mid-century art pieces the entire house feels like a complete departure from our current time line. Amenities: The house came fully stocked with seasonings, toiletries, and all of the necessary utensils to prep meals. The house also came with a basket full of snacks, which was a nice compliment. The only things we needed to bring were olive oil and the food. Overall: Great experience. My only *bummer* is that I didn't capture a full walk-through video of the venue for my own personal memento.

Loved our stay! This is a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy. Richard provided a detailed list of local sites to see and restaurants. We highly recommend staying here and visiting Tellico Plains.

This home is exactly as pictured! It’s absolutely lovely. Our family felt comfortable, it is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The owner has done an amazing job with the decor, amenities, and just overall making this charming home a great place to stay. I highly recommend!

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! I have a brother who lives in the area. This is my 3rd or 4th stay here. I love the cabins. The cost is very reasonable. It’s always clean, comfortable and peaceful here and I’m able to bring my dog.

What can I say! We were in town for a graduation and this house was everything and more! We had a wonderful time. The house was so clean, with lots of space and things for the kids to enjoy. We even played some of the board games as well as card games. The hosts had some delicious baked cookies for you upon arrival. I give this 5 stars and will come back and stay any time. We felt right at home.

Great host! Very responsive and place was very clean. It was also close to downtown and the Coliseum. The master bedroom and bath were gorgeous! K cups were provided and ice in freezer were nice. Neighborhood seems up and coming. It is walkable to a few restaurants and businesses. Would stay here again!

Beverly was very pleasant and friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The accommodations were beautiful. The room is clean and tidy. She supplied a lot of items in the kitchen and bathroom. It's a perfect get away for a couple interested in lying back and enjoying nature. The area was very private and quite. Restaurants are a short drive away. Upon leaving, we spoke with Beverly again and she thanked us for coming and invited us to come again. We will definitely book it again just to get away for a few days to relax. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Maryville, TN. The location was easy to find. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. My host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Laurie and Daniel They are the best of best and their kind and helpful and make everything wonderful for us. We already have booked another two trip in the future with them next year. We will continue to come there and stay at their place in search of that trophy bass.

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The surrounding guests were pleasant and we enjoyed our conversations. The proximity to the Tennessee river was a plus for our fishing excursion. He was even able to accommodate my request for an early check-in as I had a function to attend that night and needed to get ready. Overall, it was a very pleasurable weekend . We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! We were in town for our daughter’s college orientation and the location was perfect for visiting the UT campus regularly. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and family room were beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable and will definitely stay again!

Truly right in the heart of Knoxville! It was so cute and homey! The whole condo smelled like fresh clean laundry!!!!!!!! Way better than any hotel we would have picked, very relaxing! It was wonderful
