I loved this little stay, it was very peaceful and lovely. Matthew was an excellent host and the snacks and breakfast options were a lovely addition to the amenities. Matthew is a really thoughtful and lovely host, I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Providence/Pawtucket :)

The location is amazing! It’s just a quick walk from downtown Mystic but also far enough that it still feels private and very quiet. The apartment was also super clean. The furniture wasn’t the most comfortable and the bathroom is small, but we didn’t spend much time there as there was so much to do in town. Highly recommend this place if you plan on exploring. Huge benefit that it is also pet friendly!

This was one of our favorite Airbnb’s ever! We would definitely come back for a longer stay as the home is very cozy, quiet, and clean! Marianne was also very responsive. We highly recommend this place and we hope to get the opportunity to come back :-)

Great spot to stay in Mystic. Clean, comfortable, and easy to reach from the train. Close to the downtown with lots of great shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Kelly and Rick’s place is absolutely beautiful and a perfect retreat for couples or anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic experience in Montauk. We’ve lived on LI our whole lives but never got to explore the east end until now, and Kelly’s place is the PERFECT location! It’s near town with great restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby, near hiking trails where we got to see seals and beautiful views of the ocean, near the lighthouse, near great fishing spots, etc., not to mention the gorgeous view of Lake Montauk right on their property. We used their fire pit and had a fire the last night of our stay as well! We had a BLAST and had such a relaxing weekend. The apartment was very clean and has everything you could need for your stay, and Kelly was super attentive and responsive when it came to answering our questions and inquiries. Thank you again for giving us such a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 recommend! We’ll definitely be back🌊❤️☀️

Want to stay in a quaint and quiet place that walkable to a Beach? Look no further to this Place. Set inside a classic brick building, this has such character and the Heart of the Town is only no more than one block away. So many places walkable for here and this is a very close knit Community! This was the perfect spot for what we were looking for as my son graduated from Conn College. The host was very responsive to my questions and flexible with check in times which we needed. House was exactly what was described and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!!

Amazing location and house was great. Very peaceful and yard / location were great for young children. Loved letting the chickens wander and check for eggs. Views are great of the water and the golf course, and house was very clean and well kept. Great communication and proactive. Would 100% book again. Very cool water access if weather were warmer, would love to get out in kayaks on the water.

Enjoyed our time at Jason’s house. My family really enjoyed the warm pool along with all the pool toys. Our host provided good information as well as being responsive to any questions. The house was very clean and beautiful.

Spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed. Centrally located to all there is to see and do in Mystic. Overall a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. Host added thoughtful touches and was quick to respond. Would stay again/recommend!

Patrick and Tracy were wonderful to rent from and the house was great. We had 5 adults and everyone slept comfortably. The patio was a great experience with the pool, hot tub and great outdoor seating. We loved the area and would return in a heartbeat if the dates are open for next year’s trip.

I was very happy with our stay. The pictures represented the house well but I got an even better feeling when we got inside. It was a great location for us. We went to my son's graduation at URI. Though it was around 30 minutes away we got there easily. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Honey Dew right around the corner so though Kelly had the house well stocked with coffee and dishware, we were able to grab some food items from there. We celebrated the graduation with dinner at Vetranos. Before leaving we took a nice ride by the water and beaches. If we were going for a summer vacation would consider staying there also. The house was charming and comfortable for myself, husband, parents and 3 adult sons. I would have enjoyed staying an extra day. Also Kelly and husband were very gracious to allow us to snack on a few items that they left in the fridge. I wish I had had the time to leave something for them. Thanks Kelly for being a great host!

Great little house! Kitchen was outstanding! Stan left some lovely treats for the and made the home a great home away from home. Down to dog bowls for our fur babies! Only downside was one bathroom (for our family that was rough but such a small issue). Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the space.

We had a fantastic experience! The home is in the perfect walkable location to all of the shops and restaurants in mystic. The home is clean, looks just like the photos, and the owner is extremely detailed with arrival information. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We will definitely stay here again!

The Villa was exactly as described! Easy communication with owner. A perfect getaway weekend, every amenity we could want or need! Look forward to visiting again in the near future!

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
