Holiday rentals with a patio in Washington

Have stayed at this location before but in the other side. All good, clean, and a great location to boot!

We loved watching a doe and a fawn each morning. The view was spectacular. The accommodations were wonderful. The place was clean. Loved that Celeste met us at our arrival. The covered parking garage was also a plus. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

What a cozy peaceful apartment, very clean modern build with a few simple country decor items. Very peaceful and private for a little weekend getaway, a quiet peaceful remote work trip, or a stop on a road trip. Easu climate control, good Wi-Fi, plenty of blankets and kitchen items.

The place was great and convenient for walking to lots of bars and restaurants. As described we were barely able to hear the bar below but it wasn’t disturbing or annoying. The tv easily drowned out the little bit of noise so don’t let that deter you. Plenty of parking and the place was really nice. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in town!

Wonderful stay, very peaceful

We had a wonderful time at the railroad cottage. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and in a great location. The host provided recommendations that were very helpful. If you are visiting New Bern, stay here!

This is a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing home and location. We much appreciate the opportunity to stay here to fish and relax right in the backyard. Our dog enjoyed the vacation as well since there is a fenced in yard with a deck overlooking the back yard. The home is clean and comfortable. Lots of outdoor and indoor areas to spread out and relax. We also visited the towns of Bath and Belhaven. Thank you for your hospitality.

Brandon was an absolute amazing host, could not have asked for a better host! His home was beautiful and cozy in a very peaceful area! 10/10 recommend and plan to make another trip there again in the future. Brandon and his family were such gracious host even made sure to leave us some bait to fish with it. Provided local recommendations on places to eat. We fully enjoyed our stayed and look forward to another one!

We had an amazing time here! We celebrated my daughter’s college graduation with our family and friends. Not only did this beautiful home have enough room for everyone, but with so many amenities, everyone had things to do all day! The kids loved the paddle boarding and fishing while others lounged on the beach. The prefect setting for a wonderful family gathering, making memories together. Our host was responsive, kind incredibly helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better time!

We stayed at Karli’s place for the weekend as a group of 8. It was great home, a bit further away from the rest of Greenville, but the space was excellent for giving our full group their own spaces. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a space for the weekend for a larger group, especially on the east side of Greenville.

We absolutely adored this charming and beautifully appointed cottage. Tonyia has done a lovely and imaginative job of renovating and decorating this 18th century home. It has very lovely furnishings and a very cheery feel. The kitchen is quite cute and up to date. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The 2 full bathrooms are also spacious and extremely clean. The upstairs master bath vanity and sink is precious! In the back of the house there is lovely deck with a small grill, a patio table and a private driveway. We greatly enjoyed our stay in Tonyia’s Airbnb!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

My family & I had a great stay, beautiful home with everything we needed. Dawn was very responsive and helpful. We saw lots of deer and squirrels, moon over the river was beautiful. A great retreat after beach days and running around New Bern.

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!
