Such a lovely, and spacious space. Very quiet, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Second time staying here and hope to return again for more than just one night.

Amazing host

This home was the perfect place for me to stay during a recent conference at WLU! The building is about 1 block away from the school and is a short walking distance to dozens of fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, etc. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were friendly and very quick and helpful. I would certainly stay here again!

I spent a week here with my dog and it was one of the most beautiful clean places I’ve ever stayed. Patrick was very nice and friendly and responded very quickly every time I messaged. He also wished me a happy birthday without me even saying it was my birthday, so that was also very kind. I could go on about how wonderful my stay was but the last thing I’ll add is that the instructions on where to go and how to get inside were very thorough and helpful. Will definitely book again if I am in the area!

My family enjoyed our stay at Faran’s. The unit is spacious and well decorated, had everything we needed to feel comfortable. My daughter particularly enjoyed the swim spa and I wish I’d had the chance to use the patio & gym, which looked great! Easy communication with Faran & and overall smooth stay!

Spacious living room and everything was clean and well-maintained. There’s even a small den, which, although a bit tight and missing a power outlet, was a quiet space where I could focus on work. Overall, very convenient and comfortable. Just a minor issue: I felt a bit itchy after sleeping — not sure what caused it.

I was in touch with Janelle who was very responsive and friendly. The place was cozy and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet. It was a great break from Toronto. Would definitely recommend

Convenient place to stay while checking out University of Waterloo. Great access to trails for running too.

Our stay at Victoria's was great! Such a beautiful space in a great location. Stopped at the Yeti downstairs for breakfast and it was delicious! Would stay again.

Tushar’s place was spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located for me as I was driving and great value. I would stay again!

Very convenient place, specially if you need to stay close to Waterloo university for a few days. Aden is responsive and the place is clean and spacious!

The unit and building were impeccable. Checkin was a breeze and flexible. Had just a wonderful night of sleep in a comfortable space. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Excellent hospitality, pristine cleanliness, had everything we needed and our host, Diana was an excellent communicator who went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely and pleasant stay. She obviously cares for her property and wants to keep it looking immaculate and it was no issue to participate in that during our stay. i’d love to return.

Emmanuel was awesome, very responsive to all our needs, even offering to speak on the phone, something not all hosts offer. We can't thank him enough for being such a caring host to our family. 🙏 we are grateful for hosts like Emmanuel.

Such a Gem! Highly Recommend! Just got back from spending the weekend here and honestly… wow. This place was exactly what I needed, so cozy, super clean, and with such a peaceful vibe. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it nice, and it shows in all the little details. It’s perfect whether you’re looking to relax, reset, or just enjoy a quiet escape. The area is calm but still close enough to everything you might need. I slept like a baby and woke up feeling so refreshed. The host was also super kind and responsive, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Definitely planning to come back. If you’re thinking about booking… just do it. You won’t regret it!

Very responsive host. A little more expensive than some other places but being on the floor we were we had great views.

Had a great stay. Host was very helpful and very friendly. The Airbnb was very nice and clean and looks just like the pictures. They quickly responded to any questions I had. I would recommend staying here and I will be booking another stay in the future!

Geraldine is an exceptional host and has provides so many additional comforts. The location is gorgeous and a hot tub at the end of the day can't be beat!
