Holiday rentals with lake access in Wat Ket

院子里好多非常漂亮而且古老的树，有个超大鱼池，好多漂亮的鲤鱼，晚上的落日很漂亮，大厨房烧饭有煤气，每天有服务员打扫卫生，收拾院子，傍晚来点蚊香，很多户外桌椅，可以自由选择在不同风景中吃饭喝茶，我们住了7天，外面景点和饭店都不如这里漂亮，真的就是住在风景里的感觉，太喜欢了

The five nights I spent at Siratika’s property were easily the most idyllic and restorative of any place I’ve stayed during a decade of pretty heavy travel. The photos in the listing really don’t do it justice at all. The bungalow/villa is much more impressive than in the photos. The same for the interior which, along with being spacious and lightfilled, has a rustic luxury that is just perfect for this kind of accommodation. The surrounding grounds and gardens are nothing short of immaculate. The wraparound porch is massive with several outdoor seating/entertaining areas. The best of these is the sitting area perched on the stone bank of the river stream that flows along one side of the bungalow. The property is a little over thirty minutes from the airport and twenty minutes from the Nimmanhaemin district. The roads are all paved and easy to navigate. The Four Seasons Resort is a couple of km’s away. In between are a variety of small cafes and restaurants. Highly Recommend

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Thank you for hosting.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was super clean and cozy, we really felt like at Home. The neighborhood is great, lots of paths to walk, especially around the Lake. The house has everything you need and even more. Nan is very friendly and nice person, I enjoyed meeting her! She is the best host I ever met on Airbnb! I recommend this place to everyone!

清迈泳池别墅里性价比最高的了. 位置超级好. 不像别的别墅区远离城市. 这里出门就是餐厅和超市. 别墅区的人很安静不会吵. 晚上睡觉非常舒服. 如果想度假的朋友可以来. 去宁曼路大概十五分钟. 去塔佩门十分钟.去尚泰十分钟.最大的商场. 在一个特别中心的区域.

Super séjour. Une villa dans un super cadre : grande piscine, 2 restaurants, 2 cafés, des rizières, des hôtes très gentils, réactifs, souriants, à l’écoute …grab sans difficulté. Tout était parfait pour nous.

清迈一行十天，选择在这边住了此次行程最后两晚，宁静而惬意。我们一行10人在这个美好的别墅度过除夕夜和大年初一，竟然还看到了春晚，分外惊喜。整个别墅阳光充足、干净整洁、规划合理、设施一应俱全。我们四个家庭白天在一起聊天喝茶、画画写生、烹制食物，晚上每个家庭各自占据一个屋子休息相互不影响。房东从我预定成功那一刻就开始各种温馨提示，并严谨的确认每个细节，期间来自我们的各种提问都及时耐心回复。这里配有一个泰国本地的保姆，语言上虽有些障碍但朴实可爱，蹬着自行车为我们买来早餐食材，哈哈感动。小区外的有机餐厅是惊喜，分量大得惊人，正餐和饮料都好吃到不行，价格也不贵，同时能享受到好的食材和味道，真是美好～值得一去再去。负责送机的泰国司机每次都会一再确认行程，并提前将近半个小时就到别墅门口等候，让人信赖不已。小区离古城略远，如果白天想出去热闹的地方荡，需要提前约好车，仅此一点需要注意。

All I can say is we loved this place, I won’t lie and pretend like everything was perfect. There were some issues like bugs, cleanliness prior to our arrival & other things BUT, we voiced all our concerns to the host and he took care of everything or at least did his best, he was very responsive and kind. His mother was also very sweet and generous to us, she gave us fruits from her garden and took care of the cooking at the cafe on the property (100% would recommend, some of the best food i’ve had here and a great price!) the surrounding area as well is gorgeous and very private, not a very far drive from a market, 7 eleven, lotus, food, etc. We absolutely loved our time here and would recommend it to anyone staying in Hang Dong.

Tai is such a lovely host, and the space was amazing - so peaceful and comfortable. The food and drink available is great, the amenities are enjoyable, and the location outside the city made it a lovely getaway. Thank you! Will be back again.

El astra se encuentra a 15 minutos andando de los principales mercados nocturnos de Chiang Mai y solo 20 de la ciudad antigua La zona es bastante buena. El piso es tal y como se ve en las fotos, y las instalaciones son excepcionales. Jia fue super comunicativa todo el tiempo y me mando muchísimas sugerencias locales, información del astra y muy amable.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Great stay

장기 거주하기 좋은것 같습니다~ 편의시설이 너무 잘 되어 있습니다. 헬스장, 탁구장, 필라테스, 드럼, 피아노, 센트럴 치앙마이! 거리도 도심이랑 멀어서 걱정했는데, 센트럴 치앙마이에서 무료셔틀 타고 다니면 택시비 걱정없이 다닐 수 있었어요! 다만 주방도구가 조금 낡았으며, 고기를 구워먹으려 했더니 연기가 너무 많이 나서 실패했습니다.

The place was clean, comfy, and exactly as described. Building is a bit older, but it’s well maintained with a good atmosphere. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. Good location, too—easy to get around. Would definitely book again!

축제기간인데도 방이 저렴했습니다 방은 청결했고 지내는데 아무 문제 없었어요 침대에 코끼리 수건이 너무 귀여웠어요:) 특히 조식이 정말 맛있었습니다 돈주고 다시 먹고 싶었어요! 잘 지내다 갑니다
