Excellent place! We stayed here for a family vacation and everything was great. Exactly as advertised. Clean, great resort, responsive host. Nothing difficult at all. Easy check out. We will definitely stay here again!

We had the best time at Lucy’s townhouse in Washington! The place was clean and decorated nicely. She provided clear instructions and helpful tips for local amenities. It was perfect.

The house is lovely! Set up well with everything we needed! Plenty of space! The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Close to Sand Hallow, hikes and shopping!

Really enjoyed staying here. Jason was very responsive and accommodating when I asked for an early check-in. The place is beautiful and so is the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very safe and peaceful. The house was spacious and clean, with plenty of house/travel supplies that we need for our national park hikes (e.g. cooler, narrows hiking stick) and cute decorations that made it just like home. I really like that we have our own garage too. I would definitely recommend to anyone who are visiting Zion & Bryce like we did

Check in was easy. The host was very clear on how to check in and get into the house. When walking into the house we were very happy on the cleanliness of the house. The kids were very happy with the room set up. Every room had a tv so the kids could watch what ever they wanted. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Extra blankets and linens were available also which was perfect. This was my first time using an air bnb and I wasn’t disappointed. I would recommend this house for others. Brooke and Blake was a great host. They had detailed instructions on how to get in and super detailed. When we stepped into the house, it was clean and homey. It definitely feels like a new house and kept well. My friends and I were able to stay comfortably with each person in each room. Costco and other grocery stores were about 10 minutes away. Zion was 45-55 minutes away which is not bad. The only complaint was that the bed was a bit stiff since the mattress are still new and the route to get to the house was a bjt like a maze, but other than that, it met our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again!

Excellent stay! We loved every minute of it and will most likely be back again! Denise was a wonderful, personable host. The area is stunning and provides a wonderful retreat for whatever reason is desired.

Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home on our adventure. Scott is very responsive and they are very dog friendly. Lots of blankets, towels, leashes, poopie bags, and leashes for our dog to borrow. Everything was very comfortable and we felt right at home. They are very generous and everything is there from hand soap to laundry soap. The fridge is spacious and the yard was very clean and cute. Bedrooms are very comfortable including bed and linens. I will definitely stay again when I'm back in town!

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Great pool area and home had plenty of pool towels for our family. There were plenty of amenities and kitchen was stocked with gadgets and supplies. Great place to stay - highly recommend and hope to stay at Payton’s place again!

The house was fully furnished with plenty of space, games for kids, easy access to a community pool, and all the amenities needed to cook at home. The neighborhood was nice and everything was within reasonable driving distance.

Beautiful and clean place, perfect for the size of our group. Host wasn’t responsive when we tried to ask a question the week before our trip, but was very responsive during our stay there. Overall a very nice place to stay, we would come again.

This was a wonderful house for our large group of 10. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. All appliances worked and the air-conditioning was very efficient and kept the house comfortable in the 100 degree temps. The pool was lovely and the community pool was a hit with all the kids as well. The location was very convenient to get to Zion easily and had quick access to Walmart and Costco. This house made our trip so enjoyable!

This is the perfect base for exploring the St George area. Ample space, well stocked kitchen, pool in complex, in garage parking. Not walkable but very easy to get to all the key attractions with a car. Andra was incredibly responsive, helpful and made our stay truly exceptional. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay for the weekend. Easy to access and local to Zion.

This is our second stay at this great place. We really like it. Very clean, quiet, and close to the freeway. We used the hot tub a bit, but it was so hot in St. George that we didn't seek it out much. Most of the beds are upstairs, so you have to be able to do stairs. Good place for families with kids as there are four upper bunks. Nice welcome basket, large kitchen, everything we needed. Lots of space for gathering and playing games. Pool right across the street. Tyler is a very good communicator.

We especially liked that there was plenty of bathrooms for the number of bedrooms to accommodate the adult couples in our family. The pool was very crowded but it was a holiday weekend so that may have very well added to it. There was plenty of kitchen utensils to utilize meals at the house, will likely use this rental again!

We loved our stay here! The house was great with easily enough room for our family of 8. The place was clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen and everywhere else. We went at the end of May when it was nearly 100 degrees everyday, so the water park for the neighborhood was perfect. It had all the fun stuff for the kids with lots of room to layout in the sun chairs. The hosts are awesome! Very attentive and helpful. We actually left a $200 pair of sunglasses on accident in the garage, the hosts had their house manager go by and they found them. Then they went above and beyond by shipping us the sunglasses without even asking for anything in return. We will absolutely stay here again!
