Holiday rentals with a pool in Watercolor

Aimee’s home has 5 stars for a good reason! From the minute we started to plan the trip to the time we left Aimee was extremely helpful! The home was so clean and in a quiet area. My kids loved swimming in the pool in the morning. If there were any questions or issues Aimee was so responsive and quick to help in whatever way she could. We loved how close it was to the beach. We were able to ride bikes to almost everywhere. The beach bungalow is in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the beach restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great experience!

We had an incredible experience, everything was absolutely gorgeous. Usually when you see pictures of places on Air BnB the rooms are always smaller, I was shocked when the house was way more spacious than expected. The walk to the beach was actually really easy. The beach was peaceful and not overly crowded. We now plan to stay here year after year!

We loved our stay at this house! Located directly across from Canp Watercolor with a lazy river, water slide and 2 pools. The home was gorgeous and we all felt very comfortable! The free bike rentals were awesome! This home comes with 12 wristbands. Wristbands are needed for access to the pools and anyone 5 and over needs a band. We had a great vacation in Watercolor. We biked to Seaside and the beach! Highly recommend this home!

I loved staying here. It was super cute, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The cottage is located in a great spot close to everything and was also private and quiet. Highly recommend.

Out of all the places I have stayed this is my absolute favorite!!! The host were absolutely amazing and soo attentive and welcoming. We got into town a little early and they accommodated our needs and really made this a special trip for us. The house is gorgeous and had everything that we needed for a great stay. I’m 100% coming back and recommending this place as much as I can. Thank you for being the best host.

Amazing house, perfect size for our family and the private pool was great. House was very clean and the AC worked very well. It was a very short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, short golf cart ride to Seaside shops and restaurants.

The home was beautiful and had plenty of space. The access to the pools was awesome for kids and the use of the golf cart and trolley made it very easy to get there. The beach is a little further but still easy to get to with the golf cart. The house did lack a few basic things like dust pan, cleaning rags, etc which made it harder to keep the space clean during our stay. Ali was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Overall we had a great stay.

Perfect location, my kids enjoyed. Build is huge but elevator time was not a problem. One of my best stays at airbandb. Thank you for the host for allow me enter one hour earlier after a long drive

Our first time at Watercolor. Perfect size for our family of 4. Fantastic location. We used the adult bikes and rented kids bikes from the business nearby. Comfortable bed, but the duvet could use a stain treatment. Amenities exactly as described. We didn't cook much in the kitchen outside of breakfast, but it had what we needed. The only thing for watercolor first timers - the listing says the rental doesn't have beach towels. So we packed an entire suitcase of beach towels and lugged it to FL only to find that the Beach Club and the other pools have free towels for guests - which made so much sense on why the listing doesn't have beach towels. So don't make our mistake and assume that means you need to bring your own. :)

The condo was perfect for my husband and I! Everything was exactly as described and Kevin answered any questions I had promptly and professionally. You are standing on the beautiful beach in about 50 yrds from the front door of the unit. So so easy! We walked both nights to Sharky's for dinner and it was absolutely fabulous 👌 For breakfast, we walked right across the street to the diner. Everything was very convenient!

We absolutely loved the location. We didn’t have a great view of the ocean but we could see enough through the buildings in front. We had a small issue with the internet but the hosts were on it quick and replaced the modem. Perfect location. Two wonderful restaurants next door. Two great coffee shops with one being directly below. The beach is right across the street and easy to find a spot. Absolutely loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel and Molly’s place! Super clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location — just a short walk to the beach and right next to some great delis, coffee, and food spots. We couldn’t ask for a better spot to relax and enjoy Santa Rosa. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment was great and exactly what we were looking for. Clean, new, baby friendly and the location was perfect with so much to do right outside! Walkable to nearby beaches & pavilions. Communication was also amazing, providing local recommendations and very easy to get in touch with.

Very spacious, lots of storage. Great presentation and very clean. Open and clear communication from Host, Len- timely & kind. Would and will stay again!

Peter’s place was perfect for our family of five. The location was great, a 10 minute bike ride to Seaside, easily walkable to public beaches and several restaurants and shops. The bikes and beach accessories were the icing on the cake! We loved our time in this area and would happily stay here again.
