All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

It was much more spacious and better than the photos. The host, Bo, was also really kind and treated us really well. It was my first time in Chiang Mai, and I was worried that the accommodation would be weird since I was going with a big family, but I was completely satisfied. I think it was a close and safe place with restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. I definitely recommend it for large families or groups!

Thank you so much jay, family-like company for a few days, responded quickly to all my questions and handled it properly, including helping me to pick up the delivery haha.Plus this house, our whole group was very satisfied, the big lawn allows the kids to run wantonly, the clear pool staff is taking care of it daily, it makes me very comfortable having the kids to play, as well as all the snacks, drinks, red wines in the kitchen and living room are all free tastings, it really was a shock!Washing machine, microwave oven, stovetop, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), you should have everything.The details were so touching.The kids were naughty playing with broken curtains and the staff didn't bother us after they fixed it.We will be back again and can't wait to see jay next time.❤️

This has to be one of our favourite stays ever! The villa is fantastic for a couple - clean, private, with a beautiful pool and great surroundings. Special shout out to Ploysi and her mother. Ploysi went out of her way to help us even though she was not in the country, and her mother kept sending us fruits and coconut water to make us feel right at home! The caretaker, Wee, is also sweet and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. :)

Highly recommended, there is a washing machine, kitchen, clean and hygienic, big!Our family of 3, plus grandmother, aunts.Three rooms, better value than the hotel, very close to the yoga park, one and two hundred meters, there is a gym and free yoga, 711 supermarket 2 minutes away.Each room is very large, suitable for many families, you can bring food back, children to play, adults to eat, wholesale market There are camping chairs in the courtyard, it is fun.The 5 of us packed a car in Chiang Mai, the driver was also good, always buying us good food, not expensive, actually, also recommended.Prefer Chiang Mai is laid-back and pristine.Can't recommend this house enough.Love local rustic people and hope to help people

It was a pleasant stay and it felt like home in Mae Rim Grace. House keeper Pen was very friendly and responsive, her team did a great job taking care of our needs .

It is made of teak wood, so there are no bugs and all conditions are good.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful pool villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. surrounded by greenery, and perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. We spent most of our afternoons lounging poolside and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The host was fantastic – super friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. I had an absolutely blissful stay with the host Nepat couldn’t have been more helpful. Recommendations were provided for everything needed and the service provided in cleaning, cooking and doing my washing couldn’t have been better. We had a wonderful at Chiang Mai and that was largely thanks to Yakir. He was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. any issues were dealt with immediately to the extent that he personally took my son to the grocery store to get some food when we needed, and showed him around the neighbourhood upon request for dining recommendations. The house is beautifully done giving a very relaxing vibe and the rooms were well kept. 11/10 would recommend staying here and frankly, if you’re planning a trip to chiang mai you really need not look further. This is the house you want to stay in. Great location, incredible host, fantastic amenities and i’d go a step further and say it’s even better than advertised.

It was the accommodation I chose for a family trip, and it was the perfect place for my family to stay. It was the best accommodation where both parents and young children were satisfied, and in particular, the host Fatimma and her staff were very kind and responded perfectly, so I think it will be a great memory. Check in was very easy. I didn't need to meet the host in person. The accommodation was as described and beyond expectations when the garden was very large . The plants are well taken care of. Clean water pool. Free water and snacks are available. Toys for kids.

Had a great stay at this pool villa! The place was super clean, well-equipped, and really comfortable. The private pool was perfect for relaxing, and the BBQ setup made for a fun evening with friends and family. Everything was well taken care of, and the host was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great spot for a getaway

This is the most welcoming host I have ever encountered, he did his best for us. This villa is a very rare experience, and it is the most surprising place I have stayed in my entire trip to Thailand.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

This homestay environment is super, the room is hygienic, the room is clean, the comfortable and spacious layout is reasonable, the transportation is convenient, the view from the window makes me happy, the safety measures are in place, and the safety is full.The point is that the host service attitude is very welcoming and friendly, proactively and enthusiastic about the surrounding transportation and food, and will continue to choose here again next time!

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Nice location and great host. They provide everything we needs and they are very flexible. We were on our family vacation and this place felt like home.
