Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Washington Park, Denver

Nice place for one person or a couple looking to explore Denver. Parking is easy and the place is cozy. The yard is nice too. I had coffee on the front patio a couple times. Some people in the comments have mentioned the neighborhood is sketchy but I didn't get that vibe at all. It seemed safe to me. The only drawback is the kitchenette instead of a kitchen, but it was sufficient to make a simple breakfast in the morning and then eat out for the remainder of my vacation.

Love this place! Super clean!! Everything listed and photos were true to description. Check-in was a breeze and if traveling with your canine companion the backyard was amazing! Kitchen stocked with coffee, cooking spices, etc… I highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thx!

Loved this Airbnb. It was cozy and provided nice amenities. The check in process was incredibly easy and smooth. However, I would recommend checking in earlier in the day because it is somewhat difficult to locate in the dark. The hosts were incredibly responsive and answered any questions I asked. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, which was great because we had our corgi with us. I would not recommend this property for someone with a dog much larger than a corgi because space is limited. The hosts provided clear expectations and instructions for check out. They also gave a quick run down of things to do in the area. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Amanda’s home was so cozy, comfy, easeful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The back yard area was a great place to get afternoon sun. The front porch, the perfect place to sip a morning tea. Comfortable couch and bed for lounging and catching up on emails after our long drive. We only stayed one night on our way through town, but we made the walk over to the lake park with our dog, so beautiful! I did not see this listed anywhere- this home is a twin home, meaning it shares a wall with another home, like a duplex. We did not experience any disruption from the neighbors and Amanda also had an air purifier going which acted as a white noise machine. Fantastic stay!

Amazing! Alice’s place was beautiful, clean and cozy in a peaceful neighborhood. The king bed was so comfy! She even supplied snacks and drinks. The washer and dryer were appreciated after a long road trip. Our dog was right at home too with the supplied dog bed and bowls. Book a stay. You won’t be disappointed!

Tyler’s place was great. Close to the train stop which we took from the airport. Brenda was kind and helpful when needed.

my family and I (husband and 3 young kids) stayed at Robby and Lily's place. It was well prepared, and had good amount of space inside and out for the kids to play in/at. They had boaed games and small toys that we used with the kids, and we had a good time there. The linen/pillows etc were comfortable. thank you for allowing us to stay at your place!

We were visiting Denver for our annual basball trip. The house was excellent. Perfect for a family or small group of friends. We were disappointed that theere were only 4 beds and a trundle bed, as we were 5 adult men and were expecting to have a bed for each of us. The trundle bed is not comfortable for an adult. Aside from that the house exceeded our expectations. The location was central to all 3 major team's stadiums/arena and a short drive to Coors brewery. It was walking distance to the strip will bars and restaurants.

We had a lovely 2 nights staying in this Airbnb. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Access was super clear and easy which was so good given we landed at close to midnight! Parking was easy at the building and lots to do close by. Fabulous stay!

I'd definitely stay here again, Kyle's place was amazing felt right at home. Quiet location in downtown but close enough to everything you'd want to do downtown. very comprehensive host and very fast to get back to you on anything.

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

Would recommend staying at this Air Bnb. Branden was great, super responsive. It’s in a great part of denver, really close to everything you need. Bed and couch were super comfortable. It’s a cute little apt, and has an awesome amenities. Definitely recommend.

This is a great spot for being based in Lodo! You don't need a car as it's right next to the train station and being above Whole Foods is amazing. This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling together. The kitchen has all of the basics you need to be able cook your meals at home. Would recommend this as your jumping off place to explore Denver!

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

Riley was a great host! Very responsive and made us feel right at home. He made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and as described. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week with Bret's unit. It was clean and comfortable. I don't typically book pet properties, but this one is very clean! Bed was comfy, nice and updated unit. The outdoor space on the top was a plus at the end of long days of traveling around. We used this as home base and did day trips. It is in a up and coming neighborhood, very close to the stadium. Parking can be tricky, but we always found a space. Would stay again! Thanks for being a gracious host!

We had a great stay while in Denver. The location was perfect, close to Casa Bonita (where we had reservations) and basically everything else as well. The king bed was super comfy and our dogs were happy with the space too. No complaints at all, we are glad we chose this place.

So glad to have fund this gem. Such a cute and cozy place. We also really enjoyed the private guest outdoor yard…so did the dogs. Daniel is a terrific host…one has the feeling that he really enjoys it. That is not always the case in my experience. We had restaurant recs by text before we arrived and there is real coffee (thanks for not using instant). Instructions were detailed and clear. I also enjoyed looking at the art in the unit, and learning about it. Daniel and his family live on the premises and are available if needed. But the unit (in back of main house) is very private. Thank you for the great stay. This is a regular route for us do we hope to be back!

Excellent place to stay if you have dogs lovely fence yard. Good area to walk dogs in.

The space is small, but it has everything you need! It was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a few blocks from Wash Perk Coffee and Washington Park. Parking, which can be tough to find, was easy with a space right in front of the Casita.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tyler’s townhome. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Had all the amenities needed to cook, work, and relax. Safe neighborhood for us walking our dogs even at night , and very close to many great restaurants/cafes/grocery stores or anything you need. Also centrally located if working downtown or driving out to hike. If you’re looking for a home to add to the experience at the end of the day, rather than just a place to crash you will be pleased. 100% recommended!
